this is way more true on Homecoming than on live. i rarely have an issue on homecoming after i communicate my intent. i might get blindsided at first though lol

we agree. and you obviously, like me, do not kick peeps from TF. i feel kind of bad for people who "play weird' or "can't find the team" but i try to help them a little, and mostly keep the ball marching towards the end zone. definitey not kicking though. but if it is so important to a leader that they kick, i see your point, they should tell everyone up front and ask.

I have led many a TF. Some a VERY hard to get 8 together for. You take 8 and hope 3-4 of them help you carry the ball across the finish line. I do not "vet" anyone.

We have Psychic powers in game. I have a Mental/Psi Blaster I just 50d. But seriously. A new player cannot know these things. But if asked to stop using it in a Task Force that is a good indication something is up... I will go a step further. I was not there. The team lead could have been the dick. The booting could have been pretty much wrongly executed. Still.... after 16 pages of "maybe you should rethink this" the OP wants to make the issue anyone but theirs. Says something, dont ya think?

The Devs wanted to make sure their "heroes" had plenty of fresh meat whether redsiders wanted to pvp or not. . What gigantic A-holes. (The size of Mason Jars!)

It is a deep pool with a lot of wading area. There are badges and accomplishments in the "zone" There are great rewards to be farmed. There is a LOT of confusion (designed that way) because it is a "maze" and is not intuitive. I know almost nothing about it other than what I just said. I join a league, usually Goddess' on Excelsior. I TP to a non Tank (you TP to a Tank or Brute, you die I have learned) I kill the things that boost league power. We kill Minotaur. Sometimes i get location badges. Once we fought another thing that gave great rewards. There are badges for killing X of Y in zone.

Your logic is not correct. I game as often as time allows ( which is less lately, but still…) and i run in pugs. And i can only assume many think i am foul mouthed. now, it could be argued my opinion does not matter for reasons other than i will not be on the team. i am against the group fly power ( but i always kill it at null). And i fly all the time.

So this team has been fun. I am on a Water/Marine Corruptor. We did a TV trial about a week ago. We do not have a lot of upfront DPS because the focus was on Marine Affinity. So…. If i remember we ran it at +1/+2 and we made a plan of just staying on the reactor. Everyone just drops AoE buff/debuffs and DPS at the reactor. I died twice i think. It went great. Not super speedy but the reactor was so buffed, the enemies debuffed. It was a pretty easy king of the hill game

i have taken this type of power on a few of my doms/trollers. i was able to ONCE achieve what you suggest. and it is entirely likely the team would have come up with another solution if pressed. The likelihood of "protecting" those enemies from a teammates nuke is far more likely. Especially since the mobs give little indication visually anything has happened.

i will absolutely ponder your advice before making any further replies on the forums.

As much as i shit talk pugs I actually am on a lot of them. On Excelsior almost any pug will have 2-6 peeps who know exactly what the deal is and what to do. And 1-4 of them will be doing that lol. BE ONE OF THOSE PEEPS

roflmao I thought this set was bad. I was joking when I said whoever wrote/coded it was on a two week bender. But now.... pretty sure my Snarky intuition was right on target. Just like when you see a shitty driver and say something about the next stupid thing they will do. then they do it! So Dark Mastery has a power you can take that will F yourself up. Seems about right for the way the rest of the set is written. The reason no one has commented about it much? the reason not everyone is talking about it? Just a brief glance at the set reveals it is the WORST Blaster epic/patron you could take. and that is BEFORE you take the power that tries to kill you. No one takes/uses this set. So why fix it? It is a dog shit sandwich. They know that no one will order that off the menu.

What is the bug exactly? and why would they fix it? Dark Mastery was designed as a pile of dog crap. Having carrots in it just gives it color

1) Laundry. Do you know how many sewers have been crawled through on the way to 50? 2) Kick the butt of every "leader" red/blue/gold. They all suck. 3) Laundry. Lot more sewers and at least one journey into the bowels of some creature....

Did you try letting the Dom build domination, pop accuracy inspirations, hit dom, stealth in and group hold everything???
