I definitely would like their Tanking ability to be improved slightly, but aside from that I agree.

They’re also really only equivalent to 2 powersets of 1 AT, not 2 whole other ATs.

Which of the other servers is a “serious“ server? and I’m sorry, I just have to say the idea of a pre-ED, pre-defense nerfs, pre-control nerfs, etc. etc., no IOs, no incarnate server sounds absolutely horrible. The game is way way better now. I am quite confident when I say I believe HC is the best version of the game that has ever existed.

White Dwarf Flare already Taunts. Black Dwarf Mire does not taunt, intentionally, so that one can use it as a dps tool, by hitting dwarf and mire, then going human or nova and attacking, without pulling aggro to yourself. I think the Dwarf Antagonize powers should hit up to 10 and have a 20' radius.

It's an interesting idea. I wonder if perhaps actually Dominators would be the best AT for such a set? Because a Melee AT doesn't really need more than 1 or 2 at most, and a Ranged AT doesn't really need it at all, but a Dominator could absolutely benefit from having it on many attacks.

Super useful. I don’t actually know them off the top of my head, but one can also make binds to teleport specific distances in specific directions. Like, back 20 ft, for example.

So the pet does half the damage, but there are THREE of them, so 1.5x the damage. Clearly the problem with them is not the basic output, but the level difference. So, hopefully that gets addressed in an upcoming patch.

My guess is the devs don’t want us to be able to have a continuous stream of cheap fully buffed pets. They want resummoning in combat to be risky.

No. Brutes were only nerfed at the very top end. At the bottom they were buffed.

I changed my mind about my ideas in the OP, I agree that's not the way. For now it's just wait and see.

A multistep proposition: 1. Make the Upgrades into Toggles so that they just take effect immediately on any henchman you summon. 2. Give those toggles fairly High endurance costs, around .39 or .52 per second. 3. Remove the Endurance penalty from most (or all) other MM powers.

Maybe instead of the Radius changes and +5% base damage it should have been more like +2.5%...

That’s because Brutes were insanely op at release, naturally they’ve mostly gotten nerfs and not buffs. I agree that Tanks probably got buffed a little too much though.

Do people routinely play bad even in harder content? I mean, I get people playing drunk and stupid in radio missions, but how about Doctor Aeon?

some of the enemies in question were called Quantum Gunner or whatever, but the damage was not called Quantum damage iirc

I think that's called Nicti damage, though it has been a long time since I actually checked.

Rad Blast, Beam Rifle and more get mag 3 controls that do good damage. No particular need to reduce Bean Bag mag to give it damage. -
Brutes are fine. They do hit harder than Tankers, they just don't hit as many foes at once. Against a single enemy or a smaller group, the Brute does more damage. On teams they can be as tough as Tankers. There's no problem to be solved here. These two AT's are as balanced as they need to be.

Assault Rifle IS a lot better at AoE than Ice. -
