If bringing the bottom up is the end goal, why not actually look at buffing under-performing sets like I suggested pages ago? That's going to do a ton more than a needless change to Hasten that I'd wager 99% of the player base would be against.

Some characters do need to actually slot for recharge, regardless if they have Hasten or not. Not a good argument.

The only change to Hasten I can get on board with is making it inherent like Stamina.

Most people do accept this.

If everything in a game is perfectly balanced, then what's the point in even having choices? How about looking at buffing under-performing sets first before suggesting nerfs for things that are popular?

It's a pretty simple situation. If you are concerned about a character, ask a GM to review it.

I mean, if time is the issue for you I'd advise learning how to lead a raid yourself so you can try to form one up when you're actually able to play.

No, you just need to have a league formed with enough people to meet the minimum requirement for the trial and then the league leader queues up the trial.

Yeah, they can just write down the codes and exit the portal and re-enter it. It's not that big of a deal to not have the slash command to do it. I feel like there's some confusion going on where some people think passcodes themselves are going away. They aren't. It's just this GM command. If you have bases you want to go to, just write down the code, memerize it or coalition with the group. Pretty simple and not time consuming.

Could have fooled me but I guess we’re going to have to agree to disagree. But just seeing these posts about the slash command saving people 5-10 seconds of doing something else to get to the same point is pretty ridiculous. I’ve used it a couple times but I’m still used to having to go to a base portal anyway or use the TP power so it’s a non-issue for me.

They sure made due all this time before the last month or so when the command wasn’t available. It really all comes down to laziness and not being able to properly utilize all the tools we already have have to make travel a non-issue.

As someone whose main character has been a PB since 2008, I don’t think I ever recall some other player getting butthurt about KB. Maybe that’s due to mostly playing on RP servers but it’s never been an issue for me. Most reasonable people I assume just know to expect some KB with a PB on the team. It’s not something that’s going to make or break a team so not really worth getting upset or kicking someone off a team over.
