  1. But it does not affect pets like Mu Summons. They will happily stay ranged even if their ranged attacks are on CD.
  2. That -res is also a lot more team friendly then the -regen from Longbow pets.
  3. Yep. Each lasts 30 seconds and your CD varies between 12-15 seconds depending on FF recharge procs.
  4. Good to see the numbers back in game experience. Banished Pantheon seemed really strong with great utility from the invul support.
  5. Honestly there isn't a huge difference between 87% and 95%. AVs are pretty much the hardest target you will fight. Every else will be 95% chance to hit. Immobilizing a AV shouldn't be hard - only mag 3 Immo protection. GMs is impossible (75 protection). Immobilizing EBs is actually harder.
  6. Always thought it was 3.75% base. Either way my pets never have trouble hitting. I assume you 90% defense debuff you mean 87% for +4 AVs and 50% resistance from +4 enemies. I can triple stack stack FR and double stack Tornado. That's -130% Defence x 0.5 x 0.13 which is still a -8.45% defence debuff which is better that Tactics. It is the worse case scenario and does not include the defence debuffs from 2x Enforcers. As for your build you have Tornado, Bonfire and LS you have no way to keep those very same AVs from simply running away. Let me tell you from personal experience on my Ill/Storm Troller who also has no Immobilization: its a major issue.

  8. Remember Enforcers have +7.5 (2x 3.75) to hit for all Thugs. Enforcers, Freezing Rain and Tornado all do -Def which is buffed by the Alpha. FR is -30% per each casting Tornado -20%. Enforcers is about -5-10% per attack. Even against AVs or +4s its more then enough.
  9. It is me. I can't even remember the basis at which I posted it. I know a lot of the problems were with FF recharge and pets in particular T3 bots and Thugs. Once pets could no longer be affected by recharge FF proc had a bunch of limitations removed.
  10. Dead teammates only. Sadly enough I do get regular use out of it in missions.
  11. Tested and you are right. So I replaced Tactics with Empty Clips (wanted another FF +recharge procer and more AoE). Nothing worse then sitting around doing nothing. Tornado over a 1000 damage a cast (LS about 1300). Dual Wield with Empty Clips, PPP Hold to fill in for ST. A bit of damage (especially from Hold) and 2 x proc recharge fishing. And now off to catch a plane!
  12. If I wasn't Storm it wouldn't matter. But this build is so it does Frosticus is already hitting sub 50 second pylons (900+ DPS) with Demons/Storm with a build that was still a work in progress. All these tricks are just upping the damage more and more. As of right now my build is fully complete and IOed and I only have to finish some accolades then T3 to T4 Alpha, T3 to T4 Degen then a T4 Hybrid from scratch. After I am going to see if I can pass 1 thousand DPS on a pylon. I went for a max DPS varient that replaced Fly and Afterburner for Assault and Vengence. Not only is it more DPS it's more team friendly since it runs full Leadership toggles, Steamy Mist, Vegeance and lots of -def/-res Unfortunately (not really) I am going on a holiday for a week to the Gold Coast so those last few tweaks will have to wait.
  13. Honestly my pets are pretty much in 2 states: full health or 1 shot. Whats a 280 point (that's with +100% healing), 2 sec cast heal going to do? Pet will be dead by the time I finish casting. The whole idea behind the build is that it's not like other MMs where you trail behind your henchmen like some overprotective mother. I am playing in more of a Controller style where the Pets are more a long duration DoT that takes agro from you occasionally. The pets are softcapped to all Def and have between 35-61% resist. They are as about as tanky as I can reasonably make them. If they are still constantly dying at that point I don't bother resummoning them (such as in Battle Maiden in Tin Man, Sewers in Apex, TPN, etc).
  14. Yep it's an annoying bug. Every time you zone you need to summon pets during a hybrid effect for hybrid to affect them from then normally on (until death or zone). It seems like a small issue but is really critical in practise that affects several ATs.
