  1. Reactive Defense has a base +3% resist to all damage types. It also provides a scaling resist which equals to +0.1% res for every 1% HP loss. So if at 1 HP, it will add about 10% + 3% base for +13% resist to all damage types. I tested this by opening the Combat Attributes window, view damage resist, flying to max height, dropping and landing abruptly. Don't worry, we won't die. Luckily the ground breaks our fall. I prefer it over Shield Wall. SW is better at 81% HP or higher but Reactive surpasses it at 79% HP or under.
  2. Squeeze in the Reactive Defense unique IO for a scaling damage resistance to all damage types. Can slot in Protector Bots by moving Edict or CtA to Battle Drones. Or maybe drop Repair and take Vengeance as a mule for it. Twilight Grasp is such a good heal that it makes Repair pretty redundant. How was endurance on the build? Theft of Essence proc in Twilight Grasp might help if it's an issue.
  3. Two over the rule of 5 for LotG +7.5%. SR is easy to softcap, I would skip Parry since it's L/M def buff isn't really needed. Work to get Hasten perma to keep the attack chain consistent, or get enough +recharge bonuses to run the chain without Hasten and respec it out. Try to squeeze in the Steadfast +3% def somewhere. It's a good build and will serve you well.
  4. Ice Melee/Ninjitsu Stalker. Don't take any attacks (Except the initial T1). Always stay in Hide, if discovered, powers of choice should be Placate, Smoke Flash, Misdirection and Pacify. If things get hairy, Ice Patch, TP/Combat TP, Phase Shift. If teammates ask if you're going to help, respond, "I'm only here to observe, peasant." Or play Dark Miasma and use Black Hole as often as possible. If teammates question you, respond, "You're hurting them." I would love to team with you, I think it would be fun.
  5. Tested the superior ATO2 in EC, using the attack chain EC-CAK-SK-repeat. Used unslotters on my ingame build so it's not a seamless chain (Gap between SK and EC). Can probably get there with a build rework and respec. Critical Strikes activated frequently and when it did, most times both CAK AND SK crits! About 119 attacks, 67 crits, 56% crit, 39 increased crit chance from EC, 26 increased crit chance from ATO2. Also if it matters any, I use the alternate, punch animation for SK. Don't bother fiddling with the volume, there's no sound in the video.
  6. Is it 3.25s for both normal and superior versions? I thought it's longer for superior. I'm not in front of the computer and can't check but if EC can get enough recharge to run EC-CAK-SK-repeat, with ATO2 slotted in CAK, it would give all 3 powers an extra chance to crit.
  7. Would it make sense to slot the ATO2 in SK? Running a chain like EC-SK-CAK-SK GIVES THE ATO2 a chance to proc twice in the chain. Since EC gives the next power a +33% chance to crit, one of the two SKs would have an increased chance anyways.
  8. I believe it's a +33% crit chance to the following attack. I think it only applies to MA powers. I see a lot of crits with Dragon's Tail after EC, but none with Shield Charge. I remember near the end when the game was still live, players notice an uptick in dps using EC in their chain. That was probably due to the increased crit chance.
  9. Power choices are subjective. If you can get to where you want to be in terms of defense, recharge, end recovery, resistances etc, just choose additional powers that will make the build fun for you. Like I said, I don't think Scorpion Shield is really needed on your build. A lot of people swear by Bonfire. Detonator is useful since it uses the exploding pet's slotting for its acc/dam stats. It can be effective with a single slot. I don't think Repair is that bad since it's full HP and endurance for a pet and can mule Preventive Medicine +absorb proc. Some peeps like Burnout for double Traps or attacks for a ScrapperMind. It will be trial and error. Make a build, play it, change what doesn't work or isn't needed and repeat. There's probably several threads talking about Bots/Traps that delve deeper into power picks.
