  2. Near the end of live, I built an AR/Dev Blaster with a lot of recharge + Burnout + Spiritual Alpha + Ageless Destiny + Force Feedback. It was able to get 4 Gun Drones out at one time though they only overlapped for like 10-15 seconds. It was still fun even if that trick only happened once every 7ish minutes. It was a horrible build that totally relied on KB and teammates saving me. It had the Medicine pool to slot more +7.5% def from the Panacea set, and remember Hasten was perma without Ageless active and zero IOs slotted in it.
  3. I used to prefer arcs but it slowly changed after i9 with the introduction of IO's. Pretty much stopped arcs all together after discovering Mids'. Just wanted to make builds, churn out as many characters as possible, and slot them up. And I loved incarnate trials at i19. Had a lot of fully slotted heroes and villains to dust off and replay.
  4. @PLVRIZR The build's end rec/use ratio is abysmal. Toggles are burning endurance faster than it can recover. Toggles will constantly drop, there will be huge gaps where powers can't be used due to lack of end. Theft of Essence proc in Twilight Grasp is a must on this build. Miracle unique in Health. Musculature Radial Alpha for the end bump. Take Ageless Destiny, but if not, build for end recovery/reduction or sacrifice toggles. Necro/Dark is a fantastic pairing even without the latest patch. It will still play very well if all the changes were ignored, but Soul Extraction is such a huge improvement that it shouldn't be. SE does a considerable amount of damage and adds a lot of mitigation with holds and -tohit debuffs. Overwhelming can be slotted so SE pets will knockdown targets with every attack. Also SE pets gaining aggro will take pressure off the regular pets, teammates and you. I think it would be worthwhile to make a list of priorities for the build. Mandatory IO uniques. What you want the defense, resistances, recovery, recharge, accuracy, damage etc to be at. Put a number to each and aim to build for those numbers. Also remember to add in KB protection. Also there's a level 50 Thugs/Dark MM listed in your signature. How's that build? They should build pretty similar.

  6. Divide SE's recharge by 4 (SE's old base recharge was 600s, now it's 150s. 4x less ), and subtract 30 seconds (Duration of SE pets), will give SE's downtime on each individual build. For example, Mids' shows my SE recharges in 153s/4-30s=8.25 sec downtime. Though things can change it like Ageless with diminishing return over time, non-perma Hasten, buffs like Chrono Shift/Speed Boost/Accelerate Metabolism/Force Feedback etc.
  7. I personally don't think it matters much. Ouro can hold 50 players? I guess it could be a nuissance. BAF with 24; MoM with 16. That's 40 players in zone already. Everyone has their own ways to enjoy the game. Playing the stories, badge collecting, farming, power leveling, alting, costume creating, story telling, base building, events, complaining to make other players gaming experience miserable, pvp, TFs, trials, raids, RPing etc. Don't let what other people say bother you. Majority of us appreciate you for taking the initiative to form and entertain 16-24 players with the itrials. Thanks, dude!
  8. If building for damage, I would slot the Cloud Senses and Unbreakable Constraint procs. The other 4 slots for acc, dam, rech and set bonuses. I haven't experimented with the Soulbound BU proc. If going for mitigation, slot Overwhelming Force KD proc just so they're knocking down all their targets.
  9. Jam in a proc'd out Ice Arrow if you can. The crit buffs from Snap, Aimed and Fistful lasts for 30 seconds. That leaves a lot of wiggle room for other powers.

  11. Slots to pet ratio, Soul Extraction is far superior over the other henchmen. 6 slots to improve 6 pets VS 6 slots for 3 pets, 6 for 2, and 6 slots for 1 pet. If a mule is needed, I would sooner sacrifice the slotting on the Lich, or maybe Zombies, to make it work. Or frankenslot all the pets to scrounge what's needed.
  12. Yes. Panacea, Numina's, Miracle and Regenerative Tissue work in Dark Empowerment but does nothing for the MM. Preventive Medicine +absorb does not proc for pets.
