I think Force Field and Sonic Resonance are good choices for Defenders/Corrupters/Controllers. There's not very much micromanagement to those two sets, so you really can focus on damage/controls.

I think this is the issue right here, the textures in this game are fairly low resolution, so I don't know if it would be feasible to add text.

So, you're getting more utility out of the same or fewer slots... That would be power creep.

I feel like this was just brought up a week or two ago. Regardless, I support diversification in Radios/Papers. In the mean time, you can get more diversity by doing tips.

My understanding is the /whereami command will tell you which instance of a zone you are in, I would think that detection method could be extrapolated to the zone event messages.

This is accurate, however since proc chance is tied to a power's recharge, powers with shorter recharges have a lower chance to proc.

Firstly, that -Max HP debuff is great for AVs Secondly, it also does a good bit of -resistance.

My issue is when most of the team runs off leaving stragglers for the (usually) lower DPS toons to clean up.

On my phone, so I'm basing this off of your screenshot. The Panacea process is, on average, better than Miracle's unique, so slotting it instead of the Numina's unique will net you better endurance. Also, you could skip what I assume is the chance for heal proc in stamina and move that slot to health for all 3 uniques. You don't need anywhere near that much defense on a /dark corr, between Darkest Night and Fearsome Stare, you need probably 30% defense at most to keep you effectively soft capped. Oops, just noticed you have vengeance toggled on, so that's screwing with your defense numbers. I'd probably try to get some resistance slotted into Shadowfall.

I was going to say... I know someone who bought several thousand of them last time they were on sale and he says he averages about 26 million on a winter pack. Also, not sure where the op is getting 56 million for the EBs, as Prismatic Aethers generally sell for less than 2.5 million each, even less when they get flooded during Halloween, meaning you'll do good if you get 25 million from them.

Harlequin and Ring Mistress are already available through Prismatic Aethers, I suspect you won't see the costumes made available elsewhere.

Yes, the proc chance works like any other proc. The thing about the +resist proc is that it can stack with itself, so there is some worth in putting it in a power that recharges faster, though I don't know how that balances out with longer recharge powers.

Are they? I mean, I know on newer sets they are, but a lot of OG sets weren't balanced with these things in mind, so if BS never got a once over (not sure if it has or not) then it's probable that it isn't actually balanced around animation/root times.
