    Yes, the domain isn't changing, they likely hit a cached DNS record pointing to the old server.

    I tried to prestage a migration of database and server configs but the prestage went ahead and also moved DNS to the new server. I'm having to wait for a VERY large database to move before I can migrate the actual files to the new server, I have no ETA but it'll be up as soon as I can get it.

    Wanted to post here as I've changed how this works a bit. No longer do you need to click "Add to Launcher" if you use the Homecoming Launcher, Modder will automatically add the asset path to all profiles. If you still use Tequila, and you're setting up for the first time... switch to HC Launcher. You can add -assetpath assets\mods still manually if you like.

    You're launching the game via the HCLauncher? I had these for a long time on Victory, using our launcher but doing some testing if I launched the game via HCLauncher the squares went away... I never tracked down the issue.

    Yeah... that's right, except the GamePath value is missing somehow... I'm confused how that's even possible. EDIT: OH, I see the issue and will push a fix out ASAP. EDIT2: This should be fixed with the latest update to the mod installer.

    Can you go into the directory with the CoHModder executable, open the config.json in any text editor (notepad, etc) and paste it here?

    Confirm you are using the game account info from here: https://forums.homecomingservers.com/account/ Reset your password if needed. You do not log into the game with your forum info.

    Trust me, it's something I wanted for ages. The game *HAD* a built in browser back during retail, it's how the store worked, and you *COULD* browse the internet with it, if you knew how to manipulate it. But it was a ~2011 era browser with ~2011 era browser insecurities and it was ripped out of the client long long ago.

    The topic you've posted in is for a tool that hasn't worked in over 2 years. This needs to be posted here: The issue is that the mod file hasn't fully downloaded, which is why you're getting a corrupted file error. We'll need to troubleshoot in the above thread.

    You don't even need to uninstall Vidiotmaps, install the Winter Gift maps, click "Yes" on the conflict warning, it'll install the Winter Gift maps, and those will show even if you have the base Vidiotmaps installed.

    Yeah, had a power outage at roughly 1AM, and the VMServer that runs the webserver never powered back on. I got it as soon as I got up for work this morning. Sorry about that.

    I said to remove or rename the data directory: Not the entire Homecoming directory. Did you delete JUST "data", or, the entire Homecoming directory?

    No, I can assure you, the only thing in your data directory was Vidiots, the launcher doesn't run from there. If your game isn't launching after doing anything to the data directory something is very wrong. You didn't modify the "C:\Games\Homecoming", directory just the "data" directory inside it right?
