Well, you have Super Strength, then you have Street Justice. The latter is supposed to be the "low-level" generic punching set. Maybe what we need is a more Westernized take on martial arts - think a generic boxing set..

Quick question: I have an HP Elitebook 2170p, which has an i5-3317U and 8GB of RAM, running Windows 10 64-bit. I'm able to run the 64-bit version of the game at an acceptable level, but if I have it running, then window key+L to lock my computer, I get a black screen when I log back in. I do get the login screen and can enter my password just fine - I just get a black screen after that. I can bring up the task manager and end the task to resolve the problem, but I'd rather a better solution. Any thoughts or advice? Thanks in advance!

If it's any help, I tend to take 1 of 2 approaches to creating a character: 1. See what's already out there, and create my own homage/interpretation or put a new spin on an older/existing idea. 2. Find a particular color combination or a chest+legs combination that jumps out at me, then build a character up from there. For an example of 2, I really like how the retro sci-fi armored top goes with the justice pants, (regular), and have built several characters off of those 2 pieces alone, (see example here).

I'm curious why someone would think they are entitled to a particular name at all. That being said, I wonder if certain small accommodations could be made, such as allowing the use of the ampersand (&). I've named several characters "[Something] 'n [Something]" because the & isn't permitted...

Or... accept that you are intended to use the various travel and utility powers made available to us, to get around the zones.

What you go with for the secondary? Fire melee? I woulda thought dark melee would be a better fit since you have siphon life, dark consumption, and soul drain...

In the case of combat jumping and hover, they specifically don't suffer any slowdown while in combat, and both provide a bit of defense, which highlights their intended use as in-combat maneuvering powers. CJ even has it in its name, plus the resistance to immobilization effects. What would you do with those 2 powers if travel suppression was removed?

That is not my point. Saying that a power or a set has an effect, when in fact it is the result of an outside/separate power or IO effect, is simply incorrect.

Which is kind of like saying DA has KD/KB protection because you can take acro or slot an IO... not really the same thing.

Change it to a PBAoE knockdown toggle.

It makes no sense to give inertial reduction a damage buff. It would make more sense, IMO, to give it a bot of an absorb effect. Maybe give transfusion a bit of a -dmg to the affected enemy and +dmg to allies affected. Maybe give siphon power a bit of +res to allies and -res to enemies. These things would be an overall buff, though, so I don't know what you would to to counterbalance it, besides nerfing FS...

There are all sorts of reasons and places where being able to keep notes would be great - anything from "Working on completing ITF with this guy" to friend specific notes, (Imagine being able to place notes next to people on your friends list - "Jane Doe is great on TFs, but avoid duos", etc).

There are many models of "HP 19 All-in-One". Could you help us out by providing a more specific model number? Thanks! EDIT: Just as an example, an HP 19-2014 has an E1-2500, which is a very anemic CPU, and probably won't run CoH well. The HP 19-2113w has a slightly more powerful Celeron, but it still won't run well. 2nd EDIT: If you go into the game launcher options and put in the -usetexenvcombine option, it will make the game use a simpler rendering method - The game won't look as nice, but this drastically expands the range of computers you can run it on smoothly, (and for some of us, all we want is to play CoH!).

What if taking "teleport" also granted team teleport, and we put the blink device into its old slot? EDIT: Are there mechanics in place where taking teleport also grants a toggle, which when activated, makes teleport instead act like team teleport?