  10. Looks like the build is at perma and at capped HP with a single slot in Earth's Embrace. Moving those extra slots to Rooted will provide a regen boost. Since the build is at capped HP, the +HP set bonus from LotG and Shield Wall aren't really needed. Also the +Max HP Unbreakable Guard IO can be swapped for more +res. I don't think Force Feedback is really needed on your build. All attacks recharge in about 4s or less. It would just shave a couple seconds off BU. The -res or a damage proc might serve the build better. This is actually the first time I'm looking at SA. Surprised how strong it is. It has Psionic def, strong regen and even some DDR. Reworked the build. Added IO boosters to the LotGs and Hasten. Changed slotting to Throw Spines to keep E/N def to softcap. Added a bunch of Power Transfer heal procs and accolades. Even without any changes, your build would still kick butt. | Copy & Paste this data into Mids Reborn : Hero Designer to view the build | |-------------------------------------------------------------------| |MxDz;1427;667;1334;HEX;| |78DA6594596F125114C7EF3033A5ECA5C8D216CA5AA950C7D627E392BAD426D6926| |0487C3338C0858E221040235FC317DF5C12ADF1ABB87E922EDA456B553CCC395748| |3A09F971CEBDE77FFE9C7B87DCD31567B5BA7A9549EE1B75BDD32916CA6DBDD5E26| |D35A7D78C321B3C56F8F845BE98E375CEB53B8F8D7ABD13FE9F5DE155DEE870ADD0| |6D3678F15AFB51B3CD9CF966B3AEAD73BD65346A5E33B8D57862748C925137BA3D9| |79959356A1B5D58B79B51A1C579C57BB36594B5EBCD4AAF98D33B5DDEEE85C0410A| |3E2FAD4C3C7D957D92195B5258EA0BF2F457E207E24764FA33722F03659228DEC6A| |46587B88B54BE11BF23C7F690FB502C8962C92EE1A20339EE24BA907637D1833C80| |62998A991C6766F215FC165528AAF71533E9D68925E4449958414E72E46B28B6A29| |FBE647D67319367DF235FC0A24D4CC956C576CE1A32BD813C63101F101F220FC1AB| |836C298E63544C329CC2429F3AFD26FE4506A0A38B8A24977FF0AB6D2CF507C288C| |27E80A247287AC2A8149A45CE468931642C8E7C038A5E51E4251B93D4364C3632D4| |3E43F68EA0934F14F99EE3E229B213B88D9B026BB2192F1CE2285DD0C92FBCFB697| |3680229C1629046C9827D78D85B484DD1E8D5A90BD8647A19C5A72F621CBF44BC4C| |BC82FC050E6744B3196A12F3E335914139428B726416BEA5070342A612C87412A9C| |0E6A8508A92ED1829FE843609A194D8476FC903E2793ACCA0649E4F0294E684D25C| |16AF4186780C4AF3F8D6F4D9FC165616005931952CEDDC04194DDC3A4D56CDA4A61| |055E4B931A295388EDC7431B6283C2CD2C92DD1094595E18BDB0F2BC3BF80410C27| |B27E3295574405A42433B5651FAAD0AEED93A99D9194C4D670D6CEBB7840BBF6612| |30B13F7EB195D4A72BBEC0308B7F7EC23813E1A944683FC68F00FABB0D9A4| |-------------------------------------------------------------------|
  11. I only redid the slotting for the pets. For some reason, it kept giving me error messages (Similar to the below) when trying to make changes to your build. I ended up just wiping it. With Intuition Radial incarnate active, all pet damage should be at +114.99% with that slotting.