  13. Probably easier to check if buffs work on Spectres by creating a tab in your UI window. Add to the tab Pet Damage Inflicted, Pet Damage Received, Pet Hit rolls, Pet Heals Received and whatever else there is pertaining to pets. Then go to Menu, Options, Windows tab, Chat section, enable Log Chat and Chat Timestamps. The log chat will save in your City of Heroes folder, under your username, and Logs folder. The timestamp is just to help distinguish between buffed and unbuffed. Summon a Spectre with no buffs. Attack a target. After it releases, wait a minute and summon the next Spectre with buffs. Attack the same target. After that Spectre is gone, check the log for damage increases, damage resists, hit roll chances, target chance to hit your Spectres and heals.
  14. No, Spectres do not proc Interface. Not sure about Fluffy. If he can, I think Tenebrous Tentacle is the only attack that can proc it. Just retested. Soul Extraction pets - Yes. Spectres - No. Fluffy - No.
  15. The Interface Radial side is usually better for pets. 6 pets can stack debuffs with a 25% chance better than a single AT stacking with a 75% chance. The main difference will be the amount of DoT that are applied.
  16. My two favorite MM primaries are Thugs and Necro. Three favorite secondaries are Time, Dark and Storm. Mix and match as you see fit.
  17. Type, "send tell for reinvite," and kick the whole team. Move a couple 50s to the empty team. Reinvite as the /tells come in. Otherwise it's tough shuffling a league. The more full it is makes it harder to rearrange. Toss lag on top, finding 50's to move around, it's just a lot of hassle. Does the order of a team matter? I wonder if it's possible for devs to set it up so it auto-arranges by level, with exception to team lead. For a future patch update.
  18. Slot the Panacea unique into Dark Empowerment. After upgrading pets, they will get the chance for heal/end. Keep in mind the MM won't get the chance at all.
  19. How would Empower and Sweep be used on your other build without Assassin's Blade? DB is good on a Stalker only because of Assassin's Blade. Without it, dps is lackluster and better 2 of 4 combos can't be used at all.
  20. Stalker DB combos are pretty bad compared to other ATs. -The Attack Vitals combo uses the 2 worst dps powers on Stalkers to activate it (Nimble and Vengeful), negating it's usefulness. -The Weaken combo, which may be useful at lower lever, is achievable at lvl 26 while other ATs get it at lvl 6. -The Empower combo uses 2 non-attacks to activate and relies on BU and Placate recharge to keep it perma. -The Sweep combo is a ST attack on Stalkers while other ATs, it's an AoE. It also relies on BU recharge and can't be reliably used continuously. The only thing that makes Stalker DB advantageous over other ATs is Assassin's Blade. The attack chain of [BU]-AS-Abl-SS-Abl-repeat is solid and can easily integrate the Empower (BU-AS-Plac) and Sweep (BU-AS-Abl) combos with slight modification.
  21. Our Alpha incarnate pick buffs pet upgrade powers. It was probably obvious to everyone but I wasn't sure and tested on Necro and Mercs. It should work for Ninja and Bots too. Necro Upgrade 1: +Dam res. Cardiac/Resilient Upgrade 2: +Heal. Vigor/Spiritual (Increases pet's max HP and pet's Siphon Life heal) Mercs Upgrade 1: +Dam res. Cardiac/Resilient Upgrade 2: +Def. Agility/Nerve Ninja Upgrade 1: +Def. Agility/Nerve Upgrade 2: +Heal. Vigor/Spiritual Bots Upgrade 1: +Dam res. Cardiac/Resilient Upgrade 2: +Heal. Vigor/Spiritual I don't think this trumps Musculature/Intuition but if pet survivability is the priority, it might help decide an Alpha pick.
  22. Use the Equip and Tactical upgrades as mules. Equip can slot damage resist and Tactical can slot defense IOs. Steadfast +3% def or the KB prot, Karma KB prot, Shield Wall and Reactive Defense uniques etc. I'm not familiar with the FF changes. Maybe slot Force Feedback chance for +recharge in Repulsion Field/Bomb and M30. Just to try to get Serum recharged faster.
  23. No, I haven't even respec my own Necro/Dark build yet. Not until Mids' is updated with the MM changes. Just remember for Necro, first upgrade can slot damage resist IOs, second upgrade can slot heal IOs, and Soul Extraction can slot pet, hold and -tohit debuff IOs. Some of the heal unique IOs currently work on pets when slotted into the second upgrade. Numina's, Miracle, Panacea and I think Regenerative Tissue. Can pick up a lot of E/N def by three slotting Thunderstrike into the MM's personal attacks, or some +6.25% recharge if four slotting Cloud Senses sets.
