Can anyone out clarify how the hell the Banner Event works?? I've been in them and got some of the badges but had no luck when I've tried to create a team to do it. I know the general idea, defeat mobs until the banner is vulnerable, then defeat banner, do all four and kill the GM that appears. Trouble is, there's conflicting info flying around. 1st. Do you need to kill the mobs in the circle or not? I've seen people say it matter and that it doesn't matter. 2nd. Do you need to do all 4 banners at the same time? Again, seen it stated both ways! 3rd. How many people do you need to do it? Bearing in mind this predates leagues, could it be done with just a team of eight? Both times I've ran it, the first time we didn't even get close, the second time, we got the blue bar halfway on one banner. I really want to get the last 3 banner badges before it disappears for a year! Can anyone advise on this??

I remember using HeroStats as a way of automatically tracking badges back in the day. You could use a binf ile to repeatedly press a key, it would open up about 10 badges at a time into your chat, Herostats would log that and then send the info to a website to be registered, I think it was the old Badge Whore website. This was all before CIT of course.

Played this game since Day 1 of the EU launch. Only tonight discovered that you can get into the City Hall in Atlas via the back door! Anyone else discovered something about the game years after playing?

That's.......really easy to use! The only way you could make this easier is to have a way to import them directly from the game! 😄 Is the order the badges are in changeable in any way? Would be nice to switch between things like Alphabetical (to find a specific badge to see if you have it or missed it) or in game order (to make it easier to update a character the first time.) Edit: Doh! Never mind, completely missed the drop box at the end 😄 Can't wait for this to have all the badges on there, will make it easier to work out which badges I've missed on the spreadsheet, I'm get a 2 badge discrepancy and I can't work out where it is!

Might sound obvious. but the badge tracker by Kitsune at the top of this forum has an excellent page for tracking inventions, I used it to keep control of what I'd done easily 🙂

There's an awesome tip for this in the Badge forum from Hopeling about using the first mission of the Khan TF as it spawns four villains on the first map. Just solo them, rinse and repeat. I got the badge in about 25 minutes this way, as long as you're careful with it, it's very doable. It's on the second page of the thread.

Not done these on Homecoming yet, but I remember doing these on Live and it took some trial and error, finding the right level and the right villain group until I got one that worked. Adding in a self heal to the rest helped as well as it kept it going long.

I got 8 left to do, and 4 of the accolades. Mostly the First Ward ones now.

Just to confirm, is that the Villain Disruptor badge?

I got caught out with this one as well. There's actually two progress bars, one for the hellions and one for the fires. I does state it at the bottom of each progress bar but I missed it and couldn't understand why it wasn't progressing. Then I spotted the fire bar and realised my mistake. And yeah, takes a while to get the 100 fires done, usually multiple attempts to do it. Teaming with other heroes doing the fire helps though.

I can confirm this, did the contact in exactly this way last night and got the badge. As Nericus says, it switched to the story arc halfway through and then went back to the timed missions, still got the badge and the arc isn't hard to run. Thanks for the help, Nericus 🙂

Huh, so it is, I didn't realise that. I hope I haven't missed out on the chance for this!

Yeah, I've been using the spreadsheet as well as resources like the Paragon Wiki. None of them are perfect yet, although the spreadsheet improves all the time (kudos to Kitsune for the fine work 🙂 ) but it's got me over 1000 so far and is all we have until someone creates a damn website tracker 😄

Urrp, never mind, ignore me, I'm thinking of the Agent of Order story arc badge 🙂 According to the wiki you might need to do some other stuff as well, especially if you're doing them via flashback? https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Savior_of_Atlas_Park_Badge

I think there's more to this than just Thierry's arc. If I remember rightly I had to do some other arcs that were set in Atlas as well. I can't remember what they were are it's a few weeks ago I did them. I've been slowly working my way through Ouroboros to collect the badges for there, including the ones for the souvenirs and it popped up after doing more than just Thierry's arc. I'll see if I can remember which ones it is by looking on an alt.

Updated in Issue 25, now you get it by completing all the arcs in Nova Praetoria.

Plus, you get a badge every 3 Vet levels. Which is nice.

They are the first two Reject Inspiration Drops badges, came with issue 25.
