  1. I stealth missions I have done numerous times while solo. If teaming, depends on what people want to do.
  2. I have noted that with teams, defeats only count if you're in the same neighborhood, not necessarily very far away. (Could be both though)
  3. I was looking at this yesterday and it seemed to be connected with the female skulls. Of the non-bosses, looks like Grave Digger Assailant, and Grave Digger Striker count for the badge. All the other female skulls don't count.
  4. Null the Gull does not change Praetorian Alignments. Not that changing alignments does anything for the VDay tips. They can be discarded by non-praetorians easily in all cases. And teaming doesn't help since you can't start the mission to have someone else complete it.
  5. He appears in Heather's, Praetor Duncan's, and Dream Doctor's arcs. In Duncan's arc, last mission when you're heading to defeat Diabolique, he's at the end of a branch. edit: Interesting that is not noted in the hcwiki. I have a char just starting incarnates and I'll skip that rescue to check.
  6. I've had it happen in the past with the ITF, Moonfire, Citadel, and a few others. Seems when someone drops when people are in a mission. The way we've gotten around it is have everyone log off, wait a minute, then log back in. If everyone is off, it seems to fix itself. I believe the devs tried to fix it in a recent patch, but it didn't work. (Or maybe it worked for some cases, but not all)
  7. It doesn't sound like it would be a difficult modification even if not that useful for most. <laughs in spaghetti code>
  8. I have a KM/EA Brute that does well even with just generic IOs. A scrapper should do great
  9. I'm semi-tempted to do so. Though after I finish my Stone/Kin tank
  10. Not sure. I did play around with self outfitting a char recently as they leveled and managed to make a few hundred million easily enough, so I think it's still feasible for new players. There's a definite flux to the market in that prices rise over the weekend. Salvage & inspiration sales seem to indicate that fairly well. When I notice my large inspirations selling for more than usual, selling enhancements tend to go for more as well. I also don't tend to buy much via the market for the rest of my characters and tend to pass unused items to ones I'm currently outfitting. Only stripped sets off of existing characters in the early days.
  11. He might be the reason Martial Arts is a blaster secondary though? (My remembering of when sets blurs over the last 18 years...)
  12. So much this. I suspect that there is something somewhat screwy with how the RNG is implemented in the game. I'm betting on some oddness with making a pool of random numbers every so often and pulling from them with the pool being smaller than the amount of requests from various places in the game. (Total theory, probably wrong) I usually look at hit chances & miss chances and noting anomalies like missing three 95% chances in a row more often than a 1/8000 chance should be. Pretty sure that's why streakbreaker was done to kludge around stuff like that. Which makes me think the RNG was done by some clever programmer that implemented a neat way of doing something that turns out not to scale that great, but breaks horribly when other programmers poke at it. Took over a programming project with this odd block of code that had the comment: "I have no idea why this exists, or works, but many things break if you touch it" That project was shut down in 2016, and that block of code still haunts me.
  13. One thing I noticed when I was running a char thru all missions and stopping progress to not out level anything, the lower level recipes could be cheaply made, and then converted to one of the more expensive enhancements. Doing that causally netted a few hundred million before they were 20. Before doing that, I never had much of an issue kitting out my chars once they hit 50. You do earn quite a bit just playing. You won't be able to do a full out kit on the first 50 for a while, but it will happen. And if you have alts, you start just building up extra enhancements, etc... playing the game and after awhile, you just raid your storage, maybe do a bit of conversion, and have a full outfit. I tend to just have generic 50 IOs in my 50s until I take the time to do a full on build. And sometimes I do the full on build because I don't have room in my storage racks because they're completely full and I need room.
  14. This tool is great, highly recommend it. And Flea's advice is good as well. (not quite what I do, but similar)
  15. I've got 98 chars currently, most at 50, seven not, only 128 levels to all at 50. Four different semi-personal SGs, though only two are designated at levels 1-41 and one at 42-50. The other two are more experimental. I started back on live just tracking Dayjob progress, but other data wound up also being tracked such as AT, power sets, levels, age, accolades, certain other badges, incarnates, how well slotted, etc... All on a google spreadhseet, It's a bit unwieldy currently so I might breakdown and build more of a DB approach...
  16. Pretty sure, Team Transport is a completely different animal. Team Teleport would be the group one for short range trips. (One that I don't think any of my chars have gotten) Incan and Teleport Target are the only ones with the prompt if enabled in options which I presume are the ones really addressed by the OP, and in anycase, should be treated different than the Team Transport mission TP I'm against this being a Null option. There are cases where the char needs to be ported without a prompt for certain mission objectives. Keyes Trial (avoid the green stuff and don't die) is just one of them. Finding out one of the chars has it auto declined mid-trial would suck. And semi-annoying waiting for someone to do the trip to Pocket-D. I'd be OK if it was in the Options menu though. (And right now, if you have prompt enabled, you can ignore it for the 10 seconds it's up)
  17. You do not chase geese, geese chase you.
  18. My only interest in the PVP stuff is picking up the badges. I just don't like PVP, but my only friction with them is when they gank a char just doing their own thing. If that happens I tend to just go do something else, though my friends and I found a decent way to combat that is bring in a char on the ganking side to do spotting for revenge purposes.
  19. Hey! I teamed with Marvelous Chin the other day! Fun char Costume bit I want the most currently is a Duck Head.
  20. Here's my scrapper build. It works well enough for me, and I suppose you could drop Energy Cloak for something else. Maybe put the Luck's bonus into Combat Jump and figure somewhere else to get 5% def
  21. Not any help, but I was annoyed by Sentinal's version not having Stealth baked in.
  22. I like this. I suppose you could either make the unlocks account wide, or they unlock if you do the TF. (I'm kinda cold on it, and prefer KS's suggestion.
  23. This might be the behavior introduced when "Find Contact" was done? Not that Heather gets intro'd by that ever, but I think several contacts that wouldn't talk to chars walking up to them now will allow walk ups.
  24. I'm not really a fan of loading multiple procs into a power, but it doesn't effect my play style.
  25. Huh. Obviously, a GM should be able to help that out, but that's odd. I've hit the limit on a couple chars (15?), but never had this. Wonder if there is a way to pick up multiple respecs which would confuse the counter.