  15. It is quite a troublesome issue to be honest.
  16. Banished Pantheon Radial. The Boss pet has good ST and AoE attacks (with great coverage) that also -res. The invincible support pet is the only pet with an AoE attack (which mean it can take some agro but since its invincible...). It's also probably got the best buff of all Lore pets: a AoE +regen (100%), +recovery (100%) +recharge (25%) with 50% uptime (30 sec duration, 1 min CD). Really impactful. Plus they look cool.
  17. I suspect pets wouldn't inherit your personal damage buffs because they don't inherit anything in general. All they do is 'snap shot' their own slotted enchancements when summoned.
  18. Heh small world my first 50 and pylon kill was with a Bots/Traps way back when. The issue would be whether the damage done by Tornado and LS gets added to your agro. One of the reasons I went Thugs over Demons or Bots (those were the 3 I was thinking about) is that they can Def softcap was just a little careful slotting. They are at something like 36.5 Def +all on their own and just need Steamy Mist and Leadership to basically be relatively safe at the Def softcap. That and the Bruiser nearly hitting the damage cap from Build Up procs. Storm can be very activation intensive so I didn't want to spend a large amount of time babysitting them. I even put pet attacks command in some of my power bindings so I can direct my pets through my attacks saving even more key presses and attention. I can see why Storm has such massive end costs as a MM. I think its one of the best ATs to take advantage of Storm's activation intensive nature.
  19. Something to look forward to! I thought 800 DPS was being ambitious guess I need to think bigger. Now the question is why has MM flown under the radar till now? Can't all be the new IOs the vast majority of this firepower was available on live.
  20. Well with Gaussian's Build Proc proccing based on the number of targets buffed if placed in Tactics (new research) as a Storm MM it is now pretty much compulsory. Solo I am looking at 40% Build Up uptime in groups probably close to 80-90%. Tornados now do over 1200 damage/min and Lightning Storms about 1300/min (assuming 11 shots with purple proc have 22.5% chance to fire). You can technically make an even high DPS build dropping Fly and Afterburner and grabbing Assault and Vengence but I really enjoy high speed flight. Moving around quickly is useful. Defences are still good (softcap S/L/E and softcap range with small purple) and resists are much improved. Basically drop FR, Tornado and LS while pets attack while simply cycling Dual Wield for a bit of extra damage and fishing for FF recharge procs. I had a build that could run both Dual Wield and Pistols as a rotation but with Tactics the end cost gets too high and I have to change Muscle Alpha for Cardiac which I really don't want to do. He is level 45 now and the damage is already getting silly. Will hit 50 tommorow and set up all my IOs (have most bought already). Surprising cheap build since it uses the 2 slot bonus of Superior Mark of Sup to replace 3 x 5 purple IO sets.
  21. Controllers would also seem some benefits if they are using either Fire or Electric Control with 3 Gremlin pets. Not as big as MM but still an increase for a AT know for its weaker damage.
  22. Depends. For Storm MMs it's probably better in the MM. For all other cases it would be better in the Enforcers. Of course Enforcer slotting is already extremely hard. Maybe Defence buff secondaries (FF/Traps/Time) may be the only viable choice for Enforcer slotting (they can make up for the missing defence slotting).
  23. Awesome. Now I just need to find a way to fit in Accuracy/Damage, Defence and 4 procs in my Enforcers. Yeah I am not having much luck.
  24. What would you recommend for MMs or pseudo pet users with rapid firing attacks? If the Doublehit works as other PPM mechanics it would basically be a 6 PPM damage proc in each individual pet's attack.

Does this take into account Supremacy in Incarnate content? https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Inherent_Powers#Supremacy "During Incarnate Trials and within Dark Astoria, Supremacy grants +2 Incarnate Shifts to Minion Henchmen and +1 Incarnate Shift to Lieutenant Henchmen which can be stacked with other Incarnate Abilities which grant Incarnate Shifts." So in Incarnate content at least all pets should techically be equal level to you right?
