  1. No idea who that is, I guess could be a player but I didn't recognize the name. I tagged the ones I did recognize. It was my thought that Google's AI Bard is to blame for these results as well. That picture of the Council, looks like a random city council from Anywhere, USA.
  2. I have 4 or so max level poisons and 4 or so max lvl plants. I haven't combined the two but I can see how they'd be a great pairing. The only powers you need with poison are: Envenom, Weaken, Venomous Gas. Poison Trap can be useful if proc'd. Alkaloid might have a niche use in topping off Fly Trap, but this is diminished because of Spirit Tree. You want to build towards being in melee. Also Spirit Tree can't be cast while flying. On the Plant Side you need: Strangler, Roots, Seeds, Creepers, and arguably Fly Trap. Spore Burst is useful for an opening to safely get in before using seeds and envenom/weaken. Vines is a trap.... Taking vines actually lowers your overall DPS, because it prevents confused mobs from fighting each other. I don't recommend taking it. For that reason I'd avoid earth mastery too and go with Leviathan Mastery. You can root mobs in place and use Water Spout to do a ton of damage, you get hibernate to restore your HP/end, and you get a resistance armor. Build wise, you'll want to get melee up, so you might need to take cross punch to slot superior avalanche, and unbreakable 4 PC sets in tough/shark skin. Since you're in melee and Venomous Gas is really important I'd recommend taking Clarion Radial, and Melee Core for your destiny/hybrid. Clarion radial also has a power boost to help your debuff values of envenom/weaken/venomous gas. Poison is very slot friendly where you can use 2 Lysos for Envenom/Weaken and then 2 Enzymes for Venomous Gas. You can add an Achilles is you want as well. I don't know what kind of experience you might have with poison, but you want to rotate the target of envenom/weaken as there's a huge main target debuff and a splash aoe and the main target debuff and splash aoes stack with each other. Once you get this down with the level of debuffs going on not much will be able to kill you.
  3. The following is a legit Google search just now with no editing.... It's very important to steer clear of @biostem and @ShardWarrior as they are clearly a threat to Paragon City.
  4. Sorry I was late to the party last night, but luckily there was a spot on Ronin's team that I was able to do a few missions with. That team was the final punch my dark/stone needed to hit 50, so I'm working on finishing up its slots/accolades/incarnates now.
  5. Without exempting you can do the following, besides just running story arcs (there's enough content you can hit 50 without doing TFs or radios/newspapers), or the previously mentioned ITF. At lvl 40: Numina, Ice Mistral, Abandoned Sewer, Eden Trial, Dr. Quarterfield, Sara Moore, and the third/fourth respecs on both blue/red. At 44 you can do the Justin Augustine and Faathim the Kind TFs. Otherwise at 45, there's Ms. liberty, Lady Grey, Kahn, Barracuda, Lord Recluse, Hami Then at 46 there's Mender Silos.
  6. Damaged, attacked, or glowy clicked should suppress. It's honestly been a while since I've done it. A quick way to test make a new toon and pick stealth and then check the values on defense as you click through them.
  7. I think that's only true if you're not in combat. I briefly looked at your build before work, but if I'm not mistaken you have stealth in there with an LOTG 7.5. a substantial amount of the defense stealth provides suppresses while in combat. You can go in the options on mids to toggle combat suppression to show you the values of your defense while in combat to get an accurate read. Sadly I've been so busy at work I forget all the details of your build off hand. Regarding tp, I've had tons of success with characters that use TP instead of leaping. An example is a DP/Devices Blaster that sets traps and fold spaces mobs in to the kill zone. TP is also the fastest travel power in the game once you get used to it.
  8. Also a big fan of musculature especially as archery seems kinda lackluster in damage anyways. Clarion radial has a +special that acts as a power boost for your trick arrow debuffs so that could be pretty useful.
  9. Using that same screen you can click options under the suppression window to simulate being in combat, so you aren't relying on builds using the not in combat values for stealth or evasive maneuvers, etc.
  10. I thoroughly enjoy both my Plant/Trick Arrow and Plant/Storm Controllers. Both pairings allow for quite a bit of damage coming from a controller. A couple weeks ago, someone was having difficulty soloing a mission they had set for 4x8, and sought out help from ppl via LFG. Myself (plant/storm) and someone on a tank showed up to help. The OP was playing a scrapper. The OP and Tank both were dead on the ground as I zoned in. The OP mentioned to me to wait so they could get some more damage to help clear them. I casually quipped, "I am the damage", and to their astonishment proceeded to absolutely destroy the mission to the point both were asking me advice on how to build a plant/storm controller. They eventually used an awaken and "helped" out. I answered their questions about plant/storm and then went on my merry way. In my experience plant/storm and plant TA both can be built to be amazing.
  11. I like to pair things like RoP and Unleash Potential with Barrier, Melee Core or Radial, And Demonic and rotate through the clicks to cap me off. That usually provides more slotting freedom to get more damage in to other powers.
  12. Personally I'd change the medicine pool to get rid of the rez. Reasoning is that you can get a temp power that resurrects a target for a small amount of influence. I'd replace Resuscitate with a click based self buff with an absorb shield and a regen boost. Field medic I'd make an auto power and also have it remove the interrupt on aid self. With these changes I feel players would be more likely to consider an otherwise under utilized power pool.
