Her thread has slipped off the main page but click the thumbnail below to jump to it, that is the bulk of them from the old 606 I believe. Update: An outdated link seemed broken on my end but was working for her. It is re-hosted now and all should be well again. It's her DA name, do a search for "Plangkye CoH" over there and her stuff comes up without too much other unrelated content. Yeah I don't remember her posting that often in the 606 (at least not the years I was around) so you may not remember the name but her art speaks for itself, you should go check it out on DA or here under "Flash's Show Off Thread." I haven't herd (get it? goats roam in herds ) from Goat in a long while either. Hope he checks in at some point though. He was fun to collab with. Bobby was diagnosed with late stage cancer, he fought it bravely for as long as he could so he could have more time to spend with his loving wife, family and friends, he passed in Nov of 2017 (gah has it almost been 2 years already! Where does the time go?) Yes it's fine I will tell you the same thing I told the others who have asked, don't sell it/profit from it please and do not claim it is your work, if you display it elsewhere a link back to my DA page would be much appreciated. Otherwise yeah go ahead and use it for avatars/sigs/print and hang on your wall etc. (ask me before you go to print it though and I can scan it in a much higher resolution for you). Do you know which version of the three were you going to use?

Very cool Hyperstrike. As someone who customizes every aspect of the game I can get my hands on, having more options is always a good thing. I currently use this one to launch Tequila but I'll grab the pack in case I wanna swap or use them for other folders.

IIRC it was a gift artz for your birthday and not a contest right? Oh that reminds me since I have been putting up collabs, I did one of Barron Overlord as well. Which became a collab with BW (yes that one ) when he put some quick colors down to show me how digital coloring could be applied without losing the linework.

Or it could be that. You guys being subject and artist would know. I just tend to think in City of Heroes terms and it was the closest thing that came to mind. Also who doesn't unplug while eating Taco Bell and listening to Peter Gabriel at 3AM from time to time.

For me it's the eyeball hands... almost everything that is of Rularuu has those creepy moving eyeballs in it. He is always watching as the story goes. He is also at war with other aspects of himself (Lanaru the Mad vs. Faathim the Kind etc) so some of the hands fighting or restraining each other seems a good fit.

Heya Felis Noctu welcome to the best part of the forums. I didn't try any of the Archetype Icons but I do like Rylas' version better for both of the ones you posted. Moreso than the softness his seem blended better (i.e. he used a darker red rather than straight black for the drop shadow behind the Corruptor symbol). The original ones look like someone cranked the contrast to 11 by comparison. The ones I tried were darker colors already (blues/greens/blacks) so really just subtle shape differences, which were difficult to see at the size they appear in game, were the only real differences I noticed. Also the whites seem whiter in Rylas' and the lines are less thick and heavy. Thanks for doing additional testing though it's good to see the results from multiple different approaches.

Took a break from the game and other stuff to do something for the Art Request thread quick. For Midnight Blue Mage here is Missing Cat. I might do a little more on this yet but here is what I have for now.

Have you ever seen that thing where a kid draws a black dot on a white page and someone asks what is that supposed to be and the kid says "It's a Polar Bear in a snowstorm" and then the kid laughs at his clever joke? This just struck me as a reverse of that. It's like a black cat... in an all black outfit... standing in the dark (in one of the refs) with glowing green eyes. Soooo this? Since this is the CoH community I will give the benefit of the doubt though and work up a silhouette to go with it and see what MBM thinks. More to come!

No worries EyeLuvBooks you should be fine. This is the place for all creative types to post their stuffz. Dacy already started a thread below for her writing. Up to you writerly types if you want a central thread to share stuff or if you plan to post a lot if you want individual threads. I'm just happy to have more stuff to read. Drawing ATM but I will read this when I get more free time. Cheers!

@Darth Delicious assures me this is a real request that makes sense to her and is not some next level art trolling so absent a response from MBM I will work from that premise and draw something for Missing Cat now that I have some free time.

Of course not knowing he is always mopey because he lost his family to the Rikti invasion of Paragon City, Flashtoo's "surprise you" expression might very well have been to draw Mike sad.

Lol yeah the Mayans were right about the world coming to an end everyone just assumed it was the real world... turns out it was CoH. Yes it is really real, yes unfortunately you will have to start over from scratch but on the plus side they have added a bunch of cool stuff and more is coming I am sure. For example Sentinels have been added to the Ranged Damage sub-class. Think of them as official cannon Blappers or more survivable Blasters. If you need any help getting set up or have questions PM or note me and I will help if I can. Yeah I thought I would've been playing City of Titan's or one of the 4 others years ago but alas I still cannot play any of them now. As consolations for having to wait go though, having CoH back is pretty much the best thing ever. No problemo man, welcome home.

DJ1's hero was called Gray Ming Badda Bing This one, you helped color him as part of 2x collabs though you may have just flatted once and it branched into two different collabs at the same time. Thumbnail links to the colors. Yeah it's a good change of pace for him to not be brooding all the time.
