  4. I'd be more inclined to allow buying of the prestige costumes via Emp Merits. And allowing a limited Emp -> Reward merits with a cooldown, but that's separate thing.

  6. Maybe some way of front loading survivability in an encounter. Maybe the more fury builds, the lower the Def/Resist Cap, but at zero Fury, they'd be nearly untouchable.   9. Posi does stuff until he's taken out, but then heals back up and follows you around. I always do the option where I go it without them since the NPCs tend to annoy me.
  10. I'm only into the 20s with my symphony controller and it did take a little adjustment for me to use it, but now it's not a bad little power. Sure it's not a way to get around an alpha, but it does send someone off elsewhere and they'll occasionally just keel over after a bit. I do think I'm enjoying my Illusion Controller that I had started work on before P4 a little more.

  13. Near 100 Reward merits from the two star plus 9 Aethers. (Bunch of other stuff) I like the new difficulty, it's more interesting than what we used to be able to knock out in 15 minutes (or much less)
  14. I haven't noted it helping much on the ITF vs Rom, but it does help in the Sister Solaris Arc vs the EBs.

  19. Hmm. Log from a two star run shows: "Shadow Crystal HITS you! Void Explosion power was autohit." and now a better look at the previous three star run shows the same. May have gotten the wrong line since I did run missions earlier that may account for my mistake
  20. My character with most badges was able to get the intro without a problem. I had not done the Legatus badge before Sister Val and didn't get it until the second mission. Might be another test point edit: Though your other alts got it with the badge. grrr. A vexing bug
  21. Hmmm. It could be if you do either Ashley or Montague and then when you do Val's arc as the opposite alignment?
  22. Fresh Beta char, used Level 50 plus, went to Night Ward, got badge, went to Cim and walked up to Val. Did first Mission and was introduced to Sister A. New theory: Could it get messed up my having the Legatus badge before you do Val's Mission? (Since iirc, Voltor did the 100 Sister Sol mission to beat down Rom enough...)
  23. I'd go with mistaken. My excerpt was from the new ITF, one of the hard modes. (Two star?) My scrapper did get taken from ~2400 to 300 health when hit.
  24. I suspect Voltor's main would have done the Monty arc, but might have gotten the Cim access via Nightward first. I'm odd that I tend to do the Monty arc and I think so far the ones that have intro'd have all done it that way. I'll have to spot check my chars and see if I can find one to cheese. (Or maybe I'll just head over to Beta, hmm, that might work faster...)
