Think your mids is out of date -- it's Artillery (from targeted aoe), which is 6 slotted into Cutting beam and 4 slotted into overcharge, as well as 6 slotted into Electrifying fences. 

 

2 - 8% Regen

3 1.88% defense energy/negative, .94% defense ranged

4 2% dmg buff all

5 9% enhancement accuracy

6 3.13% defense ranged, 1.56% defense energy/negative

So what are we guessing the Tactical Arrow nerfs will be?  I know they mentioned it is getting nerfs officially - I think it was during Page 5 beta that the main powers dev confirmed it

I want to know this also. I don't think anyone's been specific as to what, exactly, is considered to be overperforming about tac arrow. Or if they have, I've not been able to find it. Also, energy melee is being worked on, but what exactly about it?

Ok so I can wipe out a +4/8 mob with eds + overcharge and glue arrow. And then kill another group with cutting beam and PB along with disintegrate and glue arrow and my pyro judgement

Rotate Disintegrate, Penetrating Ray, Charged Shot prioritizing PR fill with ENA

AoE Rotate PB, Cutting Beam, EF, Glue

Open with flash, Aim ESD on non overcharge

 

Use others in between/as needed

You might get more out of moving Artillery to Glue Arrow from EF, which would make EF a preference (replace with Tactics etc). Either way won't change much.

yeah i can have one up shortly. so the mides has not dropped an update as of now. i can do one still but i will leave that one power blank
