Most greed based crimes aren't punished, like destroying economies, starting wars of aggression, stealing your employees wages, or cancelling City of Heroes. Wage theft is massively underreported.

Yes, but like I said, it's inconsistent. For example, Maneuvers gives everybody the Defense Up buff icon. But Force Fields, Ice Shields, Fortitude, and many other abilities have their own graphics and do not include the generic icon. Freezing Rain, for another example, causes a Defense and Damage Resistance Debuff, but its graphic on mobs is just a Cold effect, not generic Shield icons of any color.

But you may be right in the more general sense, that while it is inconsistent it is also systemic, not individual to each power. Just some powers don't participate in that part of the system, I guess.

Just in general I think those generic buff icons whether they are for leader ship, inspirations, or anything, should be temporary. They should appear when you initially turn on whatever ability it is, and then they should go away. In every single case.

I am talking about the generic buff icons. The little flash when you initially turn on the toggles doesn’t bother me.

i know nothing about pvp, but isn’t best build always wins the opposite of a dice roll?

I know this has gone in Suggestions before, which is why I'm not putting it there. I'm just wondering if anyone knows WHY there isn't a Minimal Effects version of the Leadership toggles that gets rid of the icons floating around you? They're really annoying.

A few months ago I joined a Redside team and the leader stopped inviting people at 5. I asked why, and they indicated that they preferred small teams and asked politely if I'd still like to come along. I was surprised, simply because it's unusual, but I stayed and we had a great time. On teams that size everyone has to really pull their weight. So teams like this DO exist, though they may be fewer, and people DO like playing this way and will join your team. Just inform people ahead of time what the plan is.

This game is a little different from other MMOs in that the Tank isn't singled out as the most important person on the team who gets to dictate the flow of gameplay for everyone else, that's true. A tank in this game is however still a toughy who jumps in first, pulls groups together, and makes everyone else's job way easier. Even at the high levels.

Yea, I get not EVERYONE just 6 slotted one thing, but the fact is that was the most common slotting by a wide margin.

Random people saying "I didn't slot like that" doesn't change the facts. The REASON Enhancement Diversification was called that is because it was intended to encourage people to slot some other way besides 6 of their favorite thing. And it worked. Now we slot a few each of several things, as intended.

Pretty sure some of the other server clusters have gotten rid of aggro caps. I don't know about pre-ED.

Slotting Debuffs in a Debuff is not a secondary effect. If you're claiming that Defenders routinely slotted Debuffs in their Damage attacks prior to ED you're going to need some evidence. Slotting Holds in a Hold is also not a secondary effect. The discussion was primarily about attacks and armor toggles. Yes, teams with multiple Rads always did ridiculous things, that also doesn't have anything to do with this topic.

Most of what you're talking about there is about Regen specifically getting nerfed. That's independent of ED. But this specific statement I've isolated because it is completely ridiculous. Nobody slotted secondary effects before ED. Attacks were almost always slotted with 5 or 6 damage.

Add +Damage Enhancement to Mez/Debuff Sets

In general I would prefer this be done by adding new sets rather than changing old sets. But I agree in principle, and not just on Damage. For example, it would be nice if there were Slow sets WITHOUT Damage. It would be nice if there were more sets that included Range along with whatever else they're doing.
