  1. /logchat will toggle it on / off (there's also an option somewhere in the Options menu ingame). After that go to the Combat tab, right click > Edit > and add the Pet tabs (Pet damage, Pet heals etc). Then they'll start showing up similiar to this (depending on where you have CoH installed). Then you can upload one (switch off the game or copy the log file 1st because the game sticks a File lock on it) and procs will be listed like other powers
  2. Pretty sure I haven't seen them on Homecoming (can't remember back to Live). My Plant/Storm and Grav/TA would certainly be spamming me to death if they were a thing (they do with Overpowers) I spent a week a few months ago trying to find out if Controller Epics did Containment damage now, it would have been much easier if there were Containment messages (now I can just go to Ubers COD and check and yes they do)
  3. Was there a Containment message? Overpower is the only one I remember. Containment is silent, isn't it? Always has been? Or am I going mad?
  4. Single target knockback is fine, that's something you can work with. Pbaoe knockback is a nightmare. One reason I wrote a parser was to see if procs were going off and how much they contributed. So of you've been running with logging on upload one of your last logs to www.carnifax.org and you should be able to see.
  5. So I've been working away on my Combat Logger. Now I've started adding graphs it struck be that it would be lovely to be able to add marks and annotations (when did I start fighting Romulus and when did that end). So I'm working on something like that. But it struck me that the Combat Log doesn't seem to record when you start missions, finish them and the same for TFs and Map loads. So could we record the following in logs. 2021-05-09 12:27:53 Mission Started: [Name of mission] when you enter a new mission for the 1st time. 2021-05-09 12:27:53 Mission Complete: [Name of mission] when Mission Complete 2021-05-09 12:27:53 Task Force Started: [Name of TF] when you go into Task Force mode (yes probably for Ouro and AE too but that's fine) 2021-05-09 12:27:53 Task Force Complete: [Name of TF] 2021-05-09 12:27:53 Map Load Begin: [Name of map] 2021-05-09 12:27:53 Map Load Complete: [Name of map] For when you start & complete loading a map?
  6. Heart of Darkness is quite a good proc bomb, because the recharge is long enough to ensure they almost always go off (are at 90% likeyhood). Normally this is great if you've got Shield Breaker and Touch of Lady Gray in there. But sadly it also means this piece of poop goes off 90% of the time too. I'd love to see it changed to 0.5 knockback instead (knockdown).
  7. Yep. It's deeply annoying. Nice 6 set bonus stuck behind a crap proc. At least the 5set is decent too but losing the ranged Def is annoying as hell.
  8. Pretty visuals update. Reworked the DPS section and have added some graphs based on the imcoming data. I've put them at the bottom, under the CombatLog viewer section (cos it's collapsable). I've omitted legends because they're interactive anyway. Also, @GM Impervium / @Jimmy, I can has sticky?
  9. This sounds wrong to me. Link Minds is a clickie, not a toggle so "lasts 10 seconds" shouldn't be right. What should happen is no boost at all, because Link Minds has some psi resist.
  10. Afraid=I need to run away / out of this (depending on the duration, things like Hotfeet and Arctic have tiny duration afraids which go off often) Terrorised=I'm going to stand here shaking with Fear. Both are "fear" but they work differently to each other. Terrorised is the one people usually want and fear enhancements work with. Afraid is often used to encourage mobs not to stand in something and melt. Weirdly, Spectral Terror in illusion does both.
  11. Opposite for me. Only time Perma-PAs is really imporant is if you're soloing an AV. It's not like Domination where it's all or nothing, almost-perma PAs is still excellent. I'd go the More Toys / Procs option personally.
  12. Yup, the pseudo base damage the Dev used when coding the condition values was 5.561. It's not really a BaseDam in the true sense though, in that if they changed Arachnos to have a 1.125 modifier Enflame wouldn't be affected, they'd have to remember to update Enflame to match. I assume this is a newish thing, otherwise they wouldn't have created lots of "AT specific" pseudopets for older powers like Tar Patch (for ages Masterminds incorrectly used the Corruptor Tar Patch because of this).
