I'm not really sure what you're saying here.
I just know that with Vectored KB I can use the power to push them in any direction I choose, depending on who I target or where I place the drop. With Original KB I have to move MYSELF to change the direction.
no.
Grab an energy Blaster with Explosive Blast.
No matter what you do it will always knock enemies away from YOU. Target a guy in back and it will NOT knock them toward you, it will knock them away.
Then grab a Seismic Blaster with Meteor. Drop it at the back of a spawn. They will be knocked TOWARD you, away from the projectiles point of impact.
I think if you get Double XP you've basically done this to whatever content you then choose to do. The existence of the Double XP boosters is what "legitimizes" this already. No new anything necessary.
The only way I would support this idea is if you got a dialog box when you join the team asking if you agreed, like with level changes and teleportation.
Also, if everyone on the team is dead, the mission should fail. If we’re talking advanced difficulty options.
Don't manually deactivate it unless you need to move it. As others have stated, it's still working when on a defeated mob to debuff other enemies in the area.
You can now enable PvP inside sg bases, yes.
You cannot Cancel or Kick someone from such an event, because that would be pretty broken as far as PvP goes.
Whether you can ban an individual from participating in the first place is another question.
Did an incident actually occur or are you conjecturing on what Might happen?
And here it is working correctly. These are all against Lost Anathema LTs which do NOT have Confuse protection or resist according to both the Power Analyzer and City of Data. The problem seems to be intermittent.
Most likely those 10 have been sitting there for a long time, waiting for someone to either overbid or get really impatient.
Just keep waiting.
Or use Converters to get the piece you want.
