Last Rikti Mother Ship[ Raid I saw a character whose face was see through. That is to say his clothes were visible, but he had n0o face. Whatever background there was showed through where his face should have been. Sadly, I was too busy dodging to jot down his name. Does anyone have an idea how that effect was accomplished? It would not have been stealth or invisibility as they blur or remove the entire form.

I've read several posts that discussed leaving notes or comments about other players. Is that possible in game? If so, how does one do it? And even more importantly, how do you find out what has been written about you? #itsnotparanoisiftheyreallyareouttogetyou

You need to use an enhancement concerter to make them atunaed.

Pet Peeves? Ok: 1. Blue caves. I groan every time a mission takes me into one. There is an old country and western song called "Hello Walls". It plays every time I'm in a cave. 2. Sappers. 'nuff said. 3. Pop ups. The game should be renamed "City of Pop Ups". If I were new to the game, I wouldn't mind so much. But I've seen every possible pop up several hundreds of times. 4. Map re-sizing. The game does this from time to time and it galls me. 5. The Chantry and all its friends. Everyone must take flight or have a temp fly power or else. Plus almost every mission is 'defeat 50 X' which is boring. and lastly, 6. Gratuitous Zoning. In Apex and Tin Mage it's especially egregious.

Speak with Null the Gull in Pocket D. He can reset your alignment for the event and then return you to your wicked ways afterwards. The service is free. Null is a gull on top of a truck nearish the villain sidew of Pocket D. How easy is it to do? I moved my level 1 Widow from Red to Blue two minutes after character creation.

My fave back on Live was my D3/ My fave here is my D3. Despite an almost crippling case of altitis I just now unlocked (and filled) her Alpha slot. Now to knuckle down to some badge hunting.

If you are careful, you can switch alignment via Pocket D at level 1.

Friends do not let friends create energy/energy blasters as their first character. Trust me on this. Or Trick Arrow/Archery. They aren't bad builds but they have a steeper learning curve than other builds. And not knowing how to use your knockback (for an energy blaster) can get you a bad reputation early on and hinder you from being able to group up. There are newby friendly builds in every archetype (Rad is great for blasting and even has a nice pew pew pew sound). If asked, suggest a few newby builds that will make the new player feel immediately useful. Of course if your goal is to make the person feel unwelcome, steer them towards that petless Mastermind build that keeps being bandied about...

Your guide is spot on. I just went from slightly over 1 million influence to 56 million is less than an afternoon. For whatever reason Enhancement boosters on Everlasting were selling for ridiculous amounts on the Auction House. Thank you for posting this!

The whole zone leaves me feeling rather... hollow.

They announced it in game right before Lusca popped. The stated reason was to revert to before the patch. The downtime is supposed to be thirty minutes. We had just enough time to defeat Lusca before the servers dropped.

A Dark/Dark/Dark. I prefer being support. Corruptors solo better, but they are not capable of the level of support and overall debuffiness a defender can bring. I like to be in a teasm and while in a team I rarely use my secondary. A corruptor is really just a blaster with a much better secondary. If I'm going to be a ranged damage dealer my first choice is neither a blaster or a corruptor but a sentinel. #nowthateveryoneismadatme

I tend to like secondaries that do things in addition to damage. Both /Dark and /Rad provide debuffing as well as damage. In my opinion, a /Rad defeder makes enemies melt faster than a /Fire defender because of the debuffing. YMMV.

My latest hero name is one I am shockingly proud of, but it isn't a hero name: Human Resources. I smile the entire time I'm playing her. The other name I'm lately in love with is Annie Hero. For when just Annie Hero will do. Hopefully my lame sense of humor isn't ruining other people's days.

Making an energy/energy blaster as my first character. My second mistake was leveling her to fifty. I can be quite stubborn determined Luckily I discovered defenders when my blaster was ten and never looked back.

Is Tabby up to having room mates? Because I would love to introduce her to my bartender/roller derby/community college attending semi-hero. No romance, Smashley is strictly into biker boys (for now).

I'm leveling my main through as many task forces and story arcs as I can get. She is built to team so soloing is quite slow. I do have an alt that is built to solo and if things are slow on the server I break out my farm girl.

One thought: If the team is going for badges, some Vahzilok will go undefeated. That might make a difference.

Smashley Black Dark/Dark Brute The funniest thing happened the other day. There I was, waiting on the monorail to go to work at the End Dive Bar when a skunk bit my ankle. Luckily a nice man hurried up and captured it. Believe you me I was sweating bullets that it would turn out to be rabid. Fortunately the rabies test came back negative. But it did turn out to be radioactive. Can you believe it? I haven't started to smell funny. So there is that, but I do have the strength of ten skunks. My Mom has promised to keep checking about the smell. And to think I only lost two days from work. I'm supposed to start working as bouncer next week. And I've moved from the bench to being a starter on our roller derby team!
