+1 Electric Armor is strong in my opinion as well. Is it number one, nah, maybe situationally. I also struggle with SR being #6. Maybe that much defense is wasted on a tank?

That said, with seeded items, determining what abuse is could be problematic. If someone is simply buying and then sell in mass just below the seed price, a quick note from a HC team member could avoid escalation.
