Incorrect, Oppressive Gloom (and Cloak of Fear, FWIW) are flagged as "replace existing effect", so it will always be mag 2. That being said, there are some great combos out there. I've got a Dark/Stone tank that stacks OG with Fissure for a perma-mag 4+ AoE stun. SS can do the same with Hand Clap and Electric Melee with (whatever that power is called)

Earth is going to be the best from a control standpoint, simply because it has multiple strong AoE controls. Plant is a close second in most content. Seeds of Confusion is way overpowered against most enemies (note: Nemesis have inherent confuse protection). However, other than seeds your AoE control is a little lacking. What makes up for this is Carrion Creepers, it's kind of control-y but also does decent damage. I'm not going to comment on Gravity, as it just doesn't jive with me. I like the looks of it, but I never really get into Gravity controllers.

I only go into PvP zones to get the badges needed for the villain accolade powers, so not very often. On live, I would usually get frustrated when I got hit in a PvP zone, but knew it was on me for stepping into the zone. I don't think I've seen anyone else in a PvP zone since joining Homecoming, though like I said, I'm only there sporadically and only a few minutes tops.

I've got north of 250 characters on Everlasting, what you're experiencing is normal, it means one of 2 things: 1. You've got altitis 2. You just haven't found a combo that syncs with you yet.

Did you download it straight from the midsreborn.com website? I have heard of it being falsely flagged as a virus before, but want to ensure you downloaded the legitimate one before telling you how to get around this. Pretty sure all antivirus programs have a way of manually labeling a file as safe, you'll have to do that to get it to work.

It might put you in hide, but I suspect that it would break the placate for the enemies that the proc fires on.

If you're getting level 29 missions at level 30, then you're inside a story arc and the contact will stop giving missions after you complete the arc.

I don't know how I feel about adding angels to the game, however, this is how I'd prefer it be implemented. Less religious.

I'm against the idea as a whole, but this in particular. Sometimes there's only 5 or 6 people who want to run a TF, I'd hate for a leader to decide "I want the extra shiny" so they kill another 30 minutes looking for a couple more people when they could just as easily run with 5-6.

You do get empyrean merits every 3 vet levels up to 99 and threads up to vet 11(on levels not divisible by 3). That gets you enough to be T3'd by vet level 12, however, you unlock slots faster than that.

I'm against the idea, but want to point out that unless all you're doing at 50 is running incarnate content, you'll very likely unlock all slots before you have enough salvage to fully T3 everything.

It's not just auras though. You need to make sure you have enough accuracy/to-hit for all of your attacks.

You can be on a league, but the TF is limited to your team only. I did a competition ITF once where 2 teams were in a league but each ran their own ITF, the idea there was so that the two teams could chat with each other.