  12. Pet slotting can be improved for better all round stats while still slotting pretty much the same IOs. | Copy & Paste this data into Mids Reborn : Hero Designer to view the build | |-------------------------------------------------------------------| |MxDz;690;337;674;HEX;| |78DAF3AD70E1494B737360601470CE492C2E8EF74D2C2E492DCACDCC4BE10A494DC| |EC8CBCFC94FAF646600027620964248C70797E6E6E6E7E905E527E5976426178B22| |493995A6A5E98514251614330806E4E7E7E879E6956516672665E66496548A80455| |C2B0A528B327353F34A124B32F3F378C1826E99E919259979E9DC105E0E882BEC5A| |9099ACE79C9158949E0A755DA504D029CA40BC8B950106FEB3327C0652869C0C4C5| |F41340B0353180B986679C80CA1BF308169B6488878250B423310010198C00AF601| |2DE266845AC40DB58827146210CF4B205F9D8581EF11D00259201D0111173809B1F| |83F5E700068B424CC0F922110AD524E10B74A7D82F845261C222EF31842CB393311| |61341A70D14278F8BF0CA6EF7D30857C9184FE0700398C307946B0FC5B2E0698184| |CCB7B4CA17798421F30855C81CEE386D9E5A6850895FF2CE240CF4215FF07002A99| |F218| |-------------------------------------------------------------------| Squeeze in Web Envelope if possible. It's such an upgrade over Web Grenade. Or if it's slotted as a mule for the Gravitational Anchor set bonuses, swap it for Absolute Amazement in Seeker Drones. The build could use some fine tuning. For example, slots were added to Hover and Group Fly, Soaring IO set slotted for +1% recovery bonus. Putting those extra slots in Stamina would provide better end recovery, sacrificing maybe 1-2 mph fly speed. Mids' seems kind of wonky. It's not displaying defense with FFG and Protector Bot buffs when I view it. You're probably softcap to all positions/damage types without Scorpion Shield. FFG +19%, T2 pets +15%, Maneuvers +5%, Weave +6%, Steadfast/GladArm +6% = +51% def. Your pets too. FFG +19% def, Maneuvers +5%, T2 pets +13%, Edict/CtA +10% = +47% def. It's a good build and will perform well. Awesome job for a first attempt!
  13. Jam in the Superior Critical Strike proc IO in there. Also Shield Wall and Reactive Defense +resist uniques. Is the Sweep combo KB or KD? If it's KB, maybe Overwhelming Force would be a better set to slot in Typhoon's Edge.
  14. I just tested it on my StJ Stalker, only using Shin Breaker. Doesn't seem to work. Procs are usually ordered Achilles', Lady Grey and Mako's on my build. Did a few attacks, Achilles' debuff was popping up after the proc damage of 57.39. Mixed up the proc slotting to Mako's, Lady Grey and Achilles'. It showed Achilles' debuff before the proc activations but the proc damage is still the same. 57.39.
  15. Impervious Skin unique IO adds +25% regen and some +status resistance. More than one can be slotted but only the +status resist bonus stacks, regen does not. I'm jealous Brute regen can slot four Power Transfer procs. Nice build!
  16. I just tried it out on Beta and it seems to be ST with a dot. That bites.
  17. The build could use a Steadfast +def IO. Get some Superior winter IO sets. They all provide +5% def to a damage type or position. I recommend getting Tough and Weave. Build for +32.5% def so a small purple inspira can get you to softcap. Aid Other seems pretty useless. The reasoning to pick it is probably to heal a pet while Alkaloid is recharging. But with Hasten active, Alkaloid can recharge and cast times(1.22s + 1.76s = 2.98s) is faster than AO' cast time (3.168s). Also Alkaloid heals for a lot more. I would go for set bonuses in Envenom, Weaken and Paralytic Poison. Accurate def/tohit debuff and hold sets have some pretty good bonuses that the build could use. But I have zero experience with Poison so any of the above could be moot.
  18. My favorite MMs currently are Mercs/Storm and Thugs/Time. Third is Necro/Dark. I also have Demons/Thermal and Beasts/TA which I'm enjoying less. I like chaotic MM gameplay. Storm with all the KD, Thugs with perma-Gang War, Dark with Howling Twilight. Feels like that's somewhat missing with the other combos so far.
  19. In game, go to MENU, then OPTIONS, click the GRAPHICS AND AUDIO tab. Enable EXPERIMENTAL GRAPHICS SETTINGS. Then under CEL SHADER, change OUTLINES to THICK(SLOW). That puts the black outline around characters and objects.
  20. Tested a couple years ago, and it's pretty solid. Overwhelming Force KD proc in PA.
  21. There was an update to DB with the i27 patch, maybe it messed it up somehow. Also check if you out-leveled the IOs and they're all red.
  22. SR is easy to softcap def and +recharge comes naturally from standard IO slotting (Red Fortune and LotG). This leaves a lot of room to chase +damage bonuses. My StJ/SR Stalker has a passive +58% damage (Including Assault and Assault Hybrid). I think my pylon kill times are some of the best among Stalkers. 85-95 seconds. Keep at it, ST damage wise, it won't get much better.
