    I pick up the following proc recipes at their lowest level range unless they are going to be used in a set, for which they are obtained as Attuned. Level 10 (slot a level 7) Panacea (Heath) Gladiator’s Armor and Shield Wall (the first available slot) Level 20 (slot at level 17) Miracle Proc level 30 (slot at 27) Numina’s Convalescence

    While I like the alignment system in Going Rogue, I believe that the Devs completely missed the boat with Praetoria. All of that should have been Incarnate-level content so that we could just play the game for Incarnate abilities and didn’t have to trial run ad nauseam. At least we have that Incarnate option here.

    The damage modifier increase, taunt modifier increase, gauntlet change and AoE change should make being an aggro sponge a “set-and-forget” proposition for even the most inexperienced Tanker.

    I know for a fact that Attuned Air Burst doesn’t convert into anything else in the Targeted AoE category, it simply has no option in the window. It’s also the only one of the basic IO sets in that category that starts at level 10, while the others all start at 20.

    Now that I have everything in place for obtaining sets easily, I have been making a Build for new characters and acquiring their entire IO build complement. After that, I play the game and it’s actually working out well to be able to slot up the build as I play.

    If you’re just using SOs as the balance point, then the last few pages of “discussion” concerning that very thing have been pointless. The game is just fine for those.

    There isn’t one yet. You can only disable the Mystic Flight tray, so this is some kind of comparability between those two powers.

    The Captain has already said that Farming isn’t ever factored in, so no worries.

    The only badges that I concern myself with either give accolade powers or titles that I like. I don’t really care about the rest. I’ve had friends teleport me a couple of feet just to put me on a badge marker, because I would move to it.🤣

    And here I am wishing that we could turn in our badges in for Merits or something. 😂

    If you had used those merits on Converters and sold them, you could have easily made 60+ million. That buys a lot of Obliteration recipes/IOs/Attuned IOs.

    I refused that badge back in the old game. The reactions of my badge-hunting SG-mates was priceless when they found out.🤣 The game being fixed was always its own reward.

    This. You just drag the Translocation power to another slot in your trays and disable the pop up tray. just make sure you turn it back on before you respec, or you will be burning three like I did to reset it.
