  1. Make sure to grab the latest update (Should happen on your next launch) and submit a support bundle via Tools -> Upload Support Bundle please.
  2. Verifying files will only work for files that the launcher installs. Usually this is caused by something blocking the mod installer from fully downloading the file. Uninstall the mod via the Mod Installer, verify the game launches, if not remove the .pigg file from assets/mods, and try installing it again. The .pigg should be 54,093 KB, if it is any other size check for any security software that might be interfering.
  3. The download link should be working once again.
  4. Sorry, this should be fixed.
  5. I've replied to your DM
  6. Does this link https://forums.homecomingservers.com/events/27-weekly-strike-targets/?view=month work for you?
  7. You have the "Homecoming Launcher" which is the current suggested method of launching the game. It shows "Homecoming" as installed, what happens if you hit the triangular "Play" button next to Homecoming in the list to the left? You can not launch the game exes directly you have to launch the game via a launcher (Tequila or HC Launcher), or you have to know exactly what arguments to launch the game with.
  8. Putting the mod installer in the CoH folder isn't required, but lots of folks do it. I run mine directly from Downloads\CItyModInstaller, unless I'm running an indev build. I'd need to know exactly what you're seeing to troubleshoot, with screenshots if possible. Modern Windows ships with the "Snipping Tool" which you can use to capture specific areas of your desktop. Are you getting any errors? Does the UI never load? Let me know and I'll do my best to help!
  9. Yeah I fixed this Saturday, meant to reply, got busy.
  10. A large work project came up, and I've had to delay this, it is still being slowly worked on. I have everything working except the image -> DDS conversion step.
  11. This isn't my tool, this is the old mod installer by PK, he has left the community and took his site down which is why you're getting the errors you are. You'll need to download my mod installer linked in the original post, follow the install instructions for the launcher you use (Tequila / HC Launcher), and remove / rename your existing Data folder.
  12. Ok, Wikis should be up, and hopefully just as fast as before.
  13. Due to some issues last week there was some downtime of the Homecoming and FBSA wikis, I put a fix in place at the time, but now I'd like to try to implement a more permanent fix, this will require some more downtime, and another DNS propagation which could be several hours. This will be happening now, and I don't have a solid ETA on resolution. HC/FBSA (and other stuff I do) Discord: https://discord.com/invite/kUCU6JFSYn If you want to check the wiki status or whatever.
  14. We talked on Discord, but to update this for others, I'm working on a replacement tool.
  15. The JobQueue on the wiki is totally empty, there is a script that runs every hour. I'm not sure why those pages show they are locked for that reason.
  16. https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Incarnate_equip_(Slash_Command) and https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Incarnate_unequip_(Slash_Command) With those you should be able to make a popmenu, a bind, or a macro that does what you need
  17. Expand the installation section in the original post, and read the manual install instructions. You'll want to make sure to remove (or rename) your existing data directory, because these files will still override the new VidiotMaps files. Download the .pigg from the link, go into assets in your city install, create a mods directory, place the pigg in there, then add the flag to your launcher as the instructions show.
  18. That's because cce wants the costume index, and the emote to use, this wiki page covers it: https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Cce_(Slash_Command)
  19. You've told the mod installer, that your city of heroes install is in C:\Games\Homecoming, but your install is actually in D:\CityOfHeroes. When you add the assetpath in Tequila, you're telling your game to look in a folder that doesn't exist, because you've told the installer to put it's data in the wrong directory. I'd suggest totally deleting the installer, re-download, when you run it for the first time point it to D:\CityOfHeroes, then install Vidiots.
  20. No, you won't have to reinstall. That warning is just to let you know that you've installed 2 mods with conflicting file edits. No actual file overwrites are done.
  21. A lot of times this comes up it's some strange permissions issue on the game folder. Half the folder is owned by one user, the other half by another. The support bundle will confirm what the issue is usually.
  22. Can you please use the "Upload Support Bundle" under tools, and use your forum username?
  23. The bulk of this mod is already there: https://mods.cityofheroes.dev/mod/202 This has everything from the 2nd post, except for a couple of things, looks like mainly the stuff that effects the Time powersets.
  24. Those files are not in the Vidiot packages installed via my tool. As you can see there is no PLAYERS folder under texture library. Their is a nude mod available in the tool, but it's clearly called out as such.
  25. It sounds like you may still have data overrides in your client directory. When you launch the Mod Installer, do you see a warning stating that it found # files in your data directory?
