I find brute auras noticeably better due to fury while leveling one compared to scrappers personally.

From my admittedly limited understanding, Scrapper crits are very rare from damage auras, and Brutes benefit their whole career from boosted damage auras via Fury. Tankers get larger damage auras even though they just get the flat damage ticks compared to the other two classes. Do you think there is an imbalance to address?

Since it has been several pages, I want to reiterate: You should not stream this game on Twitch. It is directly against their Terms of Service, which can lead to punishments including bans. They have enforced this in other games before. I know that several will continue to do it, and it's probably unlikely that anything will happen, however it is against their ToS and I want people to be aware. I assume NCSoft would need to get Twitch' attention in order to pursue, which isn't likely, but you might as well not take the risk. This risk is completely mitigated if the possibility of HC getting the rights is actually somehow true.

Can you explain this a bit more? Was the control parts missing? At any rate, can Spectral's immobilization be set to 4 seconds to match Cognitive please? They already have a much lower chance of firing off than other Interfaces as it is, why double-punish Spectral?

Any chance any killer EM/DA builds are out there that can be shared?

Curious; does this mean the confuse and immobilize were not working? Can we boost the immobilize in Spectral to 4 seconds just like the confuse duration, especially since these already have such a low chance of firing compared to other Interfaces?

I always forget who mentioned it, but someone said if Merc's damage was actually doubled, it would still put them only in the middle-of-the-pack.

I personally believe that Thugs/Traps is one of the best masterminds you can make in this game. Web grenade and wide area web grenade are very useful in this case to keep mobs not only in caltrops but more importantly inside the pyro's fire patches.

I have been fighting over that power for YEARS. YEARS. As far as I know, no slotting of any kind will make Dark Pit not terrible. I get they want to follow aoe control ability rules, but the one I would change is the accuracy, to make an exception to the rule just so this power isn't one of the worst out there.

This means no, you can not stream on Twitch, at least, not without the possibility of a ban on Twitch. They probably won't do anything, but it is against Twitch' terms of service to stream unauthorized servers. They have banned people in the past. I doubt NCSoft will go after Twitch for it but I just want people to know that streaming Homecoming City of Heroes on Twitch is directly against their policies and they have acted on it many times before for other games.

Yeah, it's interesting. Mobs just sit there, and you are right, it would have to be low chance - but I also already don't care for how low Cognitive and Spectral are.

Might be a good idea if you have to stream on Twitch and nowhere else to make an alt account (on Twitch) just in case, if you care about the possibility of losing your main account there.

I mean, everyone here is allowed to stream this game on Twitch, just like Twitch is allowed to ban their accounts. Have you ever heard of anyone having a vendetta against HC? ...like from people that play on the other servers perhaps?
