Just a friendly reminder, Scrappers still don't have Super Strength.

I believe the general consensus is that Res sets are lacking on Scrappers due to the lower cap of 75% compared to Tanks and Brutes 90% cap. Most likely why you're having an issue finding a current build.

If you check out the post @Snarky has at the bottom of this page, he has two builds posted. The genius of Snarks builds is he went straight to the source of /Invincible knowledge, the Patron Saint of Invincibility, @Hyperstrike.

That's why I haven't taken any of the new powersets.

Is that one of those fancy perma LF human only builds? How's the solo damage on that?

That no Patron badge thing could be used on nearly all of my toons. The only reason I ever switch to redside is to do those mishes and switch right back to blueside.

If I have to provide finances for this new 50, then it doesn't really open up PvP for me. I don't like farming, and what little inf I do have left over from playing a toon to 50, goes to a new alt. That's all the feedback I have at the moment.

I second this, and would like to see the option to draw the katana from the back, instead of the hip.

I've been wondering about an all human PB's damage output while solo. Anyone ever solo AVs on one, or a pylon?

In Mids, under the export/import menu, there's an option to export build to Beta server. Just follow the directions. When you get into Beta, under the freebies menu, MRB Beta Build Menu, click the give enhancements button part 1, and it will give you the first half of the enhancements from the build. After those are slotted, click on the second Give enhancements button for the rest of them. Slot up, and enjoy testing. Hopefully those instructions are clear enough.

That's a nice looking build. Just an FYI, (and if you're aware of this already, I apologize) but you know you can test changes on a build on the test server, right?

You know, this was a thoughtful discussion about Regen, until certain someones start trying to get SR nerfed. Let's try to stay on topic here, so this thread doesn't get locked. If you want to get a set nerfed, go start your own damned thread.
