  1. I use Brainstorm extensively, for many different reasons. I do most of my mod- and wiki-related data gathering there, due to various beta commands (via the freebies menu) and other testing-related freebies that are enabled there, and because new badge/emote/recipe/enhancement data is most reliably available there. I've got several characters set up specifically to make gathering new badge data as efficient as possible, and I've also got a few characters set up to test and collect vidiotmap data efficiently. That way I can be ready with new mod/wiki updates as soon as a new page goes live. Sometimes folks will pose interesting questions on the forums (or, less often, discord) that I don't know the answer to, but that I can devise a simple testing scenario for on Brainstorm. So I'll pop on Brainstorm, gather some data, and try to at least partially answer their question. I do also test new content for each page. I focus mostly on non-powers related tests, because I detest getting into the weeds on powers. That still leaves a lot of stuff (story arcs, badges, emotes, recipes/enhancements, commands, etc.) to be tested, so I try to test as much as I can. I never end up testing as much as I like, because wiki/mod data collection takes up some of that time. Overall, Brainstorm is an extremely valuable resource that I utilize often. I am grateful for its presence because the tools it provides make my life much easier. And for those Brainstorm users that might not know, I have a simple travel/amenities hub set up there that you are welcome to use. The passcode is PPOC-5.
  2. I found an issue that, while minor, I thought it might be worth pointing out. There is an enemy NPC called 'RIP Official' (Rogue Island Police group) in Mercy Island that doesn't show up in an entity search on the site. I searched through all the entity JSON files (from the downloaded CoD archive) as well and can't find an enemy NPC with that name. I also searched through the leaked i24 data and found some info on the Rogue Island Police NPCs, but the names are all P-strings in that data. Unfortunately, I don't have a way to correlate the P-string to the actual text. I've attached a screenshot, and these NPCs are found in the general vicinity of [-2414.0 240.4 296.0] in Mercy Island if you want to see them in game. I thought it might be the NPC that belongs to rogueislandpolice_officer_official.json, but the NPC in that file is named 'Ripper'. The 'Ripper' name is also used by the enemy NPCs in the various level ranges of the rogueislandpolice_officer_<level_range>.json entity files.
  3. BlackSpectre put a ton of work into creating/updating a page for the /emailsendattachment slash command on the HC wiki. I'd start there, but I would also check out the host of threads that have been posted to the forums over the years regarding the use of said command. Briefly, it has issues if the character/global name has spaces, and in general it seems to be a tricky command to master (based on what I've read over the years in those threads I linked). I've never personally used it, though, so I don't have first hand experience with it.
  4. To be fair, I added the bolded part to the wiki yesterday after I did the testing on Brainstorm. If you had looked at that page prior to my edit, it would have just mentioned purples and PvPs. I also edited the Winter and Archetype origin pages to denote that the set bonuses are available down to level 1 (those pages previously said level 7).
  5. I just ran some quick tests on Brainstorm, using the Join Ouroboros arc (second mission) to scale down to level 1. I slotted 3 Avalanche and 3 Superior Avalanche into one power. The 2-piece and 3-piece set bonuses for both the normal and superior sets were active at level 1. The enhancement bonuses granted by each individual piece scaled down to level 1 as expected. To see if the effects on Archetype Origin enhancements were the same, I slotted 2 Ascendancy of the Dominator (AotD) and 2 Superior AotD into one power. As above, the 2-piece set bonus for each set was active at level 1, and the individual enhancement bonuses were scaled down to level 1.
  6. It happens to me periodically as well. I've never tried to take inf/items from the 'previous' AH listings, I just wait a minute or so and it switches to the correct listings for the current character.
  7. Badger has been updated with the four new badges introduced with the i27p6 patch. I don't have the full spoilery details on exactly how to obtain the three new accomplishment badges (Loop Hero, Underdog, and Pollster) yet, but when I have those details I will update the info for those badges. Otherwise, if anyone notices any issues please let me know.
  8. Dataset (in top post) has been updated to remove the Thrill Seeker locations in Atlas Park and Mercy Island, which no longer exist. If anyone notices any issues, please let me know.
  9. The top post has been updated to include the i27p6 badges. If anyone notices any issues with the data please let me know.
  10. I've published an update to include the four new emotes (three variants of mug drinking, and eating watermelon) from the Issue 27, Page 6 patch. The updated file is available at the post at this link, and in the City Mod Installer. More details are available in the changelog in the linked post above. If anyone notices any issues, please let me know!
  11. Updated (in top post) to add the four badges for i27p6, and to remove the Thrill Seeker badges from the now-defunct AP and Mercy Island AE locations. Please let me know if you notice any issues.
  12. If you are on the Beta servers (an assumption I made based on where this is posted), you can get attuned (and any other) enhancements from the freebies menu. On the right side of the chat bar is a button. Click that to bring up the emotes/notoriety quickchat menu, and on the Beta servers that menu also contains an option to open the freebies menu. Or just enter the following command into the chatbar: /popmenu freebiesmenu
  13. It is a triggered event now. From the Nov 26, 2021 patch notes:
  14. Just to follow up on Booper's solution, the likely reason that you aren't seeing it in the location in your screenshot is that you have a custom quickchat menu installed that is overriding the default Beta server quickchat (which contains the freebies menu). You'd need to move/delete your custom quickchat menu in order to see the freebies menu in the location you were looking in the screenshot. That may or may not be a viable solution in this case, but I just wanted to let you (and anyone else that might come upon this thread with a similar issue) know the likely cause.
