I guess they didn't fix this everywhere. This used to plague the last mission of Market Crash, but it was fixed at some point.

At first I was going to redo this fight video, but I figured why not show it things don't do smoothly. I forgot to put the disruption arrow at the start, which allow the Illusion boss to survive and summon. Mobs got spread out and I got chased around a bit. Overall it was a bit sloppy, but I didn't take serious damage and no pets died. And I intentionally didn't use barrier. The new flash arrow is the keystone of the build. Power boost + flash arrow = -24% toHit. EMP arrow provides all the status protection you need. And you don't really need it for many fights. Caveats, this is a completed built character, T4s the works. It's busy to play. Might be rather wimpy until built out. Now, I present a fight against 4x8 carnies.

Build revisions due to game play. I have too many powers, some are getting lost in the chaos due to long recharge. Out: Reason: Poor damage if you don't proc, long recharge if you do, silly long cast time for that type of power Mace Beam Volley Web Cocoon In: Reason: Tactics, just for the +perception. I don't need it, but it's a nice to have. Fistful of Arrows: This thing is a good proc power. I assumed that it wouldn't be. Due to the shortness of the cone, it's proc's well, 271 damage on average. New build tested on beta server. I took out a mission of 4x8 Carnies and only lost one genin. I'll post a video later. Build:

Here is a video from the beta server of the build in action against 4x8 Arachnos. I didn't use barrier to show the effectiveness of the debuffs. Of course, this is a completely tricked out all IOs and T4 build. Running T4 radial musculature instead of cardiac. Usually, the Fortunata Mistress's Psychic Wail takes out 1-2 genin, but she missed entirely this time.

Accuracy is an issue if I don't have acid arrow or Control incarnate running. Since, acid arrow comes pretty early accuracy generally hasn't been an issue.

I am not having this issue. I slotted Cardiac at first, but Musculature is working as well. I see more non full end bars with Musculature of course.

Darkest Night is very under rated for tanking. You can tie up a lot of mobs with taunt and DN.

The struggle is real. If there are a lot of melee or masterminds I don't even bother. Some groups do listen and at the very least some people move away, so the stunner does rez with full health.

You're right. I would miss the game much more than the forums. There are some lovely people here like yourself. I have seen this kind of snarky behavior degrade forums in the past. Slowly, conversations turn into snark contests where folks are more interested in scoring points than having a conversation. It's very discouraging to newcomers. Ah yes. Triggering, I was waiting for that to be used. I make a comment that some people are obviously in agreement with about how criticism is done on the forum. And of course it's my fault for being "triggered", because snark is a trump card that is above criticism. Blame the receiver of the message, never how the message was delivered.

Yes, but if you never complain then nothing ever changes. Several times my suggestions have been gunned down. Did I like it, no. I got thumbs down many times and that's ok. This jranger picture just causes confusion. I was not on the live forums, so I have no context. I dislike insular snark. It makes forums less friendly to newcomers.

I hate it, it's just snarky nonconstructive criticism. If you have a problem, then spell it out. Or don't reply at all and let the suggestion die on it's own. Now, before any else does it...

I have finally decided to pull the trigger on my first mastermind. I quite love trick arrow and a challenge hence ninjas. Trick arrow is very good are protecting the ninjas, lots of soft protection like -acc and -damage. The build exists on the beta server. I have solo'ed 4x8 DA radios, PI radios (Council, CoT, Carnies, Arachnos), and a 10 min trapdoor door run. There have been few deaths, but I consider those mostly due to my inexperience. The ninjas are devastating damage wise and heavily debuffed enemies go down quickly. Mostly looking for slotting suggestions. I piece together this build from other MM builds in the forum.

VEATs are made for dual or even triple builds. Night Widow General content/Night Tank Fortunata General content/Fort Tank/Flying dom Bane Mace and nades build/Huntsbane gun build

Aww don't leave. You can hide a post if you made a mistake. Look at the 3 dot menu in the upper right corner. Use the hide option. Someone was nice enough to clue me into this when I duplicated a post several times.

Alas, no. Venom and Frag are only available via the gun for a Bane. Bane mace based ranged attacks suck, except Poisonous Ray, which is ok. Search for "pure mace" in this forum for ideas if you want to avoid the gun. My suggestion is to take the redraw hit, venom and frag are just too useful.

You are forgetting AOEs. Without out of combat defense your chances are getting by an AOE targeting one of your teammate goes up. Example, if you are stealthing through a mission at the same time your tanker buddy is running through aggroing everything. 54% DDR, not awesome, but not horrible. SR 95% DDR is the crown jewel of Super Reflexes. It's why Linea uses it for the hardest 801s.

Nice, always interesting what pops out in these discussions. Yes, one advantage that Widows have over Super Reflexes. They have very high psi resists.

Another tip. Team Transport works as long as the alignments are not to mixed. Like hero and villain on the same team. The odd one out has to use the Kallisti tram. If they zone, TT can start to work. I am not sure of all the non working combos, but villains seems to be the worst off. As usual.

I knew there was a thread with numbers for the scaling resists. See below. Keep in mind that scaling resists do not give any toxic or psi resists. That might be why you're thinking it is not working. Also, there is a delay before it kicks in, which leaves you open to getting two slotted.
