Slot the Overwhelming Force KD proc in the T1 pets. Also slot ATO 1 and 2 (Command of the MM and Mark of Supremacy). I think they're all slottable at level 10. Control the pets, don't let them run around unleashed, all willy-nilly. Passive-Attack My Target. Hit an enemy that's aggro'd on another teammate, help defeat them faster. Focus down one target at a time. Envenom, Weaken, the hold power. Cycle antidote among all pets every 90 seconds. Hit targets further away from a tank. If a tank has aggro, most AoEs will be focused around his location. Keep pets out of AoE range, in the tank's vicinity to help avoid splash damage. Fortify Pack often.

It's a strong build. Depending on your playstyle, the build may have endurance issues. Chrono Shift's end buff lasts for 30 seconds. Only the +rech portion lasts for 90 seconds. Taking that into consideration, when running Group Fly and the typical toggles (Scorpion Shield, CJ, Hover, Assault and Maneuvers), end gain will be around 0.7 end/sec about 72% of the time. I recommend getting Hasten, Chrono Shift and Serum to perma. The build is missing the Steadfast Protection +3% def unique. I consider Time's Juncture to be one of Time's better power picks. Even if softcap, the -damage debuff is equivalent to +res to all damage types, for MM, pets and teammates, from targets affected by TJ's debuff. I think it would be slightly better to slot Kismet +acc in a toggle rather than Farsight. Always active VS clicking to activate. I do not believe Kismet will apply to pet or teammates when slotted in Farsight. There are a lot of slots invested into Tactical Upgrade. Maybe swap those slots with Maneuvers. I feel like the build is starving for power picks because two travel power pools was taken. Leaping and Flight. I recommend dropping one unless you have a theme in mind or if this is also a PVP build. Consider dropping Mace Mastery, PB and Scorpion Shield. Softcap S/L/F/C/E/N is achievable without them as I have it on my Thugs/Time MM. Though I have no travel powers (Except Ninja Run) and used IO boosters and Clarion Radial Destiny to get there. Maybe go Mu Mastery and pick up Charged Armor. Drop the Leaping PP and take Boxing and Tough. Can probably hit +75% S/L resist with them and some IO slotting. Energy res would get a massive bump up as well. I'm a big fan of frankenslotting MM pets, especially Mercs. It raises their damage output a considerable amount. But the build will lose IO set bonuses making the MM overall weaker. With perma-Serum and Farsight, pets can slot for minimal accuracy and endurance. A lot of focus can be put on +dam, procs and pet uniques. Regardless your build will kick-ass if no changes are made. Good job!

Blind luck. I didn't really look at CoH for years, occasionally checking the odd Titan, FB and Reddit group to reminisce. Just happen to browse the sites when the secret server was revealed, next day the Discord meeting thing happened. I joined in, listened to the whole thing, code released. It all happened so fast. I think after that Discord meeting, CoH was back a few days later.

Go Muscular Core or Radial (If the extra end is needed). SR can hit softcap pretty easy and Quickness provides +20% recharge. Getting perma-Hasten and enough +rech to run some of the best attack chains can be achieved with IO set bonuses.

Tested and the heal amount seems to increase with IOs. With +99.1% heal IOs slotted in Maintenance Drone, it increased from 267.72 unenhanced to 532.5 enhanced. Tested with a secondary build, Group Fly and taking heavy damage from a fall at max height in Atlas Park. The Maintenance Drone's max HP of 1349.33 does not seem to change with IOs slotted. It seems to heal a max of 4 times before self destructing regardless of slotting or amount healed. The amount the MD heals for remains the same regardless of how much damage a bot has. I mean it will heal 532.5 hp if a bot's hp is at 75%, 50%, 32%, 1% etc. Tested by falling from different heights in AP.

No, I haven't. I have a few ideas for the build but just been busy. Work on new characters when online. The few changes didn't really make me happy. It sat unchanged and it fell by the wayside. Easiest change would be to drop CJ and Slowed Response for SS and BO. Replace the BU proc in Enforcers with a LotG 7.5%. Dropping CJ, Slowed Response and the Mace Mastery PP for SS, BO, Bonfire and Char. Use Clarion Radial to compensate losing PB. Skip the Epic/Ancillary PP completely because I want to keep Slowed Response. It will lose one or two +7.5% recharge bonus if I go this way. Play around with it. I'm sure you will come up with something that works.

