Sakai Posted July 21, 2021 Posted July 21, 2021 If you have accepted no missions from them you can just out level them. If it is a contact you have done some missions for and have the little story book thing attached to them you need to finish the arc for them to go away.

Expand There are a few ways: Complete all the content from this contact and they will be relegated to another tab in the contacts list. Switch from hero to villain, or vice versa. This is only temporary though. Eventually outlevel their mission range.