  13. I see lots of complete sets, and an attempt to get S&L def up but not quite to 45%. Why did you slot it like that? Are you particularly glued to all the powers you chose and when you chose them, example hasten being pushed til 49? What do you want out of this character? What goals are you looking to hit with it? What kind of difficulty or content are you planning on running? Is the toon supposed to be on a team or solo? You have three leaping powers, so you could swap them for teleport and get combat tp, teleport, and fold space in there place. The combat tp would synergize with burst of speed to have you teleporting all around the battlefield, but also getting a nice tohit buff. It would be a good idea to fit a kismet proc in the build somewhere as well. Personally I think reaction time is over slotted for slow, as the base slow does -70% movement speed and -40% recharge I would slot this to enhance your recovery or boost the absorb your getting. If you're taking hasten, 2 slot it with +5 lvl 50 generic IOs. Given that hail of bullets is a pbaoe and bullet rain is a taoe (it can be used in melee as well) I would probably build this to make use of the teleport into melee be able to survive up front (I would likely want a resistance based shield) and then use teleport macros to bring you backwards to maximize your cone attacks radial arc. But given your thoughts about going TP and having burst of speed, I envision this thing as a mobile pain in the ass for your enemies as they'll have to chase after you if you have agro. So you have escape options if necessary. Ultimately though it's your toon so a lot of what can be done relies on what you want out of it.
  14. There's typically a log of who deposited what and who took what. But that has limits. If you want to distribute stuff to others I typically suggest controlled distribution by a trustee member to others based on what they need.
  15. I triple box quite a bit myself. Usually 2 in a farm and 1 playing content. Otherwise if im soloing a TF, I'll have my three accounts each have a character in for triple the reward at the end. I have triple boxed SBBs with three masterminds, but I specifically inform whoever else is on the team what I'm doing. More often than not it's a friend tagging along. I am more likely to triple box MMs while soloing missions than any other AT. That said if I'm doing a patron unlock or maria Jenkins arc I often will triple box it, but have no one else with me. Otherwise in PvP zones I'll often have a hero and a villain logged in and parked so I can quickly even the odds as I hate being on a side that is outnumbering the other team. I like to be on the underdog team or it he evenly matched. But yeah 99% of the time when server load allows my other accounts are farming some influence and recipes while I play one character.
  16. I don't know what people are doing with posted builds, and yes you can learn some slotting tricks from people's builds (typically more so if you understand how to make them). Maybe it's just my personality, but if I'm asked for help on something, even though it's often quicker to just do it myself, I like to help the person asking for help by empowering them to be able to do the job effectively themselves. I think that goes back to how I was raised. It might be more upfront effort on my part but think it helps ensure people understand more about the "why" a choice was made through having a dialogue with them then just reading a recipe.
  17. Now a days we typically suggest that you upload the mids file directly to the post as some people have issue getting the data chunk to load depending on versioning. I'm looking into martial combat as one of my upcoming projects so I'll make a note to check back late tonight when I have some free time and access to my PC with mids.
  18. Overtime I've gotten away from publicly releasing builds, because it doesn't really help people understand how to make them in mids if they are just slotting someone else's build. That said I've been open about directly helping people with their builds via private messages here or a few times over on Discord to help people understand the theory behind the build. And how to reach for their goals. If interested send me a pm with a copy of your own build and your build goals, and what kind of content you want to use it for. I'll make some tweaks and to help you get there and increase slot efficiency.
  19. Depending on your overall slotting, you want it to have accuracy first and foremost, after that stun helps boost its duration to stack. My current build uses 2 Absolute Amazements, but that's more for the recovery bonus. The power will stun minions/lts so you can focus down bosses/ebs/avs.
  20. You're okay slotting sets as you go, that's what we've all been doing. Especially they ATO procs and theft of essence. Have fun with it.
  21. Didn't play last night was tired after putting my toddler to bed. Played some today and sitting at lvl 46. This thing is coming along nicely. I was afk at a merit vendor and some lvl 50 dragged his ambush by me and I stole his agro. I came back to find 8 lvl 50 rikti attacking me and I was still at 90+% hp and regening it. I still havent gone in an AE mish with it, so i've held true to the no PL on it. I've ran numerous TFs, SFs, and a lot of mission teams including a taste in DA tonight and got to kill an avatar of Mot. Looking forward to hitting 50 with it and playing with the other dark/stones. Psi Tornado is working well, I picked that up at 44.
  22. sounds like you have a lot of attacks. but what ever works for your rotation I guess. Oppressive Gloom is set defining. Its literally a must have. Trust me on this.
  23. I ran that elec/cold tank up as a praetorian from lvl 1-50 and had a blaster with it. Solid resistance levels and the ice melee slows incoming damage down and knocks it down for further mitigation. Enjoy.
  24. Elec/ice tanker is fun. So is an elec/cold controller. I imagine elec/cold corruptors would also be fun.
  25. I had a chance to play a little tonight so mine is sitting at lvl 42. I've started tossing it more sets. but I don't plan to fully IO the build til 50, just been going pieces here and there to help get a feel for the toon. Ran an ITF and a Manticore tonight.
