Try doing New Email, don't fill in anything and drop the Hero Merit into the attachment area. It should autofill your global and subject. Add some text to the body, and it should be good to go. (and compare to how the failed version was)

Myself and a few others ran some stuff. I transferred an older char that was a little redundant over and ran some stuff and joined one of the many DFBs. I do hope your base represents Ditko space. 😄

Synapse is pretty repetitive with some pointless running around between Steel & Skyway. Citadel has the same repetitive with having to swap zones every mission. Heck, I could stomach Citadel with just have the first 1/2 in IP, Second in Talos. Would still be a pain, just less. For some reason, Synapse still annoys me more. Numina, meh, for some reason it doesn't bother me.

If they turn it on at some point, there will be some names freed up for new chars. Fairly low population, so there might not really be that many names that would have been freed up anyway. I didn't get my "main" name, but I did get the SG name that I always try for first...

I believe the pathing that is reportedly weird in bases may have something to do with it. AE was also developed by a different team in the beginning, so that may have something to do with it. AE has the option of maps, but not very configurable placement of items. It would be cool if it had the flexibility that the missions have, but that's going to take a lot of work.

And note, if it is on a below level 50 char that hasn't logged in for a year, you have to create a character to get the name. Server Transfers and Name Change is insufficient.

Yea, on SOs, Super Reflexes, but at level 32 think about picking up generic level 35+ IOs. They'll be fairly cheap in comparison to having to upgrade SOs. Regen is a lot of fun with Brutes since you have the HP to get decent regen, but it's a balancing act and you'll want to pack in set bonuses, etc... (And you won't be the most durable, but you'll bounce back easily.)

I switched to Brother Laser printers some time ago. Too many issues with Ink and since I don't print that much, I've only had to refill toner a few times. Current printer is from 2018 though I noticed the prices have shot up since then. I run Linux to avoid most of the revenue stream bits.

I think it's 32 of any interaction in a time period, but when you hit the "Get all inf" you'll hit easily. I was screwing around with it the other day after retiring a char and selling off a bunch of excess items. I'm unsure how a multiple item counts, but when I did 32 or less of singles, it worked without an issue, but if more than that with a claim all caused the "Too Busy" Pretty sure a multiple counts more than 1 transaction, but two singles count more than one group of 2.

I have never had that issue with seeded items. And with Super packs, I've seen it take a little bit of time, but since I tend to buy 100 at a time, by the time I'm clicking on the 10th order of 10, the others are filled. I think there was a issue some years back with the auction house being slow overall, but that got fixed.

That's to avoid leading BNY out which is 1/2 the mission time. (Mark & Recall shortcuts that, but only every ten minutes)

I have a couple farmers that I have only Large Inspirations enabled for drops. They still fill up pretty quickly and if this auto thing happened, no worries about too much aggro... Make a macro to consume your inspirations, do a little bit of button pressing.

And just remembered, Dark Watcher's arc is alignment neutral so you can do it as a red sider

Yes. And since it's a later BS arc, check to see if you can just continue his story lines. (well, assuming you did his unlock. otherwise, then Ouro it is)

Plaques are all in the Core, so if you're not in there, it won't give a decent path. And if something is on the Orange Floors, it will path thru the Cow Door.

I'll have to check them out again in the RL, but I think those attacks are mirrored by the Gladiators in the Labyrinth and while those guys are hard hitting in melee, ranged attacks are weak from them.

Well, getting to level 2 is easy, just go thru the tutorial (or whack a couple mobs in atlas/mercy) Having a non-interacting character that can scout out zones, point out people in PvP would be annoying. The only way I could see this as a possible, is that they would be limited to Pocket-D, Echo Plaza, Winter Forest. A lot of coding for limited use.
