I haven't played the game much in the last few weeks, but last night I went to craft some recipes for my new 50, and all rare salvage was 1mm. I thought fungibility was supposed to prevent that? Is this something the devs did in the new patch? I know there is a "this market is so cheap" thread but I disagree with that. I hate the market, dealing with it takes away from my enjoyment of the game, so this was not a welcome change for me.

OK I'll bite. My Plant/Storm controller is named "I am Root". get the idea? I'm pretty OK with what I did below (mostly based on the "organic armor" set), but I don't like the glossy texture of the main body. I can't seem to figure out a better way, so if anyone has a disruptive idea, I'm all ears.

Did you try disabling your Anti Virus regardless of what it is?

Temporarily disabled my antivirus (Avast) and it now works 😞 trying to find where the logs are in Avast to see if I can figure out what it doesn't like. I never got any warning that it detected a problem with Tequila.

running tequila as administrator doesn't work either.

I looked at the tequila log and here is what is shows (not much) even though Windows tells me Tequila has stopped, the app window is visible. The Play button still showed so I double-clicked on the 64 bit client (which I usually use) but I got an "applciation unable to start correctly (0c0000005) error from Windows. Now when I start Tequila it shows the main screen, shows fetching manifest and when it says validating windows tells me Tequila has stopped. This started out of the blue today, I don;t think anything changed on the PC but its' a shared family PC so it's possible windows update or something updated it. I tried deleting the tequila.xml file but it didn't help. I also rebooted the computer, still not luck I also downloaded tequila again and it didn't help.

Interesting results. You should have bought all crafting salvage rather than use stored salvage for a more exact number but it probably doesn't make that much of a difference (less than market variations on what you sell for sure). Now do it again without Windfall :) if I do it then our difference in toon build or farming style would not make for apples to apples.

It's now built in the game. Go to Options. It was in a "beta" section I think on the main tab, I don't have the game in front of me at the moment. Super helpful!

Flight doesn't fit my character concept, but it's the only travel power that lets you slot 2 LOTGs, otherwise I like what you did even though I suspect endurance management is an issue early on or examplared low, with several LOTGs early in the build. I need to load it in MidsReborn and study it. I'm not good at reading short enhancement names in the forums, if SuddAcc--KB/+KD is the KB->KD IO I thought it was unique, otherwise turning KB into KD in hurricane could be a good idea?

Almost sold on Plant/Kin 🙂 I'll see if I can find a couple builds to figure out how people are using it. In particular I need to remind myself how hurricane works in conjunction with group immob.

I was hoping to find a plant/kin build to get inspired by but no luck so far. I loved Plant as a dominator back on Live and I loved my Fire/Kin (was my 1st 50). Fire/Kin is a pretty obvious synergy, but I don;t want to reroll one. I think Plant/kin should work too? Seeds make it safe to get into melee for Fulcrum shift, although Plant has no aura like hotfeet. As an alternative Plant/Storm seems like a good choice too. I understand the hate for Storm controllers on team, although I successfully used a fire/storm on teams to great effect back in the day too. So I'd love advice for or against Plant/Storm or Plant/Kin, build suggestions, and strategy advice.

wait, I have no more bosses in arc 125??? did you remove them or do I have some setting out of whack?

ok so running the lvl49 is not worth for influence, looks like the same amount either way but at least arc 125 has bosses am I missing something?

What is the ID of the lvl49 "meteor" fire farm? I'm only aware of a lvl50 one, or maybe I'm just confused which is not unheard of.

I don't fully understand the snipe changes yet, but don;t you do much more damage if your toHit is high? That would still make toHit valuable, but geting intasnipe even with less damage is definitely a good thing.

Ah, yes that's right, at one time I had guessed that it was the reason to choose that side of the tree, but forgot about it.

Finally leveled mine to 50 and T4 Clarion, love the insta snipe (and yes, often the yellow circle doesn't show but it's still insta) Any specific reason for choosing Void for Judgement? Just for a different type of damage that is more often unresisted?

I didn't notice much of a difference, but I never had any complaints outside of Hami raids and possibly MSRs. I am running decent hardware though.

so there is no way to tell it not to download beta? I think that doubles the space on drive and I'm running CoH off an SSD
