I have decided to roll my first tank up I'm pretty set on primary, but undecided on secondary I went Fire Armor cause at heart I'm a pyro, and like to burn things up I was thinking Energy Melee, to make it easy to destroy any adversary Fire Melee seems to be better on hard targets than it used to be But is it enough to bring it closer to the glory of what Em can be? I have experience with EM on a Scrapper, post buff of course, I combined it with Rad Let's be honest, the AoE of EM is kinda sad With the Tank buffs to AoE, cones and target cap It makes me wonder, is the multitarget aspect still crap? Once long ago, Ihad a FM brute as my main, but FM then and now, are not the same Does the pure fire damage and ability to slot a couple of -res procs Help FM's single target damage go from "meh" to "Hey, that rocks" Yeah, I wish I hadn't typed that either. Change Soldier to Military. Each branch has it's own title for it's members. Marines: Marine (We don't wanna confuse them) Air Force: Airman Navy: Sailor Army: Soldier For your own safety, never call a Marine a Soldier. Perhaps just make it "Military"

Not critizing, or saying you're wrong, as everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I have to ask something. Could most of this not be addressed as Origin, or theme/concept? Example, I have an Em Scrapper that's mutation allows him to rechannel the energy that he absorbs from his surroundings and converts it to negative energy (Anti-matter) that begins breaking things down on an atomic level, which he uses to protect himself and attack others. Arcane could be any blast set with a Magic origin. Add Sorcery pool for additional flavor. Lava could be Water blast recolored orangish, brownish, or redish, add the incarnate that gives fire damage proc to attacks. Or just Fire Blast Plasma Blast, super heated plasma: Fire, or Energy Blast. Due to the rapid heating at second of impact, it causes a an explosion, knocking them back, while also setting them on fire. Force, Energy Blast, slot a Forced Feedback +Rech.

Ok, so I necroed (naked crow?) this thread for a reason. Maybe not a good reason, but anyway: I noticed that there are a couple of SD/SS builds in here, but as someone who hasn't really kept up with the tank changes and such, (Yes, I read the thread. The whole thing. Except Kinetic Melee, just don't like the visuals of that set.), I was wondering if they were still up to date, and if you were going to build one from scratch, and play from 1-50 without farming, and keeping options open for exemping, how would you guys do so?
