  1. Just went messing around in the app and I'm pretty sure the answer is no. Even in respect mode it's (from what I understand) not doing what you Think it's doing. It's actually recording what order you place them in, but not making you swap between powers/slots constantly. If you were to SK down, then you'll feel the effects of this. That's why people who do that are very careful with how they slot in a respec. In the app you Can choose all the powers first and then the slots. Also, I think there's a respec helper tool that prints things out in a way that you can more easily see when you took what wrt to slots as well.
  2. Scroll back a few levels in the forum to the ticket link and submit that.
  3. "Here I come to save the daaaaaaaaay!"
  4. Just finished the next mish and the pointer now aims at the actual contact.
  5. Ok, so maybe this is a bug with my alt? The new mish is pointing to that door now, but the marker is def the opposite direction. I'll update if it persists. Alt: Verborgenes Feuer
  6. So I just finished the mish "Defeat Burch and all Negotiators", clicked on Kalinda in my contact list and it's pointing to "-302.5 238.3 -419.3" in Mercy. The Map location is still correct though. I just tried clicking through to the next mish, clicking on her name again, and she's still being pointed elsewhere. I vaguely recall something like this being on live, but IDK if it was this contact.
  7. Actually, I run both with no issue. Hell, I have lots of things open at the same time. What you're Probably dealing with is the game running at full FPS in the background with the app in the foreground. To help deal with that go into the Tequila launcher and add "-maxinactivefps 5" to the launch parameters without the quotes. This will drop the game to 5 fps while in the background and seriously help reduce the GFX memory load you may experience.
  8. But keep in mind that it for some reason doesn't seem to have everything the Live game does. It's odd because it shouldn't be using different content, but I've had errors loading Live builds inside it. Not sure about the reverse.
  9. Yeah, I'd bet item count and how much you 'clip' likely play into how it handles it.
  10. Because this is my everything system (and I sit 8' from the screen/tower), I'm 100% wireless. I pair my Logitech K800 KB with my Logitech Performance MX mouse.
  11. Alternate suggestion that I've not heard mentioned so far. Increase the Player's character storage capacity. Possibly just as difficult, but worth the ask.
  12. If you're just wanting to maybe share the functional (not storage) parts of a base, then you can enter into a coalition with someone who has the basics setup.
  13. If it helps, the game was designed to work with the old 2Gb (total) app memory limitation (x86) and likes to crash or generally wig out when it's past the 1.5-1.75Gb marker. Base editing racks that memory use up REAL quick and it's not advised to go for too many hours without understanding you've a risk of losing progress (zone in/out every now and then). IDK why you'd go AFK in the base for that long, but I wouldn't recommend it. The more complex the base, the heavier the memory load. The only way to truly "fix" this would be a rewrite of the game to be fully x64 compatible.
  14. IDK about that mish, but I've had it do everything from Look like it's ready to fire and not (not just for hasten) to fire and look like it was never fired. I remember an old bug where a sound would get stuck in a loop and the only way to get rid of it was to relog. There were times where it'd get really loud as the sounds built up.
  15. Nice reference, but I'd like to point out there's some sort of bug where sometimes placement near other items will somehow disable the light. I still haven't figured it out, but it annoys me as it leaves dark spots I can't get rid of while keeping my aesthetics.
  16. If a bind works, then it'll have to be something like "click active button" wrt the active window. I too have read something about a bind existing, but IDK where it was now.
  17. Oh wait, we're talking /tell. Ok, WRT to that you'll need to remember one thing though PK. Many of us are on multiple chat chans, Bio's, or even just plain farming. It's REAL easy to lose something that was in the chat. I was just thinking the other day how Cool it would be to have a second monitor just for the chat so that I could have a lot more visible to read at once OR be able to create multiple/readable chats. I thought at first you were talking about forums and that would be a different conversation.
  18. Which pwd? Either way have you tried the ticket system?
  19. In the meantime, couldn't we just keep working on the crunching? Albeit at the slower than you desired pace?
  20. Just in case someone asks it, don't forget to unzip the whole folder first! Also, the "binaries" look like the contents of the old Mids folders. Why couldn't we just drop that in a folder and create a shortcut?
  21. I can't see them working well with Hide, but I can see them helping if you've AS in a group and then activate them as defense.
  22. The only reason this should be happening is if you don't have full permissions of the installation folder or it's installed in a protected parent folder. It's heavily advised that it be installed in something like "C:/games/coh" as opposed to any of the "program files" or "My Documents" type folders.
  23. I don't think people quite understand what this is really. They're like "ok, it's the old forums", when in fact it's all the old archives of builds, tips, tricks, and such. Most of which will still be valid on any server. Does it have limited value? Eh, no less than the Paragon Wiki as each server eventually splinters.
