Moving venemous gas to a lower level would help the set perform way better earlier on. The only thing I'd really like for the set is some form of mez protection to avoid having VG constantly detoggled before incarnates. As it is, it's frustrating to play without clarion. I would move poison trap to the t9 spot and give it an area buff similar to EMP arrow/Faraday.

Amped up doesn't increase defense buffs. I assumed it did as well since it's +special but it doesn't boost them like power boost/clarion. Same deal with adrenal booster. Saw Captain Powerhouse posts explaining it but I can't find them

I think people undervalue the quick setup time. No other set can debuff -res as quickly since one of your -res debuffs is always on while the other is quick to cast/recharge.

That's why I always check my accuracy starting at 48 base tohit. It's rare that I exemp down below 45 and also fight +4s. And in those cases I can rely on team buffs/debuffs. You can change base accuracy value in mids under options>config>exemp and base values.

The toggle debuff in poison is the same size as the ones in radiation. Far from useless. Poison is much better in a world where blowing up spawns immediately is the norm because VG requires no setup time.

The biggest improvement from going with procs in the ST chain ended up being on the AoE side of play. Putting the ATO in seismic with no recharge lets you reliably open with the critical proc and go into tremor for decent AoE. My pylon times with stone/rad were only a little lower than what you got. In the 1:30-1:40 range, but can't remember if that was with hybrid. I was doing SS>Heavy Mallet>Snipe>Stone Mallet as well.

I think it's because they changed TK blast to higher damage for them already like you suggested above. They lost will dom in exchange, but it feels better since TK is faster on cast and recharge

Katana/Stone/Fire Scrapper with Musculature, Degen, Ageless, and assault. Attack chain is Golden Dragonfly>Soaring Dragon>Ring of fire. Using melt armor at the beginning and once more in the middle with build up as needed. Averaging around 1:40 without hybrid and 1:25 with.

That was it. I jumped to the wrong conclusion because of the power info saying defense debuff.

Vorpal radial judgement seems to have been incorrectly changed to +defense debuff and is not giving any +defense when it's used.

Take something with more heals. I'm positive you have a build that could do it from what I've seen you pull off. I'm thinking fire, dark, bio, or rad could all do better than shield since those tohit buffs eat right through defense.

I've gotten really low times with claws/bio by procing out shockwave including the annihilation -res proc. I did something like Followup>Focus>Shockwave>Moonbeam>FU>Focus>Shockwave>Slash and got around 1:15 (with hybrid) Don't think that's the best chain but something with shockwave might be it. The cast time on it is short enough to always get 3 attacks into the critical window. It's long enough to leave moonbeam at 0% slotted recharge and the decimation proc triggers pretty frequently. Even if the DPA on eviscerate ends up good it's going to be hard to make up for lengthening the chain since that critical proc and damage buff synergize so perfectly.

It's really a small opportunity cost on slotting since the psi resist comes from a bunch of convenient places. Most builds already have a 5 slotted purple set that can be 6 slotted for another big bonus (toxic too). Then the 5 impervium armors+aegis is 30%. So you're looking at 40-50% from just 8-9 slots. If you're a tanker then it's even easier to stack up with the +res ATO on top.

Look at the detailed info on the phantom army power itself instead of the pet combat attributes. You can see all the phantom army attacks and how slotting the enhancements affects the damage.

I've always thought getting insp from your email was unfair so I've opted to just not abuse it. I don't see why it needs to be disabled when we already have "no inspiration" challenge options. -
Surprisingly high damage on scrappers if you make sure to fire off build up first (even better with gaussian's proc). On other ATs I would load it up with damage procs to boost the damage. The higher target cap can be useful occasionally.

I prefer it in ball lightning since the cast time is about twice as fast as short circuit. It's definitely smaller but they both hit 10 targets. And if you go ball lightning>short circuit then your ball lightning is almost recharged again. It's DPA is similar to the t1/t2 blasts so it's easy to throw out during your ST rotation with little interruption.

Yes. It's fairly effective with time and farsight as well.

You can't power boost cold shields so you get a lot more defense from FF.

I don't consider it broken. It's simply how the game works. No need to mess with the fundamentals when they are already adding more difficult content.

Completely disagree here. There's a huge difference between a soft capped character with capped DDR and no DDR at all. You would be essentially eliminating the chance of cascading defense failure and giving everyone in the game super reflexes instead of the flimsy IO defense they currently have.
