  1. "Salvage Market seeded to keep costs down: 10K for common salvage, 100K for uncommon salvage, 1M for rare salvage, and 50K for a Brainstorm Idea" https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Issue_26
  2. If you did it's not on that screenshot . . . or I'm blind, which is also possible.
  3. The devs only seeded salvage. And as far as I know, that was only done initially and they have not reseeded. Everything else is player driven.
  4. I used to be beloved by all! Then I posted in this thread . . .
  5. I speculate that they don't want to implement a rule that they have admitted they are unable to enforce. I appreciate the difficulty and manpower needed to enforce it. But I agree with Ukase that they should declare the rule. A large number will stop merely because it's announced as a rule. I think Ukase would be in that group. Others would continue but just at the edge of the rule, presumably that would be a reduction. And a final group doesn't care what the rules are and will do whatever. But eliminating the first two allows the team to focus on the last group.
  6. Thanks. Just to be sure, the 8,285,670 was for all 3 characters combined? So a little over 800k inf/min average per character. Or was each character making 2.4m inf/min?
  7. I've never converted emps to reward merits. I think it's a bad exchange and that the emps are much more valuable. I use them to create rare and very rare salvage to work my way up to T3 or T4 on everything and send spares to alts to do the same, but quicker. So while this won't affect me at all, I do hope that the HC team considers allowing conversions but on a timer. How many to convert at once and how long to wait for the next conversion is beyond my bug brain.
  8. I'll allow it! I guessing that your data was on one of the Live servers and not Brainstorm. In fact, I'll presume that for everyone's data and can state definitively so for mine. But if anyone is using Brainstorm AE, their numbers might be reduced if the critters have not been upgraded. But that's a whole other can of worms.
  9. All/Ice Control/Cold Snap: The fear component's radius changed to 135 degrees (same as the debuff) but limited to 30ft (half the parent's radius). I appreciate the attempt to make this better, but I don't think it has hit the mark yet. Giving it different angles or different ranges adds needless complication. Ice Control is still a set I will generally avoid in favor of something else, and if I do decide to make one, I will probably skip Cold Snap. It needs better control and more damage. This pass added some of both, so thanks, but it's nowhere near enough to make it competitive with other control sets, unless, perhaps, I stick a damage proc everywhere that can take one. But at that point, I'm playing the procs, not the set. Somewhat related: Another thing you could do is increase the range on World of Confusion. Eight feet is basically melee. Having stacked confuse auras might be fun enough to try, but not at 8 feet.
  10. I skipped much of the thread to warn you. Don't play Assault Rifle on a defender. JUST DON'T! The difference in damage is crazy. For a lot of sets there's some room for defenders to catch up with stronger buff/debuff. Not with AR.
  11. Are you sure about that? I know I've done non-arc Malta in PI but maybe they were tips not radios.
  12. PI Radios give out a good amount of Malta and Carnies, which can neuter anyone with endurance drain and debuffs. So I would go with Dark melee/Rad Brute or Rad/Dark melee tank. Endurance for days and debuffs of your own. Pair with Ageless radial for debuff protection. And then be the Juggernaut!
  13. Where is this mission, my bug brother?
  14. QUICK! AFK farm while you can!
  15. I had a similar idea!
  16. There's a convenience and time factor to getting something ready to slot now. But that varies by individual the closer you get to merit "cap" price the more you lose but the last few stubborn (or lazy & rich) folks might pay slightly above merit value for the convenience of NAO.
  17. OK! You start and I'll catch up . . . later . . .
  18. Excuse me? Are you calling me a liar?
  19. Over a much larger data set, many many hours of farming or running whatever, the RNG of drops would include all the good luck and bad luck and even out. But just counting an hour or less from one or a handful of players is subject to too much randomness to include drops, IMO.
