Shadow Meld is kind of hit the animation while running Juuuuuuuuusssst before combat jumping into a spawn. Since it doesn't root you.

I wonder if Regen is the main issue. But yeah trying to rotate Shadow Meld, MOG and Instant Healing sounds sucky anyway. I'd just max out my recharge on Revive.

Scrapper can rotate Shadow Meld and MOG though.

Max Recharge S/L resist at 75% S/L Defense somewhere near 40 I guess Winter IOs are good. I assume this is claws since it makes doing the Purple thing easier with its varried attack types (melee, ranged, PBAOE, TAOE)

Id actually be all for this. But once we build NPCs like players, we need to increase their # of powers, add IO sets and so on. In the end the NPCs will finally follow the rules, but likely be a lot more formidable. Can we get some 75% smash lethal resist with 45% s/l def Council please?

As a clarification I have never put anyone in COH in either incarnation on global ignore. I only meant ignore them in the traditional sense. Not RP with them playing as Wolverine's step sister. I'd still work with them OOC on the mission of course.

Ninjitsu on stalkers is pretty bad true, but Regen is even WORSE on stalkers Fire at least has all the extra damage and burn. Stone without granite is definitely worse than Regen, But it can be super tough at least in granite. But you do give up a lot. Ice .. though. It probably is close to as bad as regen.

It is definitely the worst. Which Armor set is worse? But it is an Armor Set, so it is still pretty powerful.

Give up a lot of AOE on the Ninja Blade Primary unfortunately This goes for a lot of stalker primaries. So you kind of either have to team and concentrate on hard targets, or play a stalker primary with the Scrapper AOE choices
