  1. He said new change, not new challenge. It's good to freshen the event up and plenty of other Halloween Event additions over the years, like the Zombie and Banner invasions, also have EBs. I guarantee the intent wasn't to make it a slog for solo ToTers. On a team/league the EBs barely exist before they're downed and the increase in rewards plus new badges is always a nice treat.
  2. This is where I guess there's a disconnect. I'm at a loss why people are seemingly unhappy with completely optional difficulty additions that don't change the base content experience at all for those that aren't interested in said optional difficulty additions. I could understand completely if let's use the ITF for example was just completely overwritten and you could only run the HM version. That's not what's happening though.
  3. I would definitely recommend trying to coordinate runs through the Everlasting TFs folks. All of the raid leaders there as far as I’m aware have no issues with really any archetype as long as they can pay attention to instructions.

  5. I don’t know what server you play on but on Everlasting I’ve never seen that, I’ve been on many of Shadeknight’s runs and others that had MMs.
  6. Well, is the harder content being forced on anyone? I don’t recall a game-wide increase in difficulty for everything; just optional challenges you can set for certain specific content. To clarify, I was talking about the handful of folks here that seemingly exist to whine about every change/update this server has seen since 2019. If you aren’t one of those folks, good news, I’m not referring to you in that previous post lol. For those that do fall in that category well I suppose the thumbs down reacts speak for themselves.
  7. I literally only play a human form PB which is about as mid as you can get and I do perfectly fine.

A lot of people did, particularly ones that have been playing the game since 2004 where all they had to do with their fully tricked out characters was running the same piss easy story arcs. it seems like here lately people are coming on this forum just to bitch and moan about every little change and it is exhausting. Harder content is optional, whether you like it or not, going after badges and getting extra rewards is all optional. It’s there for the players that want to take advantage of their maxed out characters and want something a little bit harder. I think that is great that we finally have that in this game.
  9. Good news, all of the harder content is entirely OPTIONAL.
  10. If I recall correctly, it took a teamwipe or two to understand the new optional 'Master of' difficulty. Non-Master runs were always pretty easy so it's refreshing to have some harder content you can't just blitz through with Incarnate abilities. Obviously getting new 'Master' badges is a plus too.
  11. I can't speak for anyone else, but as someone that played on live between 2007 and 2012, I don't wish that evil on anyone. We really do have things pretty damn good here specifically just from a QoL standpoint.

  16. Good news, you don't have to do any Hard Mode TFs to get the Aether currency if you don't want to. It'll take longer to get without doing them, sure, but let's not pretend they only drop from Hard Mode TFs.
  17. As I typically play with just the music on and sound effects off, my answer is whiners on the forums. For a more serious answer, I'd have to go with Demon MMs too.
  18. For the record, I wasn’t asking for a link to the gold farming site. I was assuming via your post that you knew actual individuals utilizing it and could provide proof of that.
  19. I see your point, but I would wager no one is playing an AE fire farm for the story.
  20. It was stated that Incarnate Slot XP is still earnable in non Dev's Choice AE arcs.
  21. I can’t speak for anyone else but I exclusively use it for telling my RPSG’s stories.
  22. As far as I'm aware that's also being looked at. They need time to do the appropriate data collection however to make sure any adjustments are done properly.
