Sniper Rifle doesn't have interrupt time in the fast version. Not sure where you got that. I agree it's kinda slow, but that's all.

In general I like these ideas, but specifically the Hollows I disagree. Flux should remain a regular contact. I think SOME zones can have just a Trial instead of a TF (Hollows, Eden, etc)

I don't know what you mean by "relevant". If you enjoy playing Claws/Elec I'm sure it will be perfectly fine. The game is incredibly flexible.

What I want is for rescuees to be untouchable until AFTER you free them. When I rescue Thunderhead Bartlett he should NOT be able to be killed by AoEs before I've even freed him.

FFXIV characters typically have about 30 buttons and the game is explicitly designed for console. The cross hotbar system they use works very well.

I understand what you’re trying to do with it, and for that you can use an epic set aoe control. But the reason the power is in your secondary is to be a defensive aura that chases enemies away.

It's not unnecessary, it's literally the point of the power, to chase away enemies trying to hit you in melee.

Master of Cones Boost Range+Sniper Blast gives you a HUGE range increase, making your cones enormous

I agree it’s annoying, but it’s definitely a tutorial. They introduce you to game concepts in those arcs.

Don't be shocked if this eventually gets fixed. It's supposed to only have a 10% chance to KD when the enhancement is added, just like Repulsion Field, etc.

It should be changed back. It should absolutely introduce you to all five.

not completely sure, as coding and the details of CoD are a mystery to me, but I think it may have to do with whatever tech allows the DoT to be of variable length depending on the Confuse duration.

At this point though I think it becomes part of the larger discussion about the remaining big crash t9s. Unstoppable, Power surge, Overload, Elude, and Kuji in Retsu (am I forgetting any?) should all be modified to have smaller crashes with equivalent levels of power.

Since the market buckets salvage, this actually makes a lot of sense.

It seems clear that the reason I have been disappointed with DP is because I play starting from 1 and I don’t add sets and procs until very high level if ever. Most powersets that’s not a problem for me. With DP it feels like an issue.

I think this is a tough one. Let's assume, for a moment, that the set is shown to be underperforming. It would be cool if the change was made not to Power Sink but instead to the t9. BUT it would be a bummer if the t9 was no longer 3 minutes of looking like an Electricity Demon. So I'm not really sure what the best suggestion would be.

The downside would be that mobs that can’t be End drained would prevent you from getting your absorb. In particular a problem against many AVs and GMs…

I still don't think it's necessary, but IF it was actually shown that the set underperforms defensively then maybe something sort of similar to the new Shocked mechanic with Electrical Blast: Using Power Sink on mobs with less than 50% of their Endurance gives you a chance for +Absorb, and the chance increases the lower their Endurance is. Perhaps DON'T have it scale with number of mobs, so that it can be strong enough to be valuable even against a single foe.

QFT Kinetics, one of the most powerful sets of any kind in the entire game, is virtually unchanged from launch.
