Go rad/time, you'll have farsight and time's juncture in order to severally lower your chance of being hit by a mez even when exemplaring. At 50 you can use clarion and be softcapped.

If you can use rebirth destiny in the build, can we use clarion destiny instead for the mez protection? This would allow us to use a different more melee focused secondary.

Currently testing Seismic/kin Its very very good aoe dmg. No need for repel because of FF procs in upthrust and meteor and all that knockdown anyway+you get inherent cd reduction for every power used so you get to do a lot of meteors and they hit like a truck. I think this is wat I'm using. Its one of my few builds that isnt softcapped to anything defensively. I just a defense amplifier occasionally (this is not ideal imo, but I like the damage). I never mind sharing builds. If there are efficiencies other people spot that I missed, well all the better for me. You can put 53% recharge in a 15 second recharging quick form assassins strike (1 second activation) without dropping the Superior hide proc chances of firing.

Yes, but your dark armor can become an amazing aoe proc monster if you proc out dark regeneration. Seriously...do it. Oh and it can solve dark armors famous Endurance problems too just by slotting a theft end proc (so I'm saying put 6 procs in dark regeneration, 5 of which are damage).

Hemorrhage is still good Damage and even critical damage if you proc it out completely. It beats Zapp for damage even with a buildup+gaussian crit (yes, I have recently tested this extensively). So on my sav/bio I use the following attackin chain (long): Savage strike-> maiming slash-> assassin strike-> hemorrhage-> Zapp (You may need another savage after maiming strike the second and subsequent cycles depending on recharge) The benefit of this chain is that it also refreshes BU quite often due to the many quick attacks. Oh, and this chain also makes sure that on the second cycle of it that your assassins strike always crits (hemorrhage adds a stack too).

A follower /kin will really just have fulcrum shift on auto so it doesn't really matter.

Make sure you get your accolades with this newest version, endurance is an issue if you exemplar down below 25 (losing access to heat loss). We can double stack sleet, we have ranged and melee defense softcapped, 40+ fire/cold res, 60%ish s/l res, 157% global recharge, lots of ff 100% recharge procs from water burst and geyser, slight kd mitigation in whirlwind (and another source of ff proc). Now, a word on oppressive gloom. This power sucks, it only stuns minions (lieutenants too if it had more stun enhancement....but nope), BUT! I DREAM OF THE DAY WHEN 2 OR 3 CORRUPTORS/DEFENDERS HAVE THIS AND EVERYTHING GETS STUMNED FOR A LITTLE BIT OF HP! I therefore encourage all corruptors/defenders/brutes/etc. That can and one day I will get my wish. I have multi boxed 4 accounts with it running and it's amazing.....so everyone, please take oppressive gloom and let's stun everything together. Soooo in this iteration you have pretty constant FF proc for an extra 100% recharge, and sleet is up a lot (about every 20 seconds) which does allow for a few seconds of stacking. I go with ice slick over ice storm for the extra mitigation at the beginning of a spawn when solo before everything is confused, feel free to exchange them. Sleet is a huge damage boost for you and your whole team, but we do lose a significant amount of resistance, with everything still being confused though I think its very worth it. I also dont have to monitor mind link this way, which is a big plus. Today I learned that people play very very differently from me. -
My ice/savage has an ST attack chain that keeps the ff proc basically on permanently. It's amazing and runners don't bother me in the slightest when proc'd out feral charge and call hawk recharge in under 3 seconds.

Illusion/Savage no question. It is so fun to teleport into large packs and vicious slash, call hawk, and feral charge all slotted with the FF recharge proc you should have a permanent phantom army. I love my ice/Sav it is the only dominator I have. If you like fold space, you'll love feral charge.

Yes. So my newest iteration uses proc'd out vicious slash, proc'd out call hawk, and proc'd out feral charge to do considerable damage and have the FF +100% recharge proc up almost all the time.

Thunderclap sucks. If you go ranged/hover build you will be depriving yourself of the opportunity to use soul drain from dark mastery. Soul Drain gives you a very large damage buff that can be permanent. Short circuit is also very good for getting mobs endurance down so you can shock them and do extra damage. With elec/storm I would start building my character with melee/range defense first and recharge secondarily. Overall it will be better bang for your buck given the power options available.

You are the dps on your team. When you are capped you do more damage than a blaster. Your buffs just happen to apply to others. Apply sb and increased density between mobs if you can, but don't worry about it too much. As others have said, the important thing is to follow the tank in and get a good fulcrum shift off and then inferno/fireball. If your defense and resists are good enough you don't need the tank.

It might seem boring....but you still have call hawk and vicious slash. I find it to be super fun. I absolutely love feral charge and between those three attacks you can have the FF proc the majority of the time. My ice/savage Dom pretty much scraps all the time and just relies on ice slick and artic air toggle to keep me safe. The chaos confuse brings is also very fun, but really it's all the feral charges I get to do (proc'd out of course).

Yes, I only started playing again a little while ago. Still getting accolades and testing in all the different TFs. This is what I am currently using (I don't find tesla cage to be all that great. Its range to jump is small and it needs to jump 5 times before its damage goes higher than ball lightning).
