Oh. Yeah, the Ascendants got added later. About the same time as the sonic soldiers if I recall correctly.

Blinking cursor on login screen: Can barely see it
Rudra replied to RikOz's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
Make the input cursor dark grey or black and call it good. That should help. -
No, it was the 5th Column that got an incarnate update, not the Council. Archons already existed in the game before the Council got sonic attacks.

But it's already and option, people can opt to install it, or not. And like Mids, it is a pinned thread on the Tools, Utilities, and Downloads forum. So it isn't difficult to find. So yeah, I'm against the OP on this too. It's like mandatory Patrol XP. You can't just shove something you think is good down other players' throats because not everyone plays the same or likes the same things. Vidiotmaps is made available to players on the forums, so if they want to use it, they already have the option to. If they don't, then don't force them to.

That's the point of SG storage. SG members can put things in and SG members can take things out. It is meant as communal use. If you want things kept just for your character, I recommend e-mailing the item to yourself until you're ready to use it. Or have a SG just for that character/account.

Uhm... you can't choose to betray Dr. Hetzfeld to Calvin Scott because you already betray him as part of his story arc. Or rather, he betrays you.
-
I'm for more options, but you are conflating Superman's invulnerability with Stone Armor. If you want alternate stone/crystal/lava appearances for your Stone Armor character? I'm for it. Taking away the stone though in any form? No, it is stone armor. It should have at least some stone effects for its powers.

I very much oppose this. Even when those abilities frustrate me because enemies go unkillable. Because it is the only thing keeping mobs anywhere near players for capability.

Haven't played my Sentinel in a while. Using my Dominator as a reference though? Yeah, it feels like there is no reason to use my non-attack abilities outside of EBs, AVs, and GMs. My MMs on the other hand? I tend to use debuffs like Tar Patch frequently because it isn't tied to a target.
-
My point is that I'm pretty sure they can't do it.
-
Maybe they thought the team was wiping out spawns faster than the added click to debuff would matter. (Edit: I know that's why I don't typically bother with my mezzes on my Dominator when teamed with my friends. By the time I've finished animating the Hold on the boss, the boss has already died. Why bother doing anything other than just attacking at that point?)

It's been a while since I last played through gold side, but I'm pretty sure that isn't the case. While yes, there are missions that launch through the contact as if the contact was a door, which red side and blue side also get, most missions have you go to an actual door. (Edit: And gold side doesn't have TFs anyway.)

Depending on what you are asking for, we won't be getting any whip attacks because they don't work in the game. That's why Demon Summoning's whip attacks are whip blasts instead.

I think it's a general Confuse not always working thing. I managed to confuse Silver Mantis in a mission, purple spots and all, and she still killed me. (Edit: I should clarify that she did turn and kill her escorts, she just also killed me. And I know it wasn't the escorts that did because the 1st thing I did was a mass Hold, and I got all the supporting mobs with it.)

They're found pretty much everywhere you find level 36+ Council. I've been fighting them in paper missions as I try for the next mayhem mission badge.

Acrobatics - able to slot knockback enhancements but not ios
Rudra replied to Zappalina's topic in Bug Reports
I don't think any other KB protection power has enhance-able KB protection. -
Acrobatics - able to slot knockback enhancements but not ios
Rudra replied to Zappalina's topic in Bug Reports
As per the screenshot in the OP, what it is enhancing is the 2 points of enhance-able KB protection. So the KB enhancement enhanced the 2 points of KB protection to 2.66 points of KB protection. Edit: As for why it doesn't take KB sets? (Because it does take KB IOs.) My guess is because the sets also enhance damage and accuracy, two things that don't apply to Acrobatics. Edit again: And as for why it accepts KB enhancements at all? Because it has 2 points of KB protection that can be enhanced and there isn't a separate enhancement type for KB protection. So yes, it does have a KB component to enhance, it just happens to be a negative value component. -
To the best of my knowledge, that can't work. You have to be in the same zone to teleport anything. (Edit: Especially from inside an instance. It's the same problem of trying to access the AH from in an instance. You aren't even on the same server.)

Hate to tell you, but support types use this, because they can't heal themselves, at least not all the support types, and yes some melee like scrappers needs because their secondary are not strong enough and need the self heal to supplement their defenses. Think of shied for example, you do take damage and wear out, the self heal is glorious for this secondary That doesn't change my post. Any character in any AT can take the Medicine pool. That does not make the Medicine pool the Insta-Support Character pool. It is supposed to give your character supplemental heals, just like I said. And like you said, support ATs can take it to supplement their heals. That's what pool powers are, supplementary powers available to all ATs. Not the Make This Character A Support AT or anything else set.

Because the origin contacts of a given level range give the exact same arc (if they have an arc in that level range). So only 1 such contact in each level range is available for players, and they vary so players can have a (semi-)different experience even on the same origin on a different play through.

Actually, it does. Click Opportunity and select Detailed Info. It even gives the +100% recharge rate, it just fails to say it is the recharge rate or how long it takes since it says "+100% Attr(null) on self". And when you click the Vulnerability power and select Detailed Info, it gives the debuffs Vulnerability applies as well as the Opportunity cost, though it calls the Opportunity cost a Rage cost.

Our characters can start with auras. So if an aura is missing from the costume creator that is part of a character's concept, it helps to get that aura in the costume creator so the character can have it at start rather than having to wait until they get the requisite number of rare random drop Prismatic Aethers or build up the millions of inf' required to buy them from the AH to complete the character's look.

It would have a different name.

Looking through the rezzes, all the ones I've seen so far that are single target have the same range.
-
I have to disagree with this sentiment. Yes, Crey Juggernauts popping their force fields are annoying. Fake Nemesi popping their force fields are annoying. MIs and Illusionists going intangible every however many seconds it is is annoying. Freakshow self-rezzing because their chance to do so triggered is annoying. Super Stunners self-rezzing because any ally unit is within however many feet of them is annoying. Paragon Protectors popping old MoG and basically being untouchable until it crashes is annoying. The various AVs/Heroes with their own T9s to save them using them is annoying. However, it makes sense. Each faction has their quirks/abilities that players have to figure out and work around. It is annoying having to wait to be able to defeat an enemy or having to do so twice, or even thrice in the case of a specific Freak Tank who has both the standard Freakshow rez plus the Super Stunner rez, but I personally think that helps balance out the mobs against the players. Otherwise every faction is just a generic group with different names that can just be mowed down without so much as a second thought about what they can do, either to your character or for themselves. It gives the different factions a hook that compels players to figure out or overpower. So it takes a couple seconds longer to clear out spawns. Oh well. I've fought the new Council. Except for the Freem! surprise, they weren't anything different to me. Their explosions can actually do KB now? Okay. Their Galaxies can actually fight with more than one power as far as I could tell they had before? Good. And I'm still mowing down Council without seeing any of them get back up. They try to transform into War Wolves of any tier? They can't if they're dead. (Stopped several conversions by killing them off when they start their transformation animation.) I'm not seeing anything the improved Council do that are any significant problems. (Freem! notwithstanding so far.)
