  1. True, but I have seen many people (including myself) say that Gravity was their favorite set. It's just a shame that it is one of the two sets that does not come with -knock back. So hopefully the audience is a bit larger than it may appear.
  2. Under controlled tests and according to all available info, Gravity AoE Immobilize does not prevent Knock Back. The only thing that prevents knock back is the single target and AoE Hold.
  3. There are a select few that already have -Knock Back built in to the Immobs. However, my personal favorite is Gravity, unfortunately, it does not prevent knock back. I would like a set that grants -Knock Back to sets that lack them in their AoE Immob.
  4. I have never had a respec work if I had untrained levels. I didn't even think it was possible. I have done this several times when I didn't realize I had untrained levels since relaunch. I guess I am just not one of the lucky ones.
  5. I recall Clockwork King being a tough cookie back in the day. The only Tank that could really Tank him efficiently were Stone Tanks, they were the only ones who had Psi Defense back then, and Clockwork King hit a hell of a lot harder in those days and had a wicked AoE that could one shot lowbies easily. I don't know that I would have called him the hardest, but in those days you didn't want to go after Synapse without a well built team.
  6. I wish I had thought abuot that during my Stalker PvP days. My main PvP character was a Spines/SR, and that crash was tough. I had it timed pretty good though where I could pop blues fast enough that my toggles wouldn't drop, but it was only half and half. Sometimes I would catch it in time, sometimes I wouldn't. That would have been good to know back during i7 - i9, lol.
  7. Okay, I just wanted to make sure I was not overlooking it anywhere. Thought maybe I kept over looking it as I dropped down all the different tabs.And yes, I soooo agree with the flight magnitude, that would be a great addition indeed.
  8. If you look at Static Shield, you'll see that it covers two types of Endurance resist effects. Then you take a look at Grounded, and it covers only one type. Now, we check the combat attributes and it shows the Recovery Resistance, but it does not show the Endurance Drain resistance. I noticed this when I had realized that the attributes given by Grounded were not added to the Recovery Resist information in the combat attributes. That was what got me to realize that the two attributes were separate from each other and that so far as I can tell, there is no attribute log to cover the resistance to recover. I'll post that pic in the next chat below.
  9. That is actually what brought me to ask this question. It's two different things. One resists to endurance recovery debuffs , while the other is resist to endurance drain. I can find the resistance to recovery debuff with no problems, but I cannot find the resist to endurance drains anywhere.
  10. What type of resist is it then? Can we see a read-out of this anywhere?
  11. I see the resist to Endurance Recovery debuffs, but I cannot see the resistance to Endurance Draining debuffs. Anyone know where this info can be found?

  15. JRanger was nothing more than a low life troll who only lived to belittle and annoy others. Somehow, thanks to Memphis Bill (Thanks a lot @Greycat) the bastard has been immortalized. (At least I think Memphis Bill and Greycat are one and the same...I'll let him confirm or correct me if I am right or wrong.)
  16. Me personally, I think too many sets have been ported already. The sets have lost their uniqueness to the AT's they were originally assigned. However, porting everything seems to be the thing these days, so why not. The unique feeling of sets (outside of Illusions) is pretty much gone anyway, might as well finish it off.
  17. I have said many times that the story as he tells it is unknown to be true or untrue. The only way for him to prove it, is to publicly oust the perpetrators, which he does not want to do. I am sure there are guidelines against doing this anyway, so it would be difficult to do so without breaking rules of Youtube, or Homecoming for that matter. He is not known for being a liar though, so honestly I have no reason to suspect that his story is made up.
  18. This thread was not about Drama, it was about saying farewell and making a point that harassment is unacceptable...and since that harassment happened on this server, it was relevant. The only drama between the video and here, happened right here, on this forum.
  19. Was going to say, people like their animations and the way a power looks too, I can see some folks not liking this idea because they will lose out on the animation/FX. I wouldn't be one of them because I never take the power, but I am sure there are people who use it. Otherwise, I love the idea.
  20. He's been around for a bit, hell, I practically watched the kid grow up. I know he started CoH on Live, as a young boy, and kept going until shut down where he continued to try and hold the players together after shut down. When Ship of Heroes was announced, he was big on that and got a lot of love from the Devs of that game, so he stayed simirelevant during shut down because of Ship of Heroes and other content. He played a decently large part in spreading the word that CoH was back and continued to make videos focusing primarily on the Homecoming Server. He seemed to take it hard when the Devs outlawed videos on their server, but he seemed to also take it in stride as he moved on to another server so he could continue to stream. I am not at all familiar with what went down between him and the Devs (he did only mention that it was one or two Devs he had an issue with and seemed to make it clear that he did not hold the Dev team as a hole responsible for whatever drama went on there) and this video was the first I had heard of that. All things considered, he has always been super hyped up and nerdy about CoH and for the most part lived up to his name as a Positive Gamer. That kind of boils down his history as best I remember it.
  21. Okay, I was under the impression that the Devs had plans on making pretty much all Immobs have a -Knock Back, to allow for Knock Down in place of KB when used. I'm not sure where I read it but I could have sworn that I read the Devs were lining up the other control sets to get that same update/mechanic.
