This is the Crystal Missile, an extradimensional magi-tech foot soldier who got sent to explore a dimensional rift. It closed behind her, trapping in Primal Earth. Rather than approach Portal Corp to go home, she treated it as a chance to freely engage in mad science without her superiors breathing down her neck. She's spending her 'vacation' as a gem thief; her goal is to test out the harmonic frequencies of all of Primal Earth's crystals-- and to see how well they can be weaponized.

BTW, that costumes and backstory make me wish we had the actual Sky Raider jetpack as a permanent costume option, (tintable and without needing the temp power).

Was working on this guy but I've shelved him in the hopes that some day I can get the same golden color in the CC as the color on the GB jetpack.

Is that jetpack a temp power? (assuming so, since you're also wearing the Warp thingy on your back)

 

The Gold Bricker jetpack is available, with customizable color, in the CC:

 

 

(My own ex-Gold Bricker, Goldbar--he also used the Warp backpack until the Gold Bricker jetpack was made available.)

Decided to completely redo Girra's "spectrum" costume (previous version a few posts back). Some more experimentation with color combinations finally got me much closer to what I was originally going for--making his body look like a combination of fire and poison. I added a full-body "Starburst Glow" aura in bright green, which combines with the orange flames from his fire armor powers to create an interesting effect. Finally, I switched to the Ascension armor pieces instead of the Cyborg stuff.

 

 

The effects look better when he's in motion.
