I've never been a fan of it, myself, nor of having the rest of the set balanced around it. Thematically speaking, the Hulk has his roaring, eye and vein popping, chest beating rampages, sure; but does Superman? J'onn J'onzz? Captain Marvel (either of them)? Rogue? Heck, if we were starting from scratch, I'd probably make it the Brute inherent power. (Also, I'd put KO Blow up there with Foot Stomp for "defining", even ahead of.)

Okay, as the GM asked us, can we all just chill the... heck out and take stock? It sounds like we are in broad agreement - assuming, for the moment, that it is technically possible - on giving all characters in PvP zones buffs equivalent to certain sought-after accolades, without actually granting the accolades and the badges that go with them. (This may seem to some to be obvious and not worth mentioning, or an irrelevant distinction, but it clearly is to others.) Is that an accurate and fair statement?

And if I opt to have it, you'll kick me?

Heck, I'd be glad to do away with Rage simply because one of my characters with SS doesn't "rage". That's just one reason (avoiding the crash is another) I've gimped myself avoided taking the power on him.

Other costume options: Longbow or PPD boss mech, Vanguard HVAS, Praetorian War Walker. Now, do I think it's a practical idea, in terms of coding, power choices, and just plain fitting through doors or up stairs? Not really.

I mean that in the sense of "can that be added to the list of stuff that can be instantly granted via menu there?" Which is existing functionality of the test server, and doesn't (as far as I know) need to be patched out of live builds - or, if so, the process for doing so seems fairly well established.

Can this be done on the test server? If so, I submit the answer is "go to Justin."

In my own TF experience, the issue is not so much getting from Boomtown, or Crey's Folly or whatever, as to (without going though two or three other zones). Base teleporters can send you right there; Oro and city trams cannot.

It will be removed. They have already decided and said so. All that is uncertain is what will replace it.
