What are you talking about dude. s/l/e covers almost all damage in the game.

I'd recommend a nature defender with scorpion shield. It's easy to get soft capped to s/l/e defense with scorpion shield and nature will give you resists to all. On top of that you have absorb, regen, and heals.

When I installed the new mid's reborn my mxd files were still set to open in the old versions by default in windows. If that's what's happening to you then right click the file and select "Open with>Choose another app" then select mid's reborn instead of the old versions while checking the box at the bottom. If mid's reborn isn't on that list you might have to scroll down and select the bottom options to point to the install folder directly.

You could pick up gloom to fill in the gap when you are doing single target only. It's cast time and damage is about the same as focus (although DoT) and having so much ranged on a melee is fun.

I mean that it's directly affected by zoning. I tested on homecoming, not another server. Either sleet 100% stacks or 100% doesn't stack, and continues to until rezoning.

Mace is the best of those 3. There were some big buffs to mace back on live. Clobber is one of the hardest hitting melee attacks in the game now.

Tested this out with dominator sleet and I'm seeing the same bug. About half the time on zoning in the debuff always drops when the animation fades.

Char in the epic is perfect for procs. Load it up with damage procs (Should take 5 including a purple from unbreakable) and it's fast cast time will have it's DPA exceeding your snipe . Take bonfire for the synergy with rain of fire as well. Make sure when you do proc out a power you still have enough accuracy for higher level enemies, it's not a given like it is with normal builds.

I love my ice/fire scrapper. I think if you are farming with him then putting the +50% critical proc ATO in burn will work out better with the order of your AoEs. Since burn can't crit it would be the perfect place to trigger it and then let you get some nice crits from frozen aura, shuriken, and frost to follow up. You could move arma/fury to frozen aura and it should be good since it hits more targets.

I'm pretty sure they reverted that "internal recharge" change. I remember testing when it was on beta and it wasn't much worse though.

it does buff tohit but it only lasts 15s. Can't rely on it to be perma lke the rest of the effects.

Claws/bio/soul with musc/degen/assault. Averaging 1:18 without hybrid and 1:07 with it. Attack chain is Follow Up>Focus>Slash>Moon Beam>Follow Up>Focus>Slash>Shockwave. Starting out with DNA siphon (fury proc) and skipping over shockwave to use it again when it's recharged. It still works great exemping since you can just use strike for your 4th attack. I couldn't get enough recharge with claws/bio but I noticed that if you get to 200% global recharge (including hasten) then you can just do FU>Focus>Slash>Shockwave all proc'd with no gap. It's only slightly less DPS than including snipe with the additional -res proc and it simplifies the attack chain significantly. I used some extra recharge buffs to test that chain with no snipe and it only added about 5 seconds. Thanks to SomeGuy for sharing his build and chain with me.

Energy Aura is good for similar reasons and you can rely on energize to discount your endurance on proc'd stuff. You can't beat the DDR and easy defense with SR but the end management is a good tradeoff.

I would love this. There's already a bunch of powers in sonic manipulation for it and you'd only need a few more.

Martial arts version is slightly faster so that's probably the reason for the difference.

I'd want to do runs with and without burnout, like with hybrid. Since it's not something you'll always have up. I use temp powers like +rech from base buff sometimes but I always mention if it was required. There's no rules really besides what you set for yourself.

This but all sources of damage so the suffering is balanced. Then we can do things we used to but much slower which will be definitely be popular.

Who's good at estimating DPS? Or, the curious case of Fire/Fire

This is definitely one of the highest damage dom combos. It's hard to guess your exact DPS because the dom snipe having a long recharge makes it's hard to pin down an exact attack chain. You should turn on Arcanatime in mids (Options>config>effects and math) to get a more accurate animation time and then check out the DPS calculator (Window>DPS calc). Just looking at the breakdown of DPA on attacks I'll be using lets me get a close estimate. With fire blast and char at 260 DPA and blaze at 526 I would guess that the DPS is 350+ before even accounting for the snipe. So you are probably pushing closer to 400 DPS with sleet taking you into the range of 500. I didn't even consider hotfeet or multiple ATO stacks so I think my estimates are pretty conservative. A bit lower when embrace is down but should have enough uptime to average high. -
I think you could get that time down a good bit with just a few adjustments. Achilles and fury uptime is way more consistent if you can get them into GD/SD instead of the radiation powers. You might just want them in AoE though. Also think putting the +crit ATO proc in GD and opening with it is the way to go. I tried testing opening with SD first (and crit proc slotted there)and it was a DPS loss. The proc chance is similar on them. I'm guessing it tested better because GD always has a higher crit chance and doesn't benefit as much from the crit boost. I need to change my build back to gambler's cut as well because there's definitely times I need to fill a gap with FF procs. I might try to work in proc'd out fireball since that would do nicely.

The debuff being a narrow cone doesn't mesh very well with the t9 being a PBAoE aura either. If they tweak the power it'd be nice to get a wider arc so you don't need to step back as much.