  23. Few things I recommend are: 1. Add Numina's unique IO to Health. It will provide +10% recovery. 2. Pick up The Atlas Medallion and Portal Jockey/Born in Battle and Marshal. This will add +10 max end which in turn increases your recovery rate. 3. Add one more slot to Stamina for an end IO, boosted to +5. 4. Change Darkest Night and Dark Servant slotting to Cloud Senses. CS's +2.25% max end provides more recovery than Siphon Insight's +2% rec. These four changes will add about 0.73/s rec to your current total. Jam in the slow damage procs into the T1 pets. Only the Ice Demonling can trigger them but it's frequent enough that I think it's worthwhile.
  24. Here's the current build. I'm going to work on it again to re-add Burnout in the near future. Was playing it this evening and I miss using double Gang War. It's kind of nice having Hasten and Chrono Shift perma without relying on the other to get there. Agility Alpha is required for this build to have perma-GW. There's some IO boosts in all 3 pet tiers, GW and Scorpion Shield (Though none are really needed). Power Boost + Farsight puts the build at around +52% S/L/E def. All pets should be at around +51% def to all types and positions. CJ and Weave are just there as mules and not active during gameplay. | Copy & Paste this data into Mids Reborn : Hero Designer to view the build | |-------------------------------------------------------------------| |MxDz;1638;777;1554;HEX;| |78DA65544B4F135114BE77660A4C2950C0D2022DB4BC29B450D1951B038A0A54312| |0A01BD2C0B44C421FA134D11FE1DADFE0CA9D21B832060157C6A8E003886E14E461| |82AE5CD4C33DE7A6A39DA4F9FA7DF7DE73BE33E7DC89DEBFE288C7872F33EE1C5A8| |C65B3B3D15876D9584A9AA9795B349630E754064F29FCDC8595D9895C32994E8527| |1772896CC0A20FE6E2F1F0A49934204CCACCE41663CB663AC5ECE3E9F4627822631| |8F315E2EFB09958583653892AC1C68CD8BCB1945D30330EC933B0E8BD9A31E7C296| |E8D1D89C41FE1E78C0D100FC5ED8987CF236760A10D199F21BD0A331654A03AE316| |D5011BA36A4085E7217F52D57E130634FB810B741E49C22F2EF2A9ED8472C3B20FC| |81683F243C42FC0087553AACAA4F315DCD0AE2B955C267886BE0DD26D3DB024C882| |DF0AE4B29022BED41F12384D569A7A67B31579D8FB009D1D34CE8475C87D8E55849| |DE56BE0B397D3A6BB883A537EC9D718D79BF02EA8033A8373D065EAB310E362A64C| |68A5134DC34461845F4DF24BC85F8096C56D121B5EA1D66F0BF470C6C116E236E80| |BD6AD9B9EA2FE839200A2E61AD2F91B7AE136E20B66D227E864CB53253ED5B8CD84| |619DB2853076552A116976C8ACBCD71D1C345E11D1155CC46E77955F06AD8EC969B| |DD4E8E8B2E9C8DCE51DCD47DAA8AB7B40935D4C3B8881AEA27F11576AFA1C7EE6F2| |077EA2C388D7AF017DA09EE835EA9B11DA8A19132F1461766EABD7876DD54A6810D| |9F9C0D1FA57F05E99AA5D84C03B30B615A288CD2F21A3BD1FB86F039B6770F36B5C| |BA16EA7010AD1008568804234407D34407D0F31C80AD02E69B48B5E499FF054C68E| |1D8CF5484F3D34AFAB70222CDB13A6F644A83D116A4F84DA5307A5F6CB08FD546A5| |42B5CCDBC57B3DED33C3C6CEC4C92D7845D0200615C931A885CEC3BB2176E33E321| |B477FC8FD885E2894554F808170D764CE1B43802D8F89F76EBC7E1001B5BF948119| |F9BCA43E4CE23C263C49A131A80E232FA8BA548B134502C5D28967467E1DBF3FFF3| |A70E1CC8B5DB760B99B692192BB96725D782967E5CB7929160E10EE46F002967451| |EFE02B0C2194E| |-------------------------------------------------------------------|
  25. I remember someone mentioning they made a perma-Gangwar build before (It may have been you), and I wanted to try it too. It slipped my mind so today I changed up my Mids' build, tore my MM apart and did it. Thanks for the reminder! Looking forward to playing it.
