Yeah Energy Drain basically is its DDR cushion. At Tanker numbers you will basically never need it unless Def debuffed or low on END. Though with Energize, when does the second ever happen? Capt Powerhouse saying we can't have a direct Port due to the high Def numbers you would get seems laughable in a SR Tanker world. Also. It underscores how pathetic ICE tanker's Def numbers are.

Every online forum I have ever seen has this sort of dogpiling effect that is described. From the old compuserve BBs to Twitter. Twitter being far worse than anything around homecoming. How much is honest opinion sharing, how much is normal human group dynamics, how much is attributable to this media? I am not sure. But think on this one, what if someone did say something truly objectionable, and the fear of dogpiling led to no one posting any contrary responses? Only those who agreed replied. Is that better? Should people give a poster slack? Try to make people welcome even with contrary opinions? Sure. That sounds good. Is civility good? Cutting out peesonal attacks? Definitely. Yeah that's the defiance 2.0 bonus. While not as Epic as the Defiance 1.0 bonus, it is definitely more game friendly.

Agree with this. This "edgelord" thing is just a subset of the larger group of shallow, or poorly designed characters. Since RPrs are amatuers, character mistakes are more common to an extent than in published stories. But they aren't hard to find in those either.

Well that's good news. This will be a bit like Lord of the Rings I suppose. A decent adaption of the book that gets the visuals and main themes down very well, but much of the in depth stuff from the books just gets a quick nod.

The music was definitely too loud. It wasnt just the volume as the dialog seemed almost too quiet. Maybe they thought it had to be like that for audiences used to 10 explosions per minute. Considering the limitations on time it was an exellent adaption overall.
