No, I believe you can place any/all of the beacons now too. Dislike certain sounds? Silence/Modify specific sounds. Looking for modified whole powerset sfx? I opened a large room and dropped in a large fusion reactor to get all the power and control :) I used to play under the handle @Purple Clown, back on Live.