Pretty close to capping S/L/F/C/N/P resists if Cardiac or Resilience Alpha is taken. Also L/M will be at softcap def if Divine Avalanche is used every 10ish seconds. Add it regularly to an attack rotation. Use the Set Bonus Finder to help find what's needed. Definitely add the ATO2 unique. Be wiling to use IO Boosters to help get there. Be willing to compromise to get the more important stats higher/capped. Dark Regeneration benefits from accuracy. Added Resilient Core, Activated Divine Av, and switched a few IOs around. What amusing thing in game elicits a real life cacke?
StrikerFox replied to FFFF's topic in General Discussion
I remember back during live, an SG teammate used to Power Thrust enemies off rooftops, quickly TP Foe them back to his feet, and proceed PT them off again. It was hilarious and I had to recreate it on Beta! Range Boost and other bonuses to increase range are a must. -
Haven't tried it but I think the Beast/Sonic combo would be pretty legit. Bursts of brilliance when Lion's Roar activates for +6% def (unenhanced, x2 Lions) but they last for 15s with a 60s CD. Pet's def will be at around +26% M/R and +41% AoE without Lion's Roar. That includes pet inherent def + pet unique IOs + heavily slotted Maneuvers. Only half the pets (Lions and Alpha Wolf) get Lick Wounds to heal themselves on a 60s CD. Dire Wolf has a heal on a 120s CD. Two T1 wolves have no self heal. Their resists will be spectacular. Capped at +90% to S/L/C. Around +75% to F/E/N/T and +35% to P. That's with the pet inherent + IO unique auras + heavily slotted Sonic Barrier/Haven/Dispersion. I sort of want to recommend Thermal instead of Sonic. Less resists but heals in a more controlled/timely manner. But regardless you can probably make Beast/Sonic work well.

Not sure, I do not have a WP Brute. Haven't played WP since live and that was on a Scrapper. HP is probably on the low side. High Pain Tolerance doesn't boost HP as much as Regen's Dull Pain. I had a regen Brute with capped HP during live but he didn't have the +def/res numbers your build has.
-
@High_Beam and maybe a few other people had this issue early when i27.5 was released. I tested it and it seemed to work fine for me. I'm not sure what causes it or if anything was done to fix it.

It's not a lot of defense but it's pretty decent if controlling pets to stay at range. Base value of Tactical Upgrade at 50 is: Melee - +0% Range - +6.22% AoE - +3.73% Slotting Tactical Upgrade moderately would provide around: Melee - +0% Range - +9.59% AoE - +5.75% With slotted upgrade + pet unique auras + slotted Maneuvers, Merc pets would be at around: Melee - +14% Range - +23.59% AoE - +34.75%

Few things to consider: Health has a higher base regen than Physical Perfection. 40% VS 20%. Putting the Numina IOs into Health will provide a higher amount of regen for your build. Build is missing the Reactive Defense scaling damage resist unique. It provides a +3% res to all damage types and scales up to +13% when down to 1% HP. Something like +1% res for every -10% HP. Can double up the +5% S/L def from the Superior Brute's Fury ATO if they're split in two. 3 and 3. Full sets of Superior Winter's Bite and Superior Blistering Cold will pretty much get F/C/E/N to softcap. Your Willpower build is pretty unique that it can slot Power Transfer procs in Stamina, Quick Recovery, Physical Perfection and Superior Conditioning. Also jam in a Panacea unique. It will equate to a lot of passive heals. Performance Shifters would do similar for the endurance side. Tossed together a quick WP Brute build and slotted 4 Power Transfers and a Panacea. In one minute (21:50), they healed for 1692.94 hp, average 28.22 hp/s. Next minute (21:51), they healed for 1607.60 hp, average 26.79 hp/s. I know heals is probably the least of your worries on a WP but I think it could still be added on top of softcap S/L/F/C/E/N def and +90% S/L res.

Yes. Pick the hero/villain you would like to move, click the Server Transfer button on the Character Select screen (Pictured below). After acknowledging the warning, the list of the other servers will popup. If I remember correctly, we get 5 server transfer tokens every 3 days but it may have changed.
-
Don't delete them. Drag and drop the unused character to the last page of the character selection screen. Or perform a server transfer to one rarely played. Just so they're out of sight; out of mind.