  15. 99% of the temp powers I get, I click 'Remove from Tray' almost immediately and never think about them again. One that I do use sometimes is the Iron Blade power from Croatoa. It lasts a good while and can be re-acquired. I use it as an extra attack power on a few lower-damage characters. It does decent damage even against non-Fey, and allows me to continue to avoid P2W like the plague.
  16. I forgot to follow up, but thanks for the additional info. It makes more sense now. I actually wasn't aware that renaming the folders would still cause issues, but that makes sense given the info that is contained in the individual texture files. I've added a caveat in the top post that a simple rename won't work for removing the old installation. Your world texture quality setting is interesting, too. Usually a 'very high' setting would not cause the bug I mentioned to appear, so there's more going on than I fully understand, for sure. At any rate, I am glad you got it all sorted and working correctly.
  17. That is really strange. Those 2 badge texture files in the GUI folder are indeed unnecessary and can be removed (I cover them in the Outdated Files section of the top post) but I would not expect them to have any impact at all on the performance of any map files. If the maps are working fine now I suspect it was some other step you took in your troubleshooting of the issue that fixed it, and not anything related specifically to those two badge textures. I'd ask if you were using an updated version of vidiotmaps, but I can tell from the screenshot that that is the updated Mercy Island map. The issue that I see in the screenshot looks exactly like an issue from a couple of years ago that I have since corrected (or thought I had). If you notice any other maps that have issues like that please let me know, because I am at a loss to explain this one. If you don't mind posting your world texture quality setting (Options > Graphics and Audio tab > Advanced Graphics Settings section > World Texture Quality) that might be helpful. Thanks!
  18. On the right hand side of the map window is a zoom slider that you can use to zoom into the map. That should make the map more readable without having to oversize your map window.
  19. I didn't see the unedited post so I am not sure what the issue was, but if you are so inclined do you mind posting (or editing into the post above) a brief synopsis of the issue you had and how you fixed it? It might help someone else down the road solve a similar issue. Thanks!
  20. You could try City of Data 2.0. I did a little digging and found pages for minion-, lieutenant-, and boss-level mastermind pets (henchmen). In the table are listings for Max and MaxMax which appear to correspond to Base and Max HP, and there is a level slider at the top left which changes the corresponding data displayed in the table. Hopefully that is a start at least, but I don't know from mastermind pets so I could be way off.
  21. I found some minor geometry issues at the force field seams in the port oakes instance. The corners of the force field appear to be mis-aligned. I've included one screenshot (spoilered just in case) but I saw similar issues at all four corners.
  22. I didn't see a feedback thread for the badges so I assume this is where it needs to go. There is an error in the patch notes regarding the 'Pollster' and 'Underdog' badges. The notes currently say this: 'Pollster' is the Hero-alignment badge (based on the badge description text and the internal badge tag) and it uses the icon that says 'VOTE' 'Underdog' is the Rogue-alignment badge (based on the same info) and it uses the blue/red star icon. A second issue I found is that the icons for 'Pollster', 'Underdog', and 'Loop Hero' do not display properly if the graphics setting 'World Texture Quality' (Options > Graphics and Audio tab > Advanced Graphics Settings section) is set to 'Very Low' or 'Low'. The icons display properly at 'World Texture Quality' settings of 'Medium' or higher. The icon for 'Unforgettable' is not impacted by this setting. Here's a screenshot of what I see (spoilered due to descriptive text visibility): I can't say for certain, but it looks like the issue might be related to the mipmap flag value issue that I ran into a couple of years ago when I was learning how to make map textures. The graphical anomalies look the same at least. That's just an educated guess, though, and I have no idea what the true cause might be.
  23. Thanks for pointing it out. There are lots of little issues like that scattered all throughout the maps. I've got a list of the ones I've noticed and/or have been brought to my attention, and now Sharkhead Isle is on that list! It may be a while before I get to it, though. I know the Talos map doesn't have it though because I recently updated that map. Please do keep pointing out issues, though, no matter how minor. Especially if it's on a map I've already updated. I do my best to QC them but I know I still miss stuff.
  24. I'm not sure which spreadsheet you mean, but feel free to add it if you like. Just add the caveat that the bases will be gone if there is a server wipe. I doubt salvage will be seeded, but when the next update goes to Brainstorm there should be more accessible means of acquiring salvage for free. In the meantime, if you have some incarnate threads, you should be able to visit an AE ticket vendor to convert the threads to tickets, then you can buy salvage with the tickets (assuming you mean invention salvage). And/or you can beta copy over a character with lots of salvage and/or threads, and get the salvage from the AE ticket vendor as described above. If I think of it tonight I'll try to copy over a character with a lot of threads, and seed the AH with some salvage. I'm also updating the freebies menu to update the section that explains how to get salvage, inspirations, etc. for free, as the acquisition methods have changed since I initially wrote that portion of the freebies menu.
  25. I built a simple travel hub on Brainstorm you are welcome to use: PPOC-5 It'll be there until the next Brainstorm wipe (which hopefully will be a while, it's been a couple years since the last one, knock on wood). On Cryptic (the closed beta server), LIONS-11 is the code I have seen shared but I don't think I've ever been in there.
