  1. You are replying to a focused feedback thread from November 2021. Your suggestions and feedback are better served in the Suggestions and Feedback sub forum. Just because you don't see movement on a particular item you suggested, doesn't mean it isn't being taken in to consideration. There are a handful of volunteers who spend their time making updates to this game. They may not catch everything, but the Suggestion and Feedback sub forum is the best place for players to post their requests. https://forums.homecomingservers.com/forum/45-suggestions-amp-feedback/
  2. Just off the top of my head, without playing a Kinetics powerset, players can gain unsuppressed movement speed bonuses from a lot of sources. Temp buffs, IO set bonuses and uniques, Sprint I'm pretty sure doesn't suppress either. And then there's teammate buffs and Agility Alpha Incarnate.
  3. For the Flash - only in the awful CW filler episodes 😁.
  4. Interesting discussion point. Before others begin the "PvP caused this nerf..." fallacy, I want to note that movement suppression is turned off by default in the Arena and in PvP zones.
  5. Yes to all of the above. At least they unlocked side switching so I can swap alignment right after, but then I'll lose out on the classic Epic story arcs until I switch back.
  6. This is a great way to look at it! It is an accolade that grants a permanent power, just like Atlas Medallion or Born In Battle.
  7. What about all the other modes of travel in this game that are comparably fast as LRT? Point to point specifically.
  8. Yeah it's a hit and miss; that's the nature of internet forums. Sometimes you get a treasure trove of support and assistance and comradery, other times you'll want to type out a 6,000 word response to another poster because being right is more important than hitting ignore. To each their own... I've noticed lately that even the forum goer numbers are declining in addition to what i've seen in game (at least on Indom). Makes me temper my responses to threads with folks I don't agree with, because I don't want folks to leave this community (even if I don't agree with them). Even the folks I've put on ignore, I don't want them to leave the game. Gotta keep the community strong. Edit: the You/your in this post is the third person use, meaning it is applicable to all posters, not you specifically Kaizen
  9. Love the face mask and double shoulder pads!!
  10. To answer the OP, no. There's been data collected by many folks and posted on these forums, but no methodological approach that can be replicated for others to test. I'd wager the most time consuming part is that methodology set up. After that it's just filling out the spreadsheet and sharing over Google docs for folks to validate.
  11. Folks, we only have this one Homecoming community. If or when it's gone, you're not going to remember the petty forum bickering - you're going to wish you could just get back in to the game one more time.
  12. It was one of the best feelings when you invited someone to the team in the Hollows and flipped through their player info then powers and saw they had Recall Friend.... AND they were next to a trainer or npc that sold inspirations. Ah man the little things used to mean so much 😄
  13. I am generally against giving Null the Gull the power to do something that which is already available for players in the game.
  14. 255 Target cap and 60 ft radius... can you even fit that many entities that close 😆

    Windy

Controller - Wind Control That's in City of Data
  16. Disney has always had either subtle or on the nose adult themes like violence, sexual innuendo, and the like. Something I've realized after growing up during the Disney 90s Renaissance. Disney Plus is so far no different - luckily they've got iron clad parental controls so there's that.
  17. This could match the meme level of that dog that was in April Fools promotional material back on legacy 🤣
  18. As @Peacemoon said, it's likely a remnant of the original zone intent, as hazard zones were only intended to be braved with full teams.
  19. Example: Activation time: 2 Seconds Duration time: 18 seconds Recharge time: 16 seconds or less Result: Perma
  20. That is okay. Granite Armor is really the best defense and resistance providing toggle in the game, so there are penalties attached to it. Also keep in mind it was originally designed in Issue 1 during the legacy days of the game, before set bonuses, IOs, temporary powers, or Incarnates were around. Now the penalties can largely be offset while maintaining all of the benefits. That's why some of the changes were made to the set recently.
  21. Perma is short for permanent, which more of an implication than a fact. In order to do so, a power (usually a click based) is activated. Edit: "Either the duration+activation needs to be more than the recharge or the recharge needs to be less than the duration+activation." ty Zag
  22. Transact 4 Victory (T4V) is the Praetorian equivalent and is located in the center circle in Nova Praetoria after starting a new character, adjacent to Dominatrix.