Need some help with a Robots load macro issue.
StrikerFox replied to Umbradomo's topic in Mastermind
This or something similar happened to me awhile ago. Is it the keymapping file you're talking about? I ended up redoing my keybinds and either, "Save to File" or "Save as Default," just so that it's the same for all future characters I create. Might want to post it in the Bugs or Help/Support channel. Even if it's happening on your MM, it may not necessarily be isolated to the MM AT. I remember the issue I described happening on my newly created Staff/Stone Stalker. -
I have a potato computer! Been using the same comp since 2003. If I could mod my Atari 600 to play CoH, I totally would.

Necro/Dark MM , need suggestions, currently theorycrafting
StrikerFox replied to Destruye Arepas YV's topic in Mastermind
I don't know what I was thinking when testing Aegis but looking at it now, it doesn't seem to work on the pets at all in the upgrade. Both psionic or the status resistance portions do nothing for them. -

Retested without Support Core Hybrid and pet end is slightly worse than before but still pretty solid. Slotted with two +3 heal/end HOs and +33% end in Zombies, 5 mins of nonstop attack, and pets did not drop below 70% end. Also tested with only Pancea + Numina uniques and it's enough to sustain all pet's end. Pets did not drop below 85% after attacking for 5 mins straight. Also tested Numina and Panacea individually. They are both good enough for the Lich and Grave Knights but neither are enough for the Zombies. Slot one of them and +33% end in T1 and call it a day. -

If I remember correctly: A - +Max hp will only apply to the MM 15 - Buffs Enchant Undead +res % 17 - +3% def only apply to the MM 17 - Buffs Enchant Undead +res %; +3% def only apply to the MM 19 - +Psionic/Status res apply to the MM; only the +Status res apply to the pets 19 - +Status res/Regen apply to the MM; only the +Regen apply to the pets. -

StrikerFox replied to Destruye Arepas YV's topic in Mastermind
Haha! It's just an endurance test for Necro pets. To see how much slotting they need to sustain their end consumption. Lich and Grave Knights needed 0 end redux if two heal/end HO's are slotted in Dark Empowerment. Zombies needed the two HO's and around +30% end redux slotted on them. The only thing the video really shows is the pet/Dark Empowerment slotting and the pet's blue bar. Zombies endurance was still dropping with two HO's, and I ended up slotting a SMoS dam/end IO on them. That seemed to fix it. I kept having to dismiss and resummon Zombies with each change otherwise the newly slotted IO/HO's wouldn't affect them. The test was originally just for the Lich. Wanted to eliminate as much end redux as possible in favor of acc, dam and mez HO slotting. It just turned out it could all be removed thanks to Dark Empowerment. BUT now that I'm seeing the video again, I had Support Core Hybrid slotted. It provides a passive end discount that likely applies to pets. I might have to retest. -

StrikerFox replied to Destruye Arepas YV's topic in Mastermind
I think it was two +3 HOs was good enough for Grave Knights and Lich. Zombies need an additional +30ish% end slotted on them. Video shows the slotting changes throughout and pets attacking nonstop for 20ish minutes. Can probably go with none if using Numina and Panacea uniques in Dark Empowerment. -
Does slotting recharge matter for the Guile proc? The superior version has a 5ppm rate. I use a 12 second long attack chain, with AS being used every 6ish secs (60 secs/5ppm = 12 secs). Seems like every second AS triggers the proc 100% of the time. I remember testing a 10 sec long attack chain and the proc rate was more random, less reliable. Here's my StJ pylon run. Have it set up so that Guile procs just before Crushing Uppercut, every 12 secs, and it crits every time. AS has +78.55% recharge slotted in it. The normal Guile version has a 4ppm, guess it should trigger the initial activation and every 15 seconds after.

Staff Fighting Stalker: Secondary Suggestion?
StrikerFox replied to BuiltDifferent5's topic in Stalker
Stone Armor is a great all rounder. Pretty easy to softcap to S/L/E/N/P with some DDR. Good resists VS F/C/T. Easy to cap HP, high regen. Go the Superior Conditioning/Physical Perfection route and can probably get an equivalent to 65 hp/s regeneration. Good status protection. Staff doesn't really need Hasten to run a top attack chain (PS-MB-AS-SR-repeat). Hasten doesn't benefit Stone Armor much. A Hastenless Staff/SA build is totally viable. SA's main drawback is the clunky costume pieces. Also Guarded Spin would benefit a resist secondary more but wouldn't make it any less fun.