  13. Does it even have base damage? It almost looks like a new type of thing where instead of multiplying a modifier by base damage it's essentially a lot of If checks. I suspect it might be something new and Homecoming specific which isn't following a BaseDam formula. @Captain Powerhouse would probably know
  14. You could once upon a time on Live but they removed it. Of course with the recent changes it could have started working again.
  15. Is Acid TPable? I was sure it failed on me a few months ago when I tried it.
  16. Don't think so, the sleep pulses and these are the log entries for them 2021-04-22 23:06:23 Static Field: You hit Metal Swiper with your Static Field for 2.39 points of their endurance. <-- End Drain 2021-04-22 23:06:23 Static Field: Energy built up from the Static Field causes Tank Smasher to shake uncontrollably! <-- Sleep 2021-04-22 23:06:23 Static Field: Energy built up from the Static Field causes Metal Smasher to shake uncontrollably! <-- Sleep There's nothing else in the logs mentioning Sleep so it has to be these oddball lines.
  17. Oh I know it's the Static Field pseudo. I'm just annoyed it doesn't say Static Field: You Sleep Metal Smasher with your Static Field. Like most other mezzes do.
  18. And for all the Controllers (except Elec cos you've weird powers I'm still looking at) a very general update for recording Mezzing (including normal knockbacks). Again since they belong to the same internal class used for both the Char and Powers you'll see them at both levels) As you can see in the Mez section there may be some false positives because the pattern I'm using is very broad. I'll look into those (what's matching those 3 "reduce" hits?) Elec Control > Static Field and Chain Confuse thing are logged weirdly, so I'll need to look at those individually. Earth Control and Dark Control might also have weird powers.
  19. Sigh. More work for me. Mind you I just looked at Static field and Confuse Chain in Elec Control as part of my Mez update and they're making me cry. What the hell does this mean?
  20. VEATs are a good choice for Enflame : https://cod.uberguy.net/html/power.html?power=pets.enflame.enflame&at=minion_pets 5.56 damage every 0.7 seconds. Yum And Domis look like an excellent candidate for it, especially those with Tankier pets who like to get in close.
  21. Crit-addicts update. I've added a Min Damage and Max Damage for powers and overall (they all use the same class internally so any time non-Damage Over Time Dam is added it'll see if it's the new Min or Max). This is just for you Big Orange Number junkies.
  22. Remember you can also share your Parses using the Share box : https://www.carnifax.org/?uuid=590b0d75-368d-40e3-81b2-676699fcd641 Looking at yours Crowd Control is actually around 20% cos you've also got the Armageddon proc in there. Log-wise they are counted seperately generally (unless the proc is in a pseudopet, if it is it'll be wrapped into the pseudopet damage along with its other powers, because of how the Logs records those). How were you using Enflame? Was it "Cast on a boss of some sort" or "Cast on a pet / teammate"? Just wondering from an efficency PoV where's best for it. I'm strongly considering rejigging my Thugs / Traps again for an Enflamed Bruiser.
  23. The answer is "It depends". Essentially what you're looking for most from Dark / Soul is the damage boost from Soul Drain. Souls Soul Drain is available at 35 with no picks. Darks is available from 44, assuming you've taken 2 other powers beforehand. However Dark Soul Drain recharges in 120 seconds. Souls recharges in 240. So if you've 2 additional power choices available (which you probably will since you'll want the Shield too) then go Dark for the quicker recharging version.
  24. Like Doc says BE SURE TO BUY ATTUNED. Sorry for shouting but I made that mistake on my first char here, which was an Ill/Dark. It probably won't be possible to hit perma PA / Haste before 50 on an Ill/Dark but it's still worth trying (IMO). Even just having PAs more often (and Tar Patch etc) is a good thing. I like slotting as I go, using SOs as fillers as needed. I find it more engaging than just IOs at 22 til 50. Here's a cheap version of my level 50 Ill/Dark which might help, I switched anything too dear for alternatives. I would get the Controller ATO if you can though, you can slot it from level 10 onwards (alternatively slot Flash the same as Blind). And my "normal" version. Which doesn't have Perma either but has Forced Feedback in Disruptor Blast.
  25. Well I can understand it not proccing all the time with MM summons. Hasn't the recharge time been reduced dramatically? As Crysis says FF is working as before on LS and Tornado for me (plant Storm)
