I say reward use of the power by making confused targets worth 2xp while they are confused. You can't get XP for what they kill, but you can make confusing them worthwhile.

I like radiation armor... except for it's visual effects. At higher levels, it's all a big mess. Radiation doesn't have to be visible and usually isn't, so it doesn't make sense for it to not have a No FX option.

First off, no need to design a new trainer while Atlas Park currently has two. Ever since Galaxy City was destroyed, BAB was moved to the SW corner of Atlas Park, and I feel it's a huge disservice. He should take center stage under the Atlas statue, and Ms. Liberty should embrace her role as watching over Statesman's old taskforce. Sure, it's convenient having him there, but if it was about convenience then why don't we have multiple trainers in every zone? Why not every corner of every zone? Because it's not necessary, that's why. Second, you're forgetting that Ms. Liberty is also present in Fort Trident... and in Pocket D during the Valentines Day event, meaning that she occupies three or even four places at once. That is too much real estate for one hero. Give Ms. Liberty a break. This explanation doesn't hold water when you go back to the starting zone (like when you're running higher level content and it sends you to Atlas Park for a mission door), and she's still just standing there. Also, it's immersion breaking if you standing in front of Ms. Liberty in Independence Port trying to get a team together for the task force and you ask a friend where s/he is at and they reply they're in front of Ms. Liberty in Atlas Park. Saying that different zones represent different times for your character is a clunky, awkward explanation that could easily be fixed by just not having the same character in multiple spots simultaneously. It's not as though the current development team is unable to change trainers at locations, as evidenced by the moving of Castle from Peregrine Island and replacing him with someone new.

I ask for the hearts from the Arrow of Love and Arrow of Jealousy to be made as an aura, and this idea makes me want them even more... but also in reverse animation so it looks like I'm walking around sucking up all the love.

So I got Ann R. Keye, and I have no idea what to do with it. I'm thinking maybe a Thugs/Storm MM or maybe an Energy Blast/Storm Summoning combo because of all the KB.

I was referring to the minimum and maximum number of accounts that the OP could be referring to, because someone else assumed that five level 50s and four of them were on accounts that were locked somehow meant that the OP had five accounts. I explained it pretty well before, but you took one sentence from my post and questioned it out of context.

So just doing the basic math here, but the minimum number of accounts here is 3. Five level 50s, and one of those is on an account that hasn't been locked. Four of them are on accounts (plural, but unspecified number) that have been locked. Because OP said accounts, that means more than one was locked, and yes there could have been five total, but those four characters could be spread out on two accounts with 2 on each or 1 and 3 split between two. Could also be 1, 1, and 2 on 3 locked accounts, as well as a total of 5 accounts with one level 50 on each.

3 backflips, 3 minutes... They should have tied the number of backflips to the duration somehow, maybe animate it with 2 and 4 backflips as well and give it a random chance to sometimes to more or less, then your duration could be anywhere from 2 minutes to 4 minutes (10% chance of either) or the standard 3 minutes (80% chance).
