I have a bots MM with GF that I play. If the leader asked me to turn it off I would have, without question. It would also dramatically change my play style. I would de-spawn my bots and go stealthy, maybe only keep the one big one out to defend myself. I'd have to adapt, and I'd accept that challenge. This game has so much damage available now, the team would have to find how to succeed without my offensive contribution. Just a pew-pew gun and some air superiority. Run away and live to fight another day. Is that passive aggressive? Perhaps. But it is logical. You have to protect yourself. Bots do create a lot of agro, some unintended. If you cant maneuver above the fray, you have to do what you have to do.

I got the Bound by the NDA badge here. Was there another badge I could have gotten? I didn't see a whole lot of choice that my lvl 42 Sentinel Hero could have made.

7 Days to Die. I actually purchased it on Steam when it was on sale for $5.99 just prior to the big announcement that it was finally leaving Alpha and going live for console and PC. Version 1.0, baby! This is the reason I haven't been playing too much CoH lately. I find that I am really good at base building and resource management. And I learned how to kite from this game, which was an old school tactic rarely needed anymore in this game due to power creep.

Any blaster just using lvl 25 IOs is like a low flow shower head. It doesn't get all the soap off. Especially that nictus infused soap.😜

Range is great for patrolling zones and outdoor missions. It has limited value indoors. I have an AR/Dev that has beaucoup range for sniping. I enjoy that, patrolling and such. When I am in an office building, I am glad I have Caltrops and Full Auto. Drop a toe bomb, and a gun drone around a corner. A blaster has to have tools for everything, or else it will crap out on tasks it isn't built for.

I don't use mids. All my builds are by feel. I don't use others' builds, either. I will, however, take heart in comments others make about certain powers, that might make me change slotting. I try to keep an open mind and learn from others. I start every build with SO's and use the upgrade button. I can do that now because I have enough resources to share influence between alts. It wasn't always that way, but it doesn't take long to get that way, for sure. As soon as I get some slots in key powers I look to adding the Archtype sets. Lots of really good set bonuses there that double when you hit 50 and catalyze them.

I say don't take it. I don't care if you don't want to infiltrate anything. Those of us that do, do. Hehe, I made you say do do.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't contacts used to work this way? You do the first mission or mission arc, they say you are trustworthy, they sell you inspirations and give you their phone number. After their big arc, they'd call you a friend and sell you origin enhancements, of whatever origin they are, not you. Now no one sells you enhancements at all unless it's an origin store, like Serafina in Brickstown.

Kick to the belly causes projectile vomit 100% of the time? While hilarious, seems kinda silly. COV City of Villains or City of Vomit, take your pick.

I don't like to run controllers at +4/8 or even +3/8. Sweet spot for me is +3/3 +/-1. Bosses enabled. I used to solo farm my tanks at +4/8 but really don't need to farm anymore. I never have to build a ton of alts. I play the ones I make, usually solo to completion. My favorite controllers are Arsenal/Traps and Illusion/TA. Earth/Nature an honorable mention.

The only tanker Tier 9 Armor power I like is Hibernate on an ice tanker.

The least expensive uniques that can go in health are the Numina Recov/Rech and the Miracle +Recov. Panacea +HP/End, because it is PvP, is more pricey. Those are my go to for health in that order. In endurance, I go with the Performance Shifter Chance for + Endurance, which is not unique, meaning you can have more than one. Hello Physical Perfection. If I need additional Endurance slots, I just use invention IO of appropriate level. up to 50+5. Not all builds need this. Like a blaster or stalker wont, but a solo defender will, or a high toggle scrapper, brute or tank might. Play it by ear.

I have Perma PA with an Ill/TA but it utilizes the Incarnate Alpha power that boosts recharge. I forget what it's called. Old brain.

I dunno. I think you worry too much about resistances. Ars/Traps is all about not getting hit, because everyone is vomiting, meaning held helplessly, and when they can fire they target the tri-cannon and not you. Yes, there are rare instances, namely when multiple ambushes seem to target you first, but that's more about the way the mission is designed and not the build. Get your invisibility up to superior, amp up your hold times by splitting up the Archtype Superior enhancers into 3 and 3, and 2 and 2 and 2. Lead with the confuse then the Nitrogen Patch. Then poison the F out of them and let the Tri-Cannon do its job. This combination just melts foes and you should never be getting hit at all. Fighting Pool?? Seriously?

The thing about Arsenal Control, is if you only play it to lvl 21, you never get to experience the power that is Tri-Cannon. It's perma PA as soon as you take it.
