  2. If regen ever gets reworked, I hope it gains recharge debuff resist. You'd think lore-wise your metabolism is going at a ridiculous rate and recharge debuffs should be shrugged off fairly well, yet it's the set's main weakness.
  3. How often has identical builds fought each other at all, let alone with an experience disparity though? Enjoy the testing. I think I will continue to avoid dice-based PvP personally and scratch my PvP itch in the FPS and Fighting genres as some examples instead. I don't want to influence development where I lack experience. What I said wasn't 'an almost entirely incorrect assessment' which is what I was responding to, that's all. 🙂

  5. Yes. ...and the build part is what I referenced, it's getting favorable dice rolls. That blast will follow you around corners no matter how fast of a reaction you have, because the dice said so, that kind of thing.
  6. Yes autohit cheats do suck. One other that came to mind is one portion of one of the iTrials, I think the underground or whatever it is called, where the floor just keeps draining you as you walk down the hallways. Thankfully I don't think there are many development cheats like that in the game.

  10. Stone Melee? ...also, it's weird that armor damage auras on scrappers are the worst version for the melee ATs. Tankers have larger AOEs, brutes get higher damage ticks due to fury. Scrappers do not get crits on their damage auras.
  11. Primary auras, true, you are right. There's two I think. Spines and Radiation Melee
  12. Yeah I've brought that up recently; it seems unfair that scrappers get the least out of damage auras or basically secondaries when it comes to the main melee ATs. Brutes get higher damage from fury, tankers get larger AOE. Scrappers get no crits apparently, which seems contrary to their gimmick and thus get the least out of those types of secondary powers. Seems wrong.
  13. I do test and give feedback; I just think if there is a bunch of PvP changes to test I shouldn't get involved. Dice roll PvP where it's more about getting favorable rolls than actual skill/reflexes has never appealed to me (well, most of us it looks like.) I don't want my limited experience to influence things that others care more about - isn't that the smart thing to do? Do the PvP players want PvE only players to help change the PvP?

  18. I told you I could main tank in incarnate trials with my SR/Ice (def is above incarnate softcap of course.) Perhaps your buddy's build needs help.

  21. Weird issue I have is that if the program's been closed awhile and I click on a link from the forum, it never actually brings up the linked build the first try. I have to close it and click the link again, and then it will load correctly.

  23. Yeah. If that ever happens, I wonder if they would get Disrupt. I assume they would get Cloak instead just like Scrappers and Brutes do. I wonder if Regen is off the table because you practically eat every debuff in the world when you play Regen.

Ah, see that's correct then: if Burst is 3 sec and AR Burst is 4 sec, I thought Full Auto was 4 sec and is now 2.5 sec for activation, meaning they could possibly be nonstop back to back, but then you add activation time to the cd for Burst and AR Burst... hmm... any increase should be incredibly small from that patch. Recharge time on Commando's Full Auto is a whopping 60 seconds.
  25. The point is that they didn't alter recharge after altering the new speedier/burstier Full Auto, which could mean they just stand around and basically makes their DPS unchanged, which StrikerFox confirmed
